Good hotel for a short break. No shops restaurants near. Close to Railway , metro etc so convenient for going into the city. .The room was fine, clean comfy and warm with good bathroom. Breakfast a bit overpriced at 15 euros. I would return

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room and bed, onsite parking was a bonus, even if you gave to pay. Hotel was out from the city but the nearby Metro was very convenient.

When I arrived I asked what time the advertised restaurant opened to be told it wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the restaurant so I didn't have to go looking around an unknown City for somewhere to eat. I did look around but couldn't find anywhere with parking so had to settle for a burger meal !!! Also at breakfast there was nothing in the heated section and the workers were sat drinking coffee uninterested. NOT recommended.

Des poils on etaient retrouvés dans la salle de bain ! Moquette au sol( pas tres hygienique)! Pas du tout isolé phonetiquement et thermiquement ! Situé à côté d'une déchèterie pas terrible le matin mais ça c'est si vous arrivez à dormir car on entends les voitures comme si elles etaient dans la chambre avec vous! Et j'en passe !!!

Le patron est très sympathique mais le lit n'était pas très confortable et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas (ou alors je n'ai pas su comment faire). Une belle toile d'araignée en arrivant et quelques autres derrière la TV mais ce n'est pas trop gênant malgré tout car le diner était très bon et le petit déjeuner également.

Emplacement très proche de la rocade on aime ou pas ... accueil top chambre dans son jus sans trop de confort, télécommande faiblarde, rideau fermé et cassé, chambre froide sans climatisation réversible. Personnel souriant et agréable, mais le batiment mériterait une rénovation.

Check in was easy enough.The room was clean.Thats the good stuff. Bed was rock hard,pillows cheap rubbish.TV didnt work and adjoining door couldn't be locked(lost the key)Shower rail was loose.Payed for parking when i got there,on my 3rd night i was locked out of my room,receptionist informed me THEY had made a mistake and only charged me 2 nights parking,instead of 3,they then found it fit to lock me out of my room over their mistake,locked out over €6,i was not impressed to say the least. You can hear all the rooms around you,everything.Wont be using there chain again,terrible experience.

Good location to get into Lille centre easily. However, extremely dated facility, particularly the bedrooms. Small beds, damp patches, hooks hanging off walls. Perfect for a lads weekend, would not recommend for families or couples - not unless you want a divorce 😀

Ligger godt i forhold til, når man kommer i bil. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Vi havde en enkelt overnatning og værelset var fint og rent. Ligger tæt på metro ind til centrum. Personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Meget effektive mørklægningsgardiner, så man opdager ikke det bliver lyst, så husk at sætte vækkeuret.

Accueil peu chaleureux heureusement que la demoiselle du matin a rattrapé avec sa gentillesse mais je ne reviendrai pas ah et si… premier campanile que je fais qui fait payer le parking à ses clients !!! On vient comment ? À vélo ? Sérieux…

The location is in the middle of nowhere. Near a subway rail. That was quite loud in my opinion. The receptionist deserves a compliment though. She was very friendly, and she spoke English. I was quite pleased with that because my French is terrible.

L'accueil laisse à désirer. A notre arrivée,: veuillez patienter s'il vous plait.. et cela a duré alors qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres clients. Par une chaleur accablante, nous avons demandé à acheter des glaçons et la réponse sèche , donnée: la machine est cassée! Bâtiments mal isolés: bruits à l'étage

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du CHR en périphérie sud de Lille. Il est un peu vieillissant (menuiserie, absence de climatisation) mais propre. Un service de restauration, même rapide type snacking, serait un plus car seuls Mc Do et 2 friteries sont à proximité immédiate (5 minutes à pied). Il a cependant un rapport qualité-prix convenable.

The location is in the middle of nowhere. Near a subway rail. That was quite loud in my opinion. The receptionist deserves a compliment though. She was very friendly, and she spoke English. I was quite pleased with that because my French is terrible.

The rooms were satisfactory, comfortable and clean. They were in a separate block from the reception and dining facilities. The dining service in the evening we were there was slow; there seemed to be a lack of staff. Limited menu for evening meals. There was a wide range of food at breakfast but the hot food was not kept adequately supplied. All in all, satisfactory.

Good hotel for a short break. No shops restaurants near. Close to Railway , metro etc so convenient for going into the city. .The room was fine, clean comfy and warm with good bathroom. Breakfast a bit overpriced at 15 euros. I would return

Le patron est très sympathique mais le lit n'était pas très confortable et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas (ou alors je n'ai pas su comment faire). Une belle toile d'araignée en arrivant et quelques autres derrière la TV mais ce n'est pas trop gênant malgré tout car le diner était très bon et le petit déjeuner également.

When I arrived I asked what time the advertised restaurant opened to be told it wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the restaurant so I didn't have to go looking around an unknown City for somewhere to eat. I did look around but couldn't find anywhere with parking so had to settle for a burger meal !!! Also at breakfast there was nothing in the heated section and the workers were sat drinking coffee uninterested. NOT recommended.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but quite dated with very litlle ventilation and no aircon. The beds were firm and i had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was a bit challenging in heavy traffic.
