L’ hôtel est très bien situé , proche du château , des commerces et des restaurants 👍 Dommage que le parking privé de l’hôtel n’est pas accessible directement par ascenseur aux étages des chambres !

Clean but small room. Underground parking for 15€ Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location in the city center. Short walking distance to the Chateau. We chose Fontainebleau as a first stay overnight after landing in the morning from the States and it was a good decision.

Location of hotel was perfect to everything where you would want to go and places to see. Lots of restaurants nearby. The only negative was the size of the rooms. The bed took up the whole space. My husband and I could not pass each other at the foot of the bed because the space was tight. Barely room to store luggage. Few amenities.

Parking sous terrain pour -1,95m Pas d’ascenseur donc après la rue puis les 3 marches pour accéder à l’accueil, portez vos valises jusqu’au 3eme étage. Bref si vous avez déjà porté paille copeaux foin malle eau… sur un concours au grand parquet… c’est l’endroit à fuir Si vous laissez vous camion VL au grand Parquet il vous en coutera 30€ pour faire les 3km entre l’hôtel et le terrain de concours (aller- 30€ retour)

It’s only 3-minute walk to the palace and close to restaurants and supermarket and fruit store. The only concern is the ventilation of the room and I saw mold buildups on the tiles of the shower room. The staff immediately cleaned it after I bring out this problem.

Notre chambre a besoin d'une bonne rénovation, surtout la salle de bain. Les serviettes de toilette sont très vieilles et usées. Il y a très longtemps que je n'avais pas vu ça dans un hôtel.

Correct for the price, this is not a luxury place. Everything was ok but nothing special. Hotel could do with a bit of renovating but then the price is reflective of that. Bed was comfortable and we got a good sleep.

I had a ground floor (21) in January and temperature in the room was very low. In the bathroom was temperature even lower. When I complained at reception desk, they answered me it’s winter time, so cold should be expected. Such a bad behavior.

I use cpap machine to enable me to breath and sleep soundly. Unfortunatly, the light and electricity went off on the night of June 9 2\t24 to a total darkness, not even fire light backup, not even a backup generator. The hotel was not prepared for such a bad situation. Could not fall back asleep because of the shock of waking up not being able to breath. I called the office and they claimed that never happened before.
