Idéalement situé à l'entrée du village de Fréjus, l’hôtel est très agréable. Le personnel est très sympa, et le nouveau propriétaire vraiment accommodant. Piscine et abords méritant un passage plus régulier pour un nettoyage.

Komfortables Hotel im Zentrum von Fréjus. Die Stadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten kann zu Fuss erkundet werden. Sicherer, abgeschlossener Parkplatz, daher auch für die Durchreise empfehlenswert (Gepäck kann im Auto verbleiben). Sehr schöner Pool. Sehr gutes Restaurant für das Abendessen. Ich empfehle das Menü für 36€ (Vorspeise Hauptspeise Dessert a la Carte). Frühstück dagegen recht einfach (typisch französisch).

Convenient location on the fringe of Old Frejus. Everything was clean and organized. Quaint room as expected with old boutique hotel. Amazing pool. The restaurant was tremendous, the food outstanding and desserts unbelievable. Not sure when we might get back to Frejus, but we would stay at Hotel L’Arena again!

Très bel hôtel dans Fréjus, a 10 mètres de la zone piétonne, avec un grand parking public juste en face. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, à l'arrivée, et aussi au petit déjeuner (copieux avec de bons produits). Nous recommandons sans hésitation, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine doit être très sympa en été (nous avons séjournée en février)

Chambre non préparée lors de notre arrivée. Alors quon nous avais remis nos carte pour acceder a notre chambre. Chambre sous les toits, vellux non protégé par rideaux ou stores donc réveillé a 6h30. Salle de bain avec joints moisis, literie sales avec beaucoup de tâches. Parking cher pour les places presque non accessibles. 20 manoeuvres pour pouvoir se garer. Les 3 etoiles je ne sais pas d’ou elles viennent.

The reception dtaff were amazing amd helpful. The pool was dirty and loads oof leaves and debri in it The man who took the menu was unhelpful there was a 3 course meal on offer it also had the price for 2 courses i chose 2 courses The food was average at best. On paying he charged me the full amount as i had 2 courses although that was an option. Unfortunately i was exhausted and just did not have the enery to discuss it with him i will definitely not be going back or recomming it to anyone

Charmant hôtel qui s'intègre parfaitement dans le paysage du vieux Fréjus en limite duquel il est situé. Tout près de la gare et facilement accessible en voiture avec, dans ce cas, possibilité d'utiliser le parking sécurisé pour 9€/24h avec entrées et sorties libres. Accueil agréable, chambre très propre, confortable et meublée avec goût. Excellent rapport qualité prix...avec un bémol pour le petit déjeuner : correct, mais 14€ par personne, c'est un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé. Espace extérieur qui doit être très agréable en été.

Joli hôtel mais qui devrait faire attention aux petites choses (joints salle de bain, serviettes de toilettes dans les couples toute la journée …) qui font pas très «\xa0classe\xa0» La chambre supérieur est spacieuse Le personnel est fantastique avec une gentillesse inégalée Et un repas délicieux et le mot est faible

Zeer vriendelijke personeel en schone kamers. Een minpuntje is dat onze hotelkamer dakramen heeft en dat er geen verduistering voor de ramen zat. Dus vroeg wakker!

J ai beneficie d une chambre renovee , jolie et et spacieuse. L hotel est agreable et l accueil etait tres bon. Le petit dejeuner pourrait etre avec des produits moins industriels ( du pain de boulangerie locale par exemple n augmenterait pas beaucoup son coût) L hotel est bien situe dans le vieux Frejus

A lovely independent hotel, the joint owner is the chef, the restaurant offers a level of cooking well beyond a bistro, a delicious and well balanced menu. The staff are welcoming and nothing is to much to ask of them. The garden dining area is magical. If you like a genuine French hotel experience this is for you.

Prise en charge exemplaire par Maria et Keltoum, bravo Mesdames. Nous avons patienté que notre chambre soit prête au bord de la piscine. Vers 17h je me suis rendue à la réception afin de me faire remettre les clefs. Tiana s’est occupée de moi, professionnelle mais sans supplément d’âme dans sa gestion du client, ma seconde impression est déjà différente de la première. Nous sommes restés une nuit, la chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Les équipements sommaires mais en ligne avec le prix des chambres. Nous sommes partis un mardi matin , tous les membres du personnels que j’ai croisé étaient masculins. À la réception, le jeune homme très bien mais parcontre tout les autres membres du staff ce fut une expérience assez surprenante. J’ai traversé la terrasse avec un sac aussi lourd que moi sur l’épaule j’ai croisé deux jeunes hommes, j’ai salué le premier et j’ai du le regarder de façon insistante pour qu’il me réponde! Aucun des deux ne m’a proposé son aide. Messieurs au delà de vos emplois dans l’hôtellerie ça s’appelle de la galanterie et parfois aussi des bonnes manières. Et tout s’explique lorsque je suis assise dans le hall et qu’un des propriétaires de l’hôtel ou le directeur je ne sais pas discuté avec un entrepreneur mais ne prend pas la peine de l’acte le plus basique de politesse soit me saluer en me disant bonjour. Cher monsieur, vous n’êtes clairement pas un bon exemple pour vos équipes. Les clients méritent un minimum de courtoisie et de politesse!

Cher monsieur, vous n’êtes clairement pas un bon exemple pour vos équipes. Les clients méritent un minimum de courtoisie et de politesse!

The reception dtaff were amazing amd helpful. The pool was dirty and loads oof leaves and debri in it The man who took the menu was unhelpful there was a 3 course meal on offer it also had the price for 2 courses i chose 2 courses The food was average at best. On paying he charged me the full amount as i had 2 courses although that was an option. Unfortunately i was exhausted and just did not have the enery to discuss it with him i will definitely not be going back or recomming it to anyone

Convenient location on the fringe of Old Frejus. Everything was clean and organized. Quaint room as expected with old boutique hotel. Amazing pool. The restaurant was tremendous, the food outstanding and desserts unbelievable. Not sure when we might get back to Frejus, but we would stay at Hotel L’Arena again!

Tout près de la gare et facilement accessible en voiture avec, dans ce cas, possibilité d'utiliser le parking sécurisé pour 9€/24h avec entrées et sorties libres. Accueil agréable, chambre très propre, confortable et meublée avec goût. Je n’ai passé qu’une nuit dans cet hôtel aux portes de la gare de Frejus et des rues piétonnes et j’ai passé un très bon moment. Matelas super confortable (ferme comme j’aime) et beaucoup d’espace.

Very nice staff and lovely pool. There was a poolparty we didn't know about Friday afternoon but the staff was really nice about it afterwards. Great locahion by the train station and close to the old town. 30 minutes walk to the port and beach.

Très beau hôtel, fait au gout du jour. Petit déj bien avec des gateaux maison. Le restaurant est très bon avec un menu à 36 €, même le soir! Je reviendrai certainement !

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, very clean but bear in mind that the hotel restaurant, and most others in the town, are closed on a Sunday and Monday. From the reviews, we had intended eating at the restaurant but as it was a Sunday..... However, the hotel immediately booked us a table at the only restaurant in teh town that does open on a Sunday.

This was a one night stay with my 2 boys aged 16 and 14. Receptionist was friendly, helpful and spoke great English. We arrived an hour prior to check in time but our room was ready and we were able to use it as well as the pool. The hotel is very charming with loads of original features retained. It’s a very old chateaux style in the middle of the old historic area of Frejus. The communal areas of the hotel are very nicely decorated and maintained and gives the whole place a really nice vibe. The pool and adjacent outdoor eating area is fantastic. With plenty of sunbeds free to use around the pool, we chilled out there for several hours until going out to explore the old town. There is a railway line very near to the pool (behind a wall and a road) but it wasn’t very noisy as I think it was a station and the trains were going very slowly. All three of us lived that pool and gave the impression of the hotel being WAY more expensive than it actually is. Continental breakfast was excellent with plenty on offer. Pool was open all night for late night swims. Our room was a good size with 2 doubles and large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Air conditioning was very good and room was quiet. Nice beds. Our room felt a little tired and could have benefitted from some redecorating. Also the carpet in the 2nd floor landing was heavily stained and needed replacing. Overall, we loved this hotel and would definitely recommend and return if we are ever in Frejus again.

Nice pool, palm trees and ambiance: good breakfast but thoroughly out of date policy on in-room kettle. Stay in a low budget hotel and they give you a kettle and tea bag in your room so you can wake up at 6.00am and get going. No kettles in this hotel. It’s not health and safety but policy because the rooms have been nicely refurbished over the 10 years I’ve been staying here. So Management- up your game and at least match a Holiday Inn Express or Ibis. Your hotel is easily worth it.
