La navette gratuite ne fonctionne que pendant des horaires restreints, sinon c’est 15 euro, le parking non surveillé,non sécurisé n’est gratuit que la nuit passée à l’hôtel. Si vous laissez votre voiture plusieurs jours c’est payant.

arrivée 2 minutes après la derniere navette à 22h45....DONC PLUS DE MOYEN DE RETOURNER à L'HOTEL. DONC TAXI!PUIS PRIX pas du tout le prix indiqué ( c'eetait du hors taxe + taxe de sejour s'élevant à plus de 9 euros pour 2 pers pour 1 nuit; et le lendemain matin, pas de navette assez tot pour reprendre un RER....donc re taxi; pas correct du tout; attention lorsque vous reservez;

El alojamiento está pasable para una noche. El personal de recepción muy mal . Les envié varios emails días antes de mi estancia para que me informaran de como el transfers gratuito que tienen en el hotel nos recogerían y nadie contestó Nos enterámos que había que ir hacia una parada para esperar al transfers que nos llevaría al hotel Nuestro avión llegó puntual y Llegamos bien de hora a las 21:15h y fuimos a la parada donde nos recogerían . Esperamos una hora y no apareció nadie . Hacia mucho frío e íbamos con un niño pequeño . Llamé al hotel y me dicen que ya no hay transfers . Le pido por favor si nos puede avisar a un taxi porque no hablamos francés y porque vamos con un niño pequeño que ya estaba cansado y hacía frío . Y nos dijo que no que llamáramos nosotros . Del aeropuerto al hotel en coche son 7 minutos . Estuvimos 3h en la parada . Y pude localizar un taxi ..Llegamos al hotel a las 12:30 de la noche . NUNCA MÁS VOLVERÉ ni recomendaré ese hotel que lo elegimos porque tenia transfers gratuito hacia el hotel . Pero que de nada sirve si no te informan . Muy inhumano el sr de recepción que no contestó a mi email para informarme y que no nos ayudó en nada aún diciéndole que iba con un niño pequeño y hacía frío .

De passage pour une nuit avant de partir en voyage depuis Orly, nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le logement, le restaurant pour dîner le soir et surtout la navette pour rejoindre Orly le matin. L'hôtel est propre. Nous y séjournerons également à notre retour, c'est dire!!!

Je ne recommande pas même pour une nuit. Personnel de nuit très gentil c'est tout ce que je peux dire de positif. Chambre pas vraiment propre. Détecteur incendie recouvert d'une chaussette, chambre non fumeur qui sent la cigarette. Une abat-jour cassé, une autre liseuse qui fonctionne seule par moment. Rideau plein de tâches marron.... Matelas très abîmé

Séjour excellent du début à la fin. L’accueil a été particulièrement professionnel, chaleureux et efficace. Le personnel est courtois, disponible et très bien organisé. On se sent immédiatement pris en charge avec sérieux et respect. La propreté est irréprochable, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, soigné et conforme aux standards d’un établissement de qualité. L’organisation générale et l’agencement des lieux sont très bien pensés. Chambre fonctionnelle, confortable et bien préparée à l’arrivée. Aucun détail n’a été laissé au hasard. Vraiment un très bon établissement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Nice clean hotel but the view on the picture isn’t the same like the hotel. The room were clean and well tidy. I wasn’t impress with the look when I first saw the hotel but the reception was so helpful… if u compare the view on the front property on the picture with the actual view trust u will be dissapointed when u get there. Staff were nice like I said but only the front view wasn’t looking as expected

Peguei esse hotel pois achei que fosse próximo do aeroporto, mas achei bem longe. De bolt foram 21euros para ir do aeroporto. O barulho de vento nas janelas era insuportável para descansar em paz a noite. O elevador bem antigo e o sistema de senha da porta bem chato. Não tem nada perto, se precisar beber água a do hotel são 3 euros. Para sair e chegar no hotel apenas de transporte particular ou ônibus. O valor não é tão barato assim para ser tão ruim, deve haver opções melhores pelo mesmo valor na região. Pelas fotos parece ok mas pessoalmente foi assustador. Os atendentes forem educados e solicitos.

LE personnel est très accueillant, le resto très bien. GROS problème au niveau des chambres, il n'y a aucune isolation phonique que ce soit vers l'extérieur, depuis le couloir ou l'étage. PAs de volets, un rideau qui est situé à 10 cm du mur, donc, en cette saison, beaucoup de lumière à l'intérieur de la chambre.

Good access to Orly, has a bus stop nearby, Staff was friendly, accomodating, and speaks english. Restaurant had excellent food, and serves pizza during afterhours for convenience. However, our Airconditioning unit never worked. we let the window open to let the cool october air inside. There was no refrigerator for those with medication that needs cool storage (we brought our own cooler). It is more of a quick stop for EU drivers than a vacation hotel. We needed better access to Orly so we chose this hotel for our trip but would suggest international tourists to look somewhere closer to the city, and always double check AC advertised

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. We booked so we could be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel and hotel.com app says they provide shuttle service, however that is only during certain hours, which is not explained on the website. We requested a taxi pick up when we found this out and when we went downstairs at 3 am the hotel didn’t even call an approved taxi. It was a random guy. There is no way this hotel should be listed as a 3 star. Everything was is poor shape, the walls were so thin you could hear everything. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Le pido por favor si nos puede avisar a un taxi porque no hablamos francés y porque vamos con un niño pequeño que ya estaba cansado y hacía frío . Y nos dijo que no que llamáramos nosotros . Del aeropuerto al hotel en coche son 7 minutos . Estuvimos 3h en la parada . Y pude localizar un taxi ..Llegamos al hotel a las 12:30 de la noche . NUNCA MÁS VOLVERÉ ni recomendaré ese hotel que lo elegimos porque tenia transfers gratuito hacia el hotel . Pero que de nada sirve si no te informan . Séjour excellent du début à la fin. L’accueil a été particulièrement professionnel, chaleureux et efficace. Le personnel est courtois, disponible et très bien organisé. On se sent immédiatement pris en charge avec sérieux et respect. La propreté est irréprochable, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, soigné et conforme aux standards d’un établissement de qualité. L’organisation générale et l’agencement des lieux sont très bien pensés. Chambre fonctionnelle, confortable et bien préparée à l’arrivée. Aucun détail n’a été laissé au hasard. Vraiment un très bon établissement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Flight got cancelled st CDG airport and we made a last minute booking late in the evening. Check in perfectly fine and all staff were great and helpful. Shuttle to Orly airport in the morning. Rooms are comfortable, clean and close to the airport.

Ich hatte in Dreibettzimmer gebucht mit Frühstück. Meine zwei Gäste konnten wegen Flugausfall nicht kommen. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war nicht besonders freundlich, hat mir sogar die Übernachtungssteuer für drei Personen abverlangt. Am Zimmer war nichts auszusetzen.

a l arrivée impossible de trouver ma réservation, j ai dû moi même vous contacter suite à la demande du réceptionniste, place de parking inexistante car parking blindé et déchets autour de l hôtel qui ne donne pas envie de laisser sa voiture . l hôtel est sombre et les photos ne ressemble pas la réalité . station de lavage qui fait du bruit toute la nuit accoler à l hôtel .

Peguei esse hotel pois achei que fosse próximo do aeroporto, mas achei bem longe. De bolt foram 21euros para ir do aeroporto. O barulho de vento nas janelas era insuportável para descansar em paz a noite. O elevador bem antigo e o sistema de senha da porta bem chato. Não tem nada perto, se precisar beber água a do hotel são 3 euros. Para sair e chegar no hotel apenas de transporte particular ou ônibus. O valor não é tão barato assim para ser tão ruim, deve haver opções melhores pelo mesmo valor na região. Pelas fotos parece ok mas pessoalmente foi assustador. Os atendentes forem educados e solicitos.

Läget med närhet till Orly flygplats samt enkelt att ta sig in till Paris med buss- tåg och Metro var det enda som var bra med detta hotell. Dålig service. Smutsigt rum. Slitet och frukosten hade inte mer än absolut nödvändigt. Vi skrev innan till dom och frågade om dom kunde ordna några glutenfria alternativt till frukost när vi bokade men fick då inte ens ett svar. Väl på plats så var det bara kalla handen när vi frågade om det gick att ordna. Nonchalant och taskig service. Det blev till att äta lite fruktkompott, grönkokt ägg och en liten yoghurt trots att vi betalt frullen vid bokning. Välj annat hotell.
