This property was conveniently located in the heart of Honfleur. It’s not ideal for travelers with a lot of luggage as there is a narrow stairway (no elevator available) leading up to your room. Also, If you rent a car, parking will be a good 10-15 min walk back to the hotel. Otherwise, the location is wonderful!!

最上階で天井の低い部屋だったから暑かった。冷房を入れるほどではない気温、むしろ外は寒かったので、部屋で過ごしにくかった。またWi-Fiのセキュリティが低く、レセプションや外部の人でも自由に使えるパスワードが掲示されていた上、ネット接続も安定していなくパソコンが使えなかった。エレベーターがなく狭い螺旋階段しかないので、到着時はフロントの人が上まで荷物を運んでくれたが、帰る時は自分達で下まで降ろした。落としそうで怖かった。

The property was in a great location. Very walkable and newly updated and decorated. Breakfast was very good. It did not have an elevator and the stairs were small, so you should take that in to account. We had a very enjoyable stay. I would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Good stay in Honfleur. Hotel is well located in downtown. Lots of eating options nearby. The hotel seems to be spread over several buildings. We were in the top floor of one section near the spa..the stairs were very narrow and steep and the internet coverage was not good. But, the room was very clean and the bathroom and shower were great.

Great location and a very friendly welcome. As stated, there is no parking, but you can drive up to the hotel to unload your luggage. The hotel is spread across several old buildings. It’s clean, pleasant and the rooms are spacious. Just a note: rooms on higher floors are accessed via very steep, spiral staircases, which might be a problem for some guests.

Le personnel est très accueillant, très serviable et très agréable. En revanche, il faut faire un gros effort sur le nettoyage de l'appartement (drap sale, poussières un peu partout, grille d'aération de la salle de bain très sale). Il faut aussi informer, lors de la réservation, que l'appartement est au 3ème étage, avec un escalier très raide et très inégal au niveau de la hauteur des marches. (pas d'ascenseur) donc si problème au genou, c'est compliqué. Appartement bien meublé et bien agencé.

We rented La Maison de Louise, which is a two bedroom house. It's an older house, and parts of it, like the kitchen, have been modernized. However, the house smells very musty and would have benefited from a deep clean and a very good airing. The location, however, is perfect. You are right in the middle of town, without the noise as Maison de Louise faces and internal courtyard rather than the roads. And there's a large outdoor table so you can use this courtyard for sunny lunches, too. We would not recommend the breakfast buffet, which is very poor quality compared to all the wonderful cafes in the vicinity. We also did not rate the staff at breakfast. They were not exactly friendly or helpful.

A sweet, local hotel, comfortable amenities and nice new ensuite bathrooms. It was quite a hot night so we were glad of the fan as there was no air conditioning. Good sized windows open though which is pleasant. Super desk staff, helpful, friendly and with good English which we appreciated. Overall, a very happy stay and I’d happily return there again.

Centralt hotell med perfekt läge och nära till allt. Bra bemötande vid incheckningen och ok frukost. Det enda negativa var att vi hade bokat annexet, vilket innebar snedtak och lågt till taket. På det stora hela inget problem då vi enbart sov på rummet. Finns parkering precis utanför, men det är mitt i byn med mycket folk, enklare att parkera på ett par minuters gångväg från hotellet. Honfleur är en mysig by med flera matställen på ett par minuters gångavstånd från hotellet. För oss räckte det med en natt då byn inte är så stor. Men funkar säkert som bas för utflykter.

This hotel has no lift. It is over 3 floors. The stIrs are narrow. Our original booking had us on 3rd floor. I contacted the hotel because of my poor mobility and they put us on the first floor and helped carry up luggage.

The room itself was nice, in a great location, but our windows had people passing right in front of them in the middle of the night, so we were woken up a couple of times per night. Also the mattress was way too soft and concave in the middle... I've been messaging the reception for 4 days to get my receipt, they stopped replying after day 1...

It was a great location and a very lovely hotel with great views and facilities. Fantastic to walk and see the beautiful town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were both great. The only downside for us was that it was incredibly noisy and we got very little sleep. It has triple glazing on the windows but even then you are woken by rubbish trucks at 5 am, delivery trucks, big trucks just parked with motors on below your window from 6am and then church bell going every half hour for several minutes. We tried ear plugs but basically we were both very tired from not much sleep after several days. Maybe two nights here would have been better than 4.

Overall a good location and a clean and updated hotel worth the money we paid, however, the room was not air conditioned so the windows were required to remain open so there was some street noise during the evening and in the early morning that interupted our sleep. Additionally, there was free parking available but it was about a 5-7min walk from the property.

Perfekt läge mitt i stan, nära till allt. Fick ett rum som var nyrenoverat med bra faciliteter som ex vattenkokare, elhissar till mörkläggningsgardiner + ljudisolerande, fräscht badrum (litet), vattenflaskor + godis på rummet. Trevlig, tillmötesgående personal. Gratis parkering 500 m från hotellet. Vi stannade två extra nätter då vi tyckte det uppfyllde det vi behövde och slapp leta vidare efter andra alternativ.
