The entire trip was overshadowed by the fact that I could not get into the property the first night. Luckily I was able to stay with a friend who was staying elsewhere, otherwise I would have had to sleep outside. The check in says from 5pm, it does not say say from 5-6pm. When I get there at 7pm, there was no one there. I checked my email or the hotels.com inbox for a message with the code, I never received one. I called the number listed, no answer nothing. I was not able to get into the property I paid for. When I mentioned to this to the staff the next morning, they simply said that expedia / hotels.com does not provide them with any mechanism for contacting customers who book through them. Nothing more. Ultimately I would worry about booking with Pierre & Vacances ever again --- I know they don't need my money.

Great location Very clean apartment I only realized when I arrived there that this is not really a hotel. The description could be a updated to add that you are expected to make your own bed and unmake it before leaving… maybe is a normal thing in France. For the price I paid, I found it odd.

We went with my son age 9 and he loved the pools. It was very handy for the beautiful beach and Atlantic Sea. It was also very convenient for the Carrefour Contact supermarket and all the bars, shops and restaurants in town. We had a studio for x4 people ( we were a group of 3) and it was perfectly adequate. Very clen and a nice balcony. It was a bit small, but much bigger than where we had briefly stayed before going there. But we booked very much at the last minute and we liked it. We would like to come again and book a larger apartment. There is no air con, but we had two plug in fans that we had bought with us, so those and the balcony door being left open when we were there , was fine.
