Ok for the price. Room too smal for 4 persons.

Very clean, cosy and comfortable

This place was the absolute worst, the staff is rude and don't even acknowledge you. We checked in and the girl that was at the front desk was rude and developed an attitude with us. We couldn't log into the wifi and she had control over that. She kept saying give it a few minutes. It felt like she was doing it on purpose. We got into our room and still didnt have connection. We decided to order food and have it delivered, when the first part of the food arrived we sat down on the communal area and ate it. Nobody said anything. When the second part came we were about to eat it and a woman from behind the bar asked us if we spoke English, we said yes. She proceeded to tell us that we couldn't eat there, that we had to eat in our room. There was one chair and a desk in the small room not enough space to eat comfortably. Then we asked if there was a mini fridge in the room, this time it was a different staff memeber. He literally didnt look up and make eye contact,never said hello what can i help you with... nothing! Every single person was the same. Absolutely zero customer service skills. The room seemed cleaned but there was some weird looking stuff on the bathtub. The sheets and comforter where draped all the way to the floor, which seemed odd that the sheets would be touching the floor. Our experience here was not a good one and won't be coming back.
