Very clean and comfortable. Room is spacious with a bath tub. Receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawback might be the waitress who cleans tables and fulfills food during breakfast, looks mad all the time, very unfriendly. The location is excellent, 3 minutes by walk to train station. A shopping center just across the river. Lots of bus available and tram.

Overall a good stay. They advertised gluten free bread at the breakfast buffet. When I asked for some, they said it had to be offered and would take 10-12 minutes. Turns out they had it frozen and needed warm it up. It has over done and rock hard. Otherwise a good stay.

Double charged for my room which is in excess of £200. Have have been chasing for more than a week hoping for a refund. Very non responsive. If you have to stay here do not give them access to your bank details.
