Hotel in fase di ristrutturazione.Posizione comoda vicino a ristoranti e metro. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Det var hyggelig personalet, men hotellet ble pusset opp i frokost rommet og 2-3 etasje, som var ganske synlig når man tok heisen. Eller trapp En av dagene var det ikke brød kaffe eller jus i rommet å få en halv time etter at den frokost tiden starten, en dag var eggekokeren akurat satt på og ikkevarm nok, tredje dag var det ikke jus, og eggene manglet helt. Ikke akurat et fyldig frokostbuffet altså. Stod annerledes i annonsen, så føler meg urt egentlig. Renslig på rommet var det.

Super déçu par la chambre . Cabine de douche super petite ( 60cm de large ?) pas de serviette de sol Rideaux dégoûtants . Bruit de compresseur toute la nuit dans le cour - échafaudages devant la fenêtre … état des menuiseries déplorable. Je regrette la réservation faite pour le mois prochain

Hôtel vieillissant et un peu bruillant. En revanche bon rapport qualité prix et petits déjeuners très satisfaisants

Tout était très bien (chambre petit déjeuner, propreté) Personnel très agréable Seulement la lumière de la chambre était très faible. (Obligé de m’éclairer en allumant les lampes de chambre et la salle de bain)

Salle de bain avec porte de douche cassée ? Qui ne fermait pas

Séjour correct dans l'ensemble.personnel accueillant et chaleureux.chambre propre petit déjeuner agréable pas de problème de connexion confort moyen par contre chambre étroite mais j'ai du m'adapter.

The personnel at the hotel were very accommodating and lovely people. They helped with a few of the issues we had. The breakfast did not look substantial enough to warrant the price and the rooms were basically the size of a large closet. The bathrooms did not have any soap or wash cloths on the sink yet it was clean and maintained by the room steward quite nicely. This hotel was a second choice after our first one was canceled mysteriously probably by the hotel Eiffel Rive Gauche because we had booked at such a low rate. hotels.com did not verify a mysterious cancellation with us and we lost our three nights in Paris that would’ve been in a much better location. This hotel we stayed at was quite far from where we would’ve been originally booked. hotels.com cannot give us any answers as to why they can’t provide information as to who canceled our reservation. They offered $100 coupon which was ridiculous because the price of the rooms that we had booked out had gone up substantially over the year to three times the price. This hotel was the least expensive that we could find and had to serve our purposes although it was not convenient to the attractions we were signed up to see. There will still be some legal matters with hotels.com given that they allowed for a cancellation without verifying on any level with us. And when we did speak to them and told them that we had not canceled they said great have a great trip. But the room had been canceled and we were stuck.

The people are nice. Everything was clean and the hotel is close to the center of Paris. Transport was also close by

No soap and shampoo, dirty bathroom, carpet and room odor unpleasant, bathroom floor slippery.

Clim en panne cachée car nous l'avons demandé et il a été affirmé qu'elle marchait. Télécommande tv HS. Personnel très aimable et dévoué mais hôtel lamentable

Bon hôtel bien situé et très bien tenu, mais bruyant la nuit avec une chaufferie qui fait du bruit pour les oreilles sensibles.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. It’s a nice walk to the Arc de Triomphe and there staff were great when we asked for extra towels and a hairdryer. Rooms are nice and cosy - only comment is that the shower in our room was really awkward to get into

chambre très donnant sur cours mais très bruyante toute la nuit à cause d'un ventilateur. je déconseille si vous avez besoin de calme pour dormir

Quarto pequeno mas funcional, cama confortável, banheiro bom apesar do modelo box/banheira com cortina de plástico. Não havia secador de cabelo no quarto, mas é só pegar emprestado na recepção. Região tranquila com alguns restaurantes, mercados e parques. Metrô pertíssimo, mas precisa pegar 2 linhas e umas 10 estações até chegar nas atrações principais de Paris. Cerca de 30 minutos dá pra fazer o trajeto.

On m’avait pas informé à la réception, mais pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits, si vous voulez qu’on vous change vos serviettes et pas votre chambre, vous devez le signaler la veille exceptionnel de voir ça

Les dames sont superbes. Gentilles, accueillantes.

Lié gars de la reception était très bizarre (je préfère ne peux pas préciser).

Bon hôtel bien situé et très bien tenu, mais bruyant la nuit avec une chaufferie qui fait du bruit pour les oreilles sensibles.
