Il n'y a qu'une borne de recharge non fonctionnelle, car quelqu'un est parti sans débrancher la connexion. On nous a par contre permi de de se connecter sur le 110 dans un espace de stationnement disponible, ce qui fut très apprécié. Endroit excellent, sur des palmiers différents, toutes les chambres font face à l'étendue d'eau.

Great and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant at the property. Property is part of a golf club surrounded with history and heritage. We had a great ocean view from the room. Room was clean and renovated/updated. There was only one negative experience - dirty windows. It was not pleasent to sit inside at the table looking at beautiful scenery through a dirty windows. Hope this will change.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from the room was absolutely stunning. One of the highlights was the bonfire — it was a perfect way to relax in the evening, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I felt completely safe throughout my stay. I liked the view from the room it was marvellous but the room was dusty and because of the dust i couldn’t sleep the allergies killed me , i saw a raw of dust in the ground of the room and the bathroom in addition of that there was hair in the ground near the TV

Very nice motel room. Very clean and looks like renovated recently. We had a late check in. The staff called us duringthe day to let us know how the late check in works, just in case. Had a lovely dinner in Gaspe. View is spectular!

La propreté de l’endroit laissait franchement à désirer. Les draps du lit sentaient l’humidité, il y avait beaucoup de poussière et de résidus sur le sol, et une grosse trace brune sur le mur de la salle de bain. Là première chambre qu’on nous a donné n’avait ni balcon ni vue sur le fleuve et il y faisait très chaud. Par contre, la suivante, dans la partie motel était un peu plus aérée avec une vue magnifique. Une des employée à l’accueil a été bien sympathique et nous a bien expliqué les commodités de l’endroit, alors que son collègue le jour d’avant nous avait seulement donné la clé sans autres explications.

Impossible de faire nettoyer la chambre alors évitez les longs séjours..... La piscine était vraiment très sale, praticable uniquement le dernier jour. De même nous avons été facturé 60€ de plus pour 3 nuits en passant par la plateforme au lieu de passer en direct alors ne vous faites pas avoir....

The first night was inconvenient, The light in the bathroom didn’t work, The bathroom was leaking all night, It was a bad smell, The floor was dirty. We couldn’t complain at that night because we came around 3 am in the morning. The first thing we woke up it was to go and ask for a deferent room. The second room was ok but close to the entrance of the building and the door was so loud. All the door at that building was painted lately so it was a strong smell of paint. The bathroom was very slippery scary to move inside And during the bath time the water came cold and then Too hot. The bed was excellent The sheets was clean with a good smell

We stayed in a room, it was small but we had everything we needed for our stay. They do not clean your room during your stay. If you need fresh towels or linens you need to bring your used items at the reception and they give you new ones. The area is very clean and well maintained.

Clean, renovated rooms but with no ac and no breeze through the one very small window, the room was very hot, day and night. Also, our window screen was torn so we asked for it to be repaired. Since maintenence was gone for the day, we asked to borrow duct tape to hold it together. Reception reluctantly gave us a small piece which we used as a temporary solution. Maintenence never did come as promised. The restaurant was very nice, and the food and staff were excellent.

For the price was good. Little loud neighbors and door closing. Also door was tough to get open . Bed mostly clean good shower and clean bathroom. Breakfast was fast and not bad. I would probably stay again if needed.

Overall experience of this hotel is okay. The room is clean with river view. The outside scenery is nice. However, the reception is only available till 5pm. If you want to check in after 5pm, you need to call the hotel for special arrangement. I arrived the hotel around 4pm, but they can’t find me. I showed the staff my receipt to prove my payment but they said if you paid through the 3rd party, they didn’t get it and he asked me to paid them again in order to get the room. I booked the hotel through “hotels.com”, so I had to try to connect Hotels.com. While I was making the call, they found my name in their system and said everything was good to go and I got the key to the room. The door of my room was pretty hard to open but we managed to open the door; we then found almost half of power outlets in the room were not working, especially, the washroom has no light and the tower rack was broken. By the time we settled, it has passed the 5pm, so we just stayed there with above conditions. The no light washroom was really inconvenient. The lady at the reception was fairly friendly and the gentleman was harsh.

staff had left by the time we got there. Phone message said they would be there till 5 pm but we got there at 4:15 and they were gone. Key was in mailbox. Had a difficult time finding our room as the map didn't show what building we were in. Grounds were empty, no one else was there so there was no one to ask or get a feel for the place

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an issue that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel from July 1, 2024 to July 4, 2024. My friends and I were assigned rooms 41, 42, and 43. However, upon arriving at room 43, we were embarrassed to find that it was already occupied by another guest. This situation was not only uncomfortable but also caused significant inconvenience. After informing the reception, we were reassigned to room 51, which was quite far from our friends' rooms. This separation negatively impacted our stay, as we had planned to be close to each other. While I appreciate the prompt reassignment, the damage was already done. The experience of accidentally intruding into an occupied room was quite distressing, and being placed far from our friends diminished the enjoyment of our trip. I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue and its impact on our stay. I kindly request an explanation for this oversight and a form of compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

Très mauvaise expérience Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Le gestionnaire a eu une réaction exécrable avec les clients. Au lieu de présenter des excuses ou de proposer d'autres options, il a simplement déclaré "c'est comme ça, et si vous n'aimez pas l'hôtel, vous pouvez partir ou trouver un autre endroit". La chambre était très petite pour le prix élevé que nous avons payé. Comme il n'y avait pas assez de place, ils nous ont mis dans un petit chalet qui sentait mauvais. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ou à obtenir une réduction en raison de la mauvaise qualité par rapport au prix payé, ils ont répondu que c'était tout ce qu'ils avaient à offrir et qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres options. Si nous n'étions pas satisfaits, nous devions quitter l'hôtel ou ils appelleraient la police ! La gestion est désastreuse et le respect des clients est inexistant, même avec une réservation de 4 chambres. L'argent dépensé ne vaut absolument pas le service reçu. Le propriétaire n'est pas du tout professionnel. Hôtel à éviter absolument.

I am only giving it 4 stars because, upon arriving, we had a hard time opening the door. However, The room was nice and clean, but a little small but it did not bother us. The hotel is located at a good distance if you ever want to visit Gaspé or Percé. So I would recommend it if you plan to see more of Gaspésie

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice grounds. Not very private - the hotel rooms share a single front porch, and the view of the bay includes the campers in front of the hotel. There were people waking up and making breakfast as I was watching the birds, and surely they felt like I was watching them. BUT it’s a great location, in the middle between Gaspé and Percé, right off the highway. We went at the high point of high season- mid-Quebec construction holiday- and this was an affordable and convenient place to sleep. In spite of the close quarters and fully booked accommodations, our room was quiet and we slept well. We had no time to try the pool or the beach, to my kids’ disappointment. I recommend Fort Prével, especially for golfers.

Loved the site. The motel is inside a golf course site. Super quiet. The room is spacious with confy bed and sheets. Minimalitic decor with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Fair modern washroom size. I loved the view to the sea. Had a terrace with same view. Needs to have more electrical outlets and to add another curtain rod with and additional curtain for privacy and light. I used a hairclip to close the curtains. Parking at your door. Beautiful peaceful location but far from anything. In between Gaspe and Percè.

The property in general is very nice. My room however was not. It was in the Lodge (rm 106) and consisted of a king bed in a very small room with about 18 inches on either side and the same at the foot between the bed and dresser. In that remaining space was a portable ac unit, a floor fan, and a single metal chair that had to be used for the suitcase. I ended up storing the floor fan in the bathtub. Unfortunately, the restaurant dinner was not one to write home about, either. Both appetizers and mains were disappointing, especially considering the price. The 2 seafood items consisted mostly of small frozen shrimp and few tiny bay scallops and no fish at all in the boulliabasse. Kind of disappointing when the property is surrounded by ocean. The view is fantastic if you're stay in the campground, with nice site set-ups.
