We enjoyed our stay. Kitchenette was nice to have, even if it lacked a lot of items. Cups too small. Bowls, plates random sizes. No sharp knives. Breakfast was OK but not good for vegans.

Excellent budget apartment. Only fault is the air-conditioning which seemed to be ineffective and room was very hot in mid August. Reception staff and hotel was otherwise excellent and parking in undergrad hotel garage was fantastic for small fee. Area around apartment appears to be being regenerated with lots of nice new apartments and a really convenient bakery cafe and supermarket across the road. Metro station a minute walk away too!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appart'city. Le prix du petit déjeuner est prohibitif, mais heureusement nous avions anticipé en amenant de quoi déjeuner; Un commerce est dispo est à côté de l'établissement. Appart propre mais certaines prises ne marchaient pas ni le néon au dessus de la kitchnette. Le pare douche est trop petit et le débit de l'eau faible. Par contre nous avons apprécié une TV par pièce avec couchage, et le chromecast dispo sur ces TV.

Bel établissement bien situé à 2 mètres du métro. Propre et personnel très aimable. Seul petit bémol pour lequel je retire une étoile c\'est que la chambre n\'est pas climatisée. Des ventilateurs sont mis à disposition mais pour la gamme "confort", la climatisation aurait été souhaitable.

Pas d’ascenseur alors que nous étions au 5e et que la panne n’était pas du jour. Pas de serviettes ( oubli) et comme pas d’ascenseur, je ne suis pas redescendue. Pas de chauffage central mais juste un appareil d’appoint qui ne chauffait pas tant que ça. Pas de numéro pour joindre la réception en direct…

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Parking was secure and really helpful to be able to get the lift from car park to room. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working so the heat in the room was completely unbearable that we barely slept. For this reason I wouldn’t return but it’s a shame as other than that it was a nice place and as I said the staff were extremely lovely!

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were much bigger than expected. The location was perfect; only four Metro stops from the main train station, the Metro was right outside the hotel, a very large excellent supermarket, Auchan, was only one minute away, a super bakery was only one minute away and the same for a bank. The downsides were the lack of cooking utensils in the room which meant preparing a meal was quite difficult and the lack of air conditioning meant being in the room was very uncomfortable - it was over 30 degrees outside and even hotter inside. I would be willing to pay more for air conditioning.

(Nous étions bien 4 annoncés dès la réservation) Idem pour les serviettes : juste 2 jeux, j’ai renoncé à redescendre une seconde fois à 1h30 du matin et nous avons fait avec 2 jeux de serviettes pour les 4. Did not partake of the breakfast. Facilities were very clean and comfortable. Good value for money and located next to a metro and grocery store. The kitchen facilities were suitable and the staff were excellent, meeting any demands we had.

A l'arrivée parking facile d'accès, places correctes. L'accueil a un peu souffert (porte cassée) Check in fait rapidement, rien à dire. Chambre avec salle de bain, literie confortable, écran tv un peu en décalage par rapport au lit et , surtout, insonorisation route insuffisante. C'est dommage, les rideaux sont bien occultants mais ne protègent, bien évidemment, pas du bruit :-(. Personnel glacial le lendemain matin ; même pas un "bonjour". Commerces à proximité.

Apres une péripétie climatique , nous sommes arrivés épuisés à l'hotel. Enregistrement ok , mais malheureusement , notre voisin du haut , n'a pas arrêté de faire du bruit une fois arrivé dans l'appartement. Nous pensions même à une rénovation tellement les meubles ne faisaient que bouger. Nous avons sollicité à 2 reprises la réception pour enfin avoir le calme pour 23h30. Quel dommage!!

This would be a great hotel for someone visiting in fall, winter or early spring. However, in heat wave, better to stay somewhere else. They were reasonable enough to give us our money back for remainder of the stay. Night staff was good .

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Parking was secure and really helpful to be able to get the lift from car park to room. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working so the heat in the room was completely unbearable that we barely slept. For this reason I wouldn’t return but it’s a shame as other than that it was a nice place and as I said the staff were extremely lovely!

Did not partake of the breakfast. Facilities were very clean and comfortable. Good value for money and located next to a metro and grocery store. The kitchen facilities were suitable and the staff were excellent, meeting any demands we had.

We stayed with my family for 1 night in December. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect, there is a metro station just beside the hotel. Also there is carpark area for 12 € per day. But hall was smelling cigarettes.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appart'city. Le prix du petit déjeuner est prohibitif, mais heureusement nous avions anticipé en amenant de quoi déjeuner; Un commerce est dispo est à côté de l'établissement. Appart propre mais certaines prises ne marchaient pas ni le néon au dessus de la kitchnette. Le pare douche est trop petit et le débit de l'eau faible. Par contre nous avons apprécié une TV par pièce avec couchage, et le chromecast dispo sur ces TV.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were much bigger than expected. The location was perfect; only four Metro stops from the main train station, the Metro was right outside the hotel, a very large excellent supermarket, Auchan, was only one minute away, a super bakery was only one minute away and the same for a bank. The downsides were the lack of cooking utensils in the room which meant preparing a meal was quite difficult and the lack of air conditioning meant being in the room was very uncomfortable - it was over 30 degrees outside and even hotter inside. I would be willing to pay more for air conditioning.
