We loved Hotel Chambord! Great location! Parking garage was a big bonus. Our room was spacious and cleaned meticulously every day. What was most special about this hotel were the people working at the front desk. They were informative and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Menton.

Die Lage ist TOP, die Ausstattung ist zwar OK jedoch im Verhältnis zum Preis müsste diese etwas üppiger ausfallen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Tiefgarage ist für ungeübte Fahrer eine Herausforderung... aber insgesamt passt es schon!

Sehr freundliches Personal, Lage echt toll (Zug, Markt, Stand…) alles supi erreichbar zu Fuß. Tiefgarage eventuell nicht für suv‘s geeignet da sie sehr eng und tief ist. Kann ansonsten keine negativen Punkte nennen! Alles top und für den Preis echt empfehlenswert Würden nochmal buchen.

Large room. Shower wasn't great (just a hose on the wall with no mount for an overhead shower). Seems a bit outdated and the lobby smelled like someone smokes two packs a day in it. But the area was good; a bit out of the centre which I appreciated for ease of parking and quietness.

Location eccellente vicino al centro e con numerosi ristoranti vicini.l'autobus dall'aeroporto di Nizza si ferma davanti al Casinò e dista 5m a piedi e la stazione dei treni è ugualmente raggiungibile a piedi in 5m.

The bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious and well decorated and the shower was great. Staff were very friendly. However, the temperature of the building was way too hot - we turned air con off in our room immediately (as it did not run cold, only hot) and kept windows open our whole stay despite it being January. As a result, it was very noisy from the street below except between 11pm and 5am.

The bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious and well decorated and the shower was great. Staff were very friendly. The hotel looks newly refurbished and it was nice and clean. Rooms are pretty basic (no more superior than any Premier Inn I have stayed in). There is a fridge in the room which was empty (would have been nice to have some complementary water). There was no kettle/tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom is nice however the walk in shower has the shower set in the wrong place. During a shower all the water sprays out onto to floor leaving a big puddle to wade through and clean up afterwards. Our stay was okay but nothing special. Just to note that if you don't book the most expensive room, you will get a room at the back of the hotel. I booked a superior room and had a mountain view.

Front counter staff were lovely and friendly however Hôtel not like the photos very small, bathroom you could not move! It was ridiculous! Car park very small didbt bother with the breakfast wish we never stayed there no view of the water either. Rooms not soundproof Menton a big miss for us!

Very friendly and helpful staff who were very knowledgeable of the region, gave advice on the places to visit and how to travel. All staff were bilingual so communication was easy. The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping, eateries, the beaches and transport links around the Coast, ie Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cannes and the Antibes. Happy with our choice of hotel and the region as a whole.

My partner and I spent 2 nights, enjoying very much the proximity to both the old town, the beach, and the train and bus stations as it sits in-between them all. For breakfast the Boulanger 2 blocks up was wonderful. Wish we had taken the breakfast back to the room and enjoyed on the generous balcony of the hotel room. The hotel feels like it might need some updating soon, but overall charming.

4 out of 5 stars for cold AC 3 out of 5 stars for good WiFi BUT…. TV isn’t on WiFi network so you cannot stream Netflix or cast your iPhone. Was told repeatedly that 1) can’t put tv on the network and 2) can cast phone to tv with QR code. It doesn’t work. 5 out of 5 stars for Location to beach, train station and good Boulangerie.

I stay at hotels an average of 40 nights a year, and few match the calm comfort and beauty of Chambord. Great staff, large rooms with nice beds and shower, views from balconies, and a perfect location. We will definitely return. The only problem was that the wi-fi cut out each late afternoon and somehow that also caused most TV channels to not work.

Hotel close to beach, shops, restaurants and train station. Old town just a shortsit walk away. Clean and comfortable room with balcony view of the park and mountains. Helpful staff. I recommend this hotel.
