The rooms are small but worked for us. We did miss having a mini fridge in the room. I know there is not a lot of room but under the desk would work perfectly. The staff overall was good but we did not get a welcoming feeling. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of communication about the restaurant hours. We came down one evening to see if they could seat us and we were told it was closed to the public for a private group. We saw no signs and had stopped in earlier asking to see a menu. A little information about the closure would have been nice.

Ottima posizione in centro con possibilità di parcheggio su prenotazione a un buon prezzo. Camera piccola senza armadio. Check-in rigido, non è possibile avere la camera prima delle 15. Parcheggio sotterraneo senza ascensore e scale molto strette. Colazione con ampia scelta rispetto alla media francese, ma di qualità migliorabile.

hotel en plein centre de Metz petit dejeuner très bien pour le prix dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu d'information concerncant le parking 12€ la nuit à l'hotel mais il faut penser à réserver ou 20€ sur un parking couvert à proximité cela pourrait mieux indiqué lors de la réservation

Le personnel était très agréable. C'est bien ce qui a rattrapé ce séjour. La chambre, bien qu'agréable, avait un problème de chauffage. Pas de couvertures ou couettes disponibles en plus à l'accueil, ce qui est dommage vu qu'il faisait -2 dehors .. La douche était très petite, et la propreté n'était pas forcément au rendez-vous.

Le personnel était très agréable. C'est bien ce qui a rattrapé ce séjour. La chambre, bien qu'agréable, avait un problème de chauffage. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Die Betten sind für unseren Geschmack sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage war angenehm. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer war nicht ganz so sauber, hing noch Schokolade am Lichtschalter. Aber technisch war alles in bester Ordnung.

Bonjour. Honnêtement séjours affreux. Le réceptionniste sachant qu’il n’y avait pas de chauffage dans ma chambre me dit qu’il ne peut absolument rien faire d’autre. À part me passer une couverture. D’autre part c’est super sale, j’ai osé brancher une lampe qui ne l’était pas pour un peu plus de lumière car vraiment pas lumineuse les chambres j’ai eu 1 tonne de poussière collée sur la main et du coup sur la table de chevet horrible, vraiment je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Op zich goede kamer, klein maar alles aanwezig. Helaas had de avondbediende/ nachtwaker er deze keer weinig zin in. Verder prima hotel vlak bij het centrum Wél een beetje luidruchtig vlak bij de straat als je een kamer aan de voorkant hebt. Vorige keer was het beter .

le principe de la douche à l'italienne est interessant quand l'eau s'evacue correctement et que les toilettes ne partagent pas le même espace... une fois la douche prise, l'ensemble de la salle de bain est resté humide une bonne partie de la journée faute de ventilationce qui n'est pas pratique pour aller aux toilette sans risquer de mouiller le reste de la chambre... seul point positif : la situation de l'hôtel permet de visiter tout Metz à pied le temps d'un week-end

The hotel is about 9 minutes walk from the Metz railway station, but some road maintenance work is doing around the hotel which made it a little bit inconvenient to walk around. Hotel staff were polite & nice, air conditioning was good & quiet, breakfast with lots of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel & will stay again in the future.

Likes - Location, breakfast, secure underground parking although you need to book in advance, we had the disabled room, although we are not disabled, hence we had a larger room with huge wet room. Dislikes - room a bit basic and worn, like a travelodge that has seen better days, grumpy receptionist, male, on arrival really made you feel welcome, not.

hôtel propose avec la climatisation dans le descriptif je dirait plus une ventilation que climatisation la fraicheur on la cherche et de plus on ne peux pas l arrêter de la chambre ca fait un bruit élevé en permanence impossible de s endormir avec ce bruit question douche le concepteur n a pas du l essayer robinet et accroche de la douche dans un mur de 20cm de large

A really great stay. A very friendly welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great value. Although you had to pay for the car park it was very secure and off the street. It is brilliantly close to the centre of Metz which we thought was a great city. It is a great stopover if you are travelling to Italy or beyond.

Excellent little hotel in a great spot. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, we had an excellent stay over and would happily recommend and stay here again. Breakfast also very good and recommended.

O hotel estava em obras e não nos avisaram. Na hora do check out o funcionário foi bem ríspido e ainda por cima tivemos que pedir outra chave para tirar nossas coisas do quarto pois ele bloqueou. Quarto antigo precisando de uma boa reforma

Toiles d'araignées au dessus du lit, télécommande cassée et piles manquantes, grosse quantité de poussière au dessus du chauffage dans la salle de bains... Personnel de l'hôtel en pleine discussion dans la salle de petit déjeuner, qui se racontent leurs problèmes gastriques, et les difficultés qu'ils rencontrent avec d'autres membres du personnel, se servent et consomment au milieu des clients cafés et pain grillé jusqu'à ce qu'une cliente vienne se plaindre de manques sur le buffet. Réaction du réceptionniste à l'énoncé de tous ces problèmes : Ça fait beaucoup quand même! Mais aucune excuse!!! Ps: Dans les toilettes ne cherchez pas de bosses, l'hôtel n'en met volontairement pas car cela obligerait les femmes de chambre à les désinfecter!!!

Hotel is perfect if you want a short stay near the city center of Metz and just want to sleep. We found out there were roadworks when we arrived, which continue throughout the day and start early in the morning. The room itself is very small so for the average person it is impossible to shower normally. The bathroom itself is almost 20-30 years old. Toilet is very very dirty and the other parts are just ready to renovate. Almost impossible to walk freely in the room to do anything else then sleep. No information was provided on parking, which means you have to drive around the city to the hotel to find out where you van park close. I would not sleep here again for a visit to the city.

Excellent location for us, short walk to the sights, bars and restaurants. The hotel was easy to find and there's a subsidised car park close to the hotel. Room was small and basic, clean, modern, comfy bed, quiet, fine for a short stay. Friendly bilingual staff. Nice breakfast. We would stay there again.

Our room was compact, but clean and comfortable. The hotel has parking, but we didn’t find it. However, there are a number of car parks nearby. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the old town with numerous bars and restaurants. A great place to stay on a visit to Metz.

le principe de la douche à l'italienne est interessant quand l'eau s'evacue correctement et que les toilettes ne partagent pas le même espace... une fois la douche prise, l'ensemble de la salle de bain est resté humide une bonne partie de la journée faute de ventilationce qui n'est pas pratique pour aller aux toilette sans risquer de mouiller le reste de la chambre... seul point positif : la situation de l'hôtel permet de visiter tout Metz à pied le temps d'un week-end

The hotel is about 9 minutes walk from the Metz railway station, but some road maintenance work is doing around the hotel which made it a little bit inconvenient to walk around. Hotel staff were polite & nice, air conditioning was good & quiet, breakfast with lots of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel & will stay again in the future.

The rooms are small but worked for us. We did miss having a mini fridge in the room. I know there is not a lot of room but under the desk would work perfectly. The staff overall was good but we did not get a welcoming feeling. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of communication about the restaurant hours. We came down one evening to see if they could seat us and we were told it was closed to the public for a private group. We saw no signs and had stopped in earlier asking to see a menu. A little information about the closure would have been nice.

Hotel très bien situé, le centre est juste à côté. Parking à 200 mètres (payant) très appréciable pour laisser la voiture. Nous avons tout visité à pied. Les chambres et la salle d eau sont petites mais propres et bien conçues (manque une brosse WC). Suffisant pour nos 3 nuits. Le petit dejeuner est très bien, il y a du choix. Nous avons bien mangé au restaurant également même s il manquait 1 plat que nous voulions, mais le restaurant fermait le lendemain pour 1 semaine. Le personnel est très aimable et commerçant. Staff spoke English and was very friendly and helpful Parking garage was only 1 block away and cost $ 9 E a night with is a deal for a city. Room was very small but clean. Overall good experience with this hotel location and city We would stay again here

I am surely coming back to this hotel! The location is perfect; close both to the train station and the city, but still very calm and safe. All the personnel - reception, restaurant, cleaning- were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good, the bed was the most comfortable and although the room wasn’t large, it was perfectly planned so it didn’t feel cramped. This hotel isn’t luxurious, but more than worth the price. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt!
