The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the town. We arrived at 5 pm and managed to get the last parking space. Other cars were parked over the cycle lane. We would have liked to have been able to reserve a space in advance since we had driven from Italy and parking in Metz itself would have been difficult. We hope to return again and see more of the town.

Modern hotel in a historic building next the central plaza and park in historic Metz. Our room was spacious with a comfortable king bed, separate water closet, and a shower and soaking tub. The location made for easy touring of the old town including the cathedral and museums. The staff was friendly, and provided great support. We made use of the free bicycles one afternoon. We did not use the morning breakfast at 20 euros, taking the time to eat around town. We did eat in the restaurant one night and had an excellent experience.

Excellent food in the evening. Very poor service at breakfast with no-one explaining the system. We were offered coffee as we sat diem for breakfast but after 20 mins still none had appeared. The car park is not secure. Two sets of guests in the night we were there had items stolen from their cars. Be aware if you have heavy luggage that there are two short flights of steps to reception and the small lift for wheelchairs was broken, Altogether not good value for money.

Great place to be and to stay in the middle of Metz. The only thing we thought was a but weird: there was nog lobby or hotel bar. So if you come back from a dinner night, or you want to relax a bit and drink one more wine, there not really a place to sit. For a hotel with this luxury a bit weird. Further the breakfast was great, dinner was excellent!

Hôtel comfortable et très bien placé. Pratique pour les chiens avec le parc en bas. Sur hôtel.com c’est noté parking sur place mais bon au final oui parking sur place non couvert et non surveillé à 18 euros jour et 20 euros pour le chien… un peu cher je trouve. Accueil et service très correct mais bon on paie pour.

The hotel is fine. The check in desk is not always staffed by a person. Sometimes they are wandering around but it is not clear that they work there and it is a bit confusing. That said, once you get someone, they are very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the city center with plenty of parking.

J ai réservé cette chambre car elle me semblait convenable pour une nuit en couple après en concert. Le cadre extérieur est sympathique. Le halle de l hôtel est spacieux et agréable. L enregistrement s est bien passé. La chambre est très spécieuse et bien agencée. La petite attention pour la st Nicolas nous a ravis. Toutefois ayant déjà goûté a l excellence d un hotel de luxe , nous avons eu l'oeil sur pas mal de choses. L accueil : Le personnel devrait faire un effort sur l accueil. Le sourire était légèrement mis de côté et on ne nous a pas calculé d entré quand nous sommes arrivé. Pour ma part, la réception a été sommaire. De même pour un retour dans l hôtel a une heure tardive ( suite a un concert). Pour un hôtel comme cela, je ne trouve pas normal que l on nous fasse attendre dehors 5 min avant d ouvrir les portes ( surtout quand il fait -3 degrés.) Le réceptionniste était peut être occupé mais quand même... Je trouve également qu une garantie de 330€ prise sur la cb ( heureusement pas débitée) ne soit pas rassurant. Le stationnement : 18€ pour garer sa voiture sur un parking aux places limitées, ça fait mal au ventre. Surtout vu le prix de la chambre, je ne trouve pas normal de devoir rajouter cela. Le parking devrait faire parti de la prestation. La chambre : Bien que propre dans l ensemble, je crois qu il faudrait approfondir les poussières. Ça été un plaisir pour moi d y laisser mon prénom sur le meuble TV. Hôtel tout de même sympa pas mal de choses à améliorer

Very nice hotel located in historical area. Short walking distance to Cathedral and other places of interest. Our room was very spacious and clean. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. We also had a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and it was excellent. Food was very delicious. Will definitely stop in this hotel again.

Mycket trevlig personal, vi fick verkligen bra hjälp med rekommendation av barnvänlig restaurang på gångavstånd, lekplats i närheten osv. Rymligt, rent och fint rum, barnsäng utan extra kostnad, bekväm säng. Parkering fanns smidigt precis utanför hotellentrén (tilläggsavgift). Gammal, häftig byggnad ombyggd till hotell. Frukosten var absolut bra, men ganska dyr. Man behöver äta VÄLDIGT mycket för att den ska vara prisvärd, men som sagt det var gott och mycket att välja på. Skulle absolut säga att personalen är detta hotells största tillgång!

Un peu déçu du MGallery qui n’atteignait pas ses standards : un rideau occultant manquait donc on a eu le jour dès le lever du soleil, une forte odeur de nourriture asiatique dans les couloirs pour accéder aux chambres, pas de savon dans une des deux chambres, des meubles abîmés. Le lieu est au demeurant très beau (ancien bâtiment militaire) et très proche du centre ville.

Lovely location, historic area with parcs as described by reviews.Easy walk to centre town. Very quiet. Room facing a small park. Very comfortable and spotless. Very quiet. Nespresso coffee and Courtesy water and small juice. Reception rapide and staff very welcoming and helpful. Dine and breakfast out so cannot comment on food. One very little issue perhaps despite an excellent bathroom with all necessities, a proper shower head (small hand shower) could be useful for those who prefer showers to bath. Personally loved relaxing in a bath. Overall extremely satisfied and will recommend.

Really lovely hotel. Modern and well designed interior , high quality tasteful furnishings and decor. Very comfortable room with bright, very spacious bathroom. Our room was in the annex across the street from the main building and was a bit dark due to just one very small window but overall design with skylight and mirrors helped . Our room was not ready until an hour After check in time but management provided a complimentary glass of wine and beer in their lovely courtyard, which was appreciated. We really liked this hotel .

Perfect spot in Metz between old town and new. Very walkable. Beautiful grounds. Only complaint was AC. Called down to front, but still unable to cool. Thankfully it was a pleasant night so we could open a window. Gave great recommendations on dinner and a coffee shop in AM.

Nice hotel away from busier parts of central Metz but still walka me to things. Room is good. If you like really firm beds this is the place for you. Ventilation was good for European standards. Decent breakfast buffet available Staff were excellent

Suite à une réservation effectuée pour un séjour d'affaire avec un de mes clients, ma cliente m'informe que son fils doit se faire hospitaliser en urgence le jour de notre rdv. (Elle me prévient le vendredi, pour une nuitée prévue le lundi) Elle m'adresse la convocation de l'hôpital à l'appui. J'ai téléphoné afin de prévenir l'hôtel pour ce contretemps médical, en demandant le remboursement, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir, et n'ont pas souhaité effectuer le remboursement pour nos 2 nuitées avec petit-déjeuner soit 422 euros !! Quelle preuve d'humanité ! Plus jamais !

30° heat and manager came to move us from outside on the patio area as we “were not eating and is only for food”. No one else was there, it was a completely ridiculous conversation and demonstrated a lack of welcoming guests. We left and had beer in the square, won’t be back.

Modern hotel set in a medieval building. Large, airy room; quiet hallways. Exceptionally kind and accommodating staff. We needed to get our laundry done, and the staff saw that it was completed in 12 hours. Nice, nice people. Wonderful location: just a 3-block walk to the old city. Flowering gardens. Beautiful.

You have a very nice hotel and we have only two issues - 1) The constant Muzak with English/amerikan popular music ( why not French?) And 2) we missed a wider selection of the lovely French cheese at the breakfast buffet.

Great stay at this beautiful hotel. Room was huge and had gorgeous views over a green space. Parking was additional but very handy and safe. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant for both nights of our stay and enjoyed the food and service
