Déception. Ce n\'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et ça se dégrade. Rien à redire pour l\'accueil, mais j\'ai eu un problème et là... Je n\'avais pas de télécommande pour la TV dans la chambre, j\'appelle la réception qui me répond "on s\'en occupe et je vous rappelle de suite". 1 heure après je rappelle, réponse identique. 1 heure après je descends à la réception et on me dit "Nous n\'avons pas de service technique, l\'hôtel est complet, je ne sais pas comment vous aider". Je demande à la demoiselle pourquoi elle ne m\'avait pas répondu ça dès le départ: silence... Et là le pompon: Sa collègue me demande sérieusement "Vous voulez vraiment regarder la TV ce soir ?" Après avoir montré mon insatisfaction, elles ont finalement trouvé une solution dans une chambre inoccupée alors qu\'elles disaient l\'hôtel complet, bon, soit, j\'ai eu ma télécommande... Autre chose, un beau rat de 20 ou 30 cm prenait son bain dans la piscine. Visiblement un habitué d\'après les réaction d\'autres clients. Je ne pense pas revenir. Une précision : 260€ la nuit, no comment.

Dichtbij de snelweg en Disneyland. Ook het centrum van Parijs is goed bereikbaar. Goed hotel met prima faciliteiten. Het personeel was echter weinig service gericht. Babybed van tevoren aangevraagd, maar niet geplaatst. Hierover de receptie gebeld en die stond niet te springen om ons te helpen. Extra beddengoed was niet beschikbaar, we konden 1 handdoek krijgen die we zelf moesten ophalen bij de receptie. We kregen een dag een briefje onder de deur geschoven dat onze kamer niet schoongemaakt was, zonder enige verklaring of enige tegemoetkoming. Op de laatste dag was het ontbijt 1 grote chaos. Er was te weinig personeel, te weinig eten en de gasten waren aan het vechten om eten. Ongelofelijk allemaal, dit hebben we niet eerder in een 4 sterren hotel meegemaakt.

This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling. Also I am pretty sure there was bedbugs as we woke up with itchy bumps on our body.. The drain was clogged in the shower. The breakfast was not impressive. There was no water in the pool. The area did not feel safe at all. The lack of maintenance in the surroundings were appalling. It looked like some of the buildings actually were deserted. And there was trash everywhere which smelled really badly. On a more positive note the metro was not far away, and it was easy going to Paris city. The hotel had a modern look and was fairly clean.

Vi valde hotellet i första hand för dess läge, mitt emellan Paris stad och outleten La Vallee village - och det var toppen. Drygt 20 minuter med bilen till outleten och 10 minuters promenad till tågstationen som på 30 minuter tog oss hela vägen till Charles de Gaulle Etoile-stationen - dvs Arc de Triomphe. Parkeringen var i ett väl inhägnat garage med gott om platser. Hotellet är fräscht och rent. Poolen är ganska liten men fyller sitt syfte väl. Rummet var lika rent och fräscht och vi sov alla bra, tack vare den väl fungerande AC:n - vi hade t o m vy över Eiffeltornet i fjärran. Handdukar och lakan var rena och fina, tvål och schampoo fanns det gott om och dessutom ett fungerande kassaskåp på rummet. Matbutiker/köpcentrum på gångavstånd, likaså en McDonalds för snabbt matintag på sen ankomstkväll. Köravstånd till Champagne om man så vill. Toppen!

Housekeeping non existent. Bathroom not cleaned our entire stay ( 7 nights. ) they would just put a roll of toilet paper if finished and add towels, sometimes only hand towels and if you needed bath towels, you may as well ship them in. Had to phone 3 to 4 times for anything requested. They don’t vacuum the rooms, take out trash, change bedding Basically, the lady would just make up the bed in such a terrible way it looked like my kids did it. Very disappointed, first time staying at a Novotel brand. Won’t return 😢

Quite a distance from Paris centre (half an hour or so on RER A) and about a ten minute walk from the station. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s the usual city tax to pay on arrival plus a €200 deposit that is refundable on checkout (we received our deposit back that evening after checking out around 10am). We stayed for 2 nights and the bed was made and clean towels brought for the second night/ day. There’s a safe in the room to lock valuables away. The only issue we had was no milk provided with the tea and coffee sachets so I didn’t have a hot drink in the morning when I woke up.

Bon séjour. De l'accueil au service du petit-déjeuner bien fourni, en passant par la chambre propre, confortable et avec une bonne clim, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Vi valde hotellet i första hand för dess läge, mitt emellan Paris stad och outleten La Vallee village - och det var toppen. Drygt 20 minuter med bilen till outleten och 10 minuters promenad till tågstationen som på 30 minuter tog oss hela vägen till Charles de Gaulle Etoile-stationen - dvs Arc de Triomphe. Parkeringen var i ett väl inhägnat garage med gott om platser. Hotellet är fräscht och rent. Poolen är ganska liten men fyller sitt syfte väl. Rummet var lika rent och fräscht och vi sov alla bra, tack vare den väl fungerande AC:n - vi hade t o m vy över Eiffeltornet i fjärran. Handdukar och lakan var rena och fina, tvål och schampoo fanns det gott om och dessutom ett fungerande kassaskåp på rummet. Matbutiker/köpcentrum på gångavstånd, likaså en McDonalds för snabbt matintag på sen ankomstkväll. Köravstånd till Champagne om man så vill. Toppen!

We stayed for 2 nights and the bed was made and clean towels brought for the second night/ day. There’s a safe in the room to lock valuables away. When I arrived, the lady on the front desk was very rude and not helpful when I had an issue. Then I spoke to the other gentleman who was on the front desk who looked to be in the manager and he was extremely helpful and polite. I will not be returning due to how rude the woman on the front desk was

Dichtbij de snelweg en Disneyland. Ook het centrum van Parijs is goed bereikbaar. Goed hotel met prima faciliteiten. Het personeel was echter weinig service gericht. Babybed van tevoren aangevraagd, maar niet geplaatst. Hierover de receptie gebeld en die stond niet te springen om ons te helpen. Extra beddengoed was niet beschikbaar, we konden 1 handdoek krijgen die we zelf moesten ophalen bij de receptie. We kregen een dag een briefje onder de deur geschoven dat onze kamer niet schoongemaakt was, zonder enige verklaring of enige tegemoetkoming. Op de laatste dag was het ontbijt 1 grote chaos. Er was te weinig personeel, te weinig eten en de gasten waren aan het vechten om eten. Ongelofelijk allemaal, dit hebben we niet eerder in een 4 sterren hotel meegemaakt.

This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling. Also I am pretty sure there was bedbugs as we woke up with itchy bumps on our body.. The drain was clogged in the shower. The breakfast was not impressive. There was no water in the pool. The area did not feel safe at all. The lack of maintenance in the surroundings were appalling. It looked like some of the buildings actually were deserted. And there was trash everywhere which smelled really badly. On a more positive note the metro was not far away, and it was easy going to Paris city. The hotel had a modern look and was fairly clean.

Excellent - great pool area. Subbed round the pool and was really quiet and huge seating area all around it too. Reasonable price also. Supermarket just opposite and a domino’s pizza among other takeaways within a 15 min walk. It had pool table, darts board, pinball machine etc in the lobby. Our superior family room also had a fridge. And gorgeous views over the town. Very modern decor. There is also a water machine on each level and a glass bottle in the room to fill up.

Came to the hotel staff wasn’t helpful its was late left me and my children waiting at desk for 2 hours to check in. We was told we was going to be on the lower ground for the children and we was on the top floor. There was also rats outside the hotel. My children were crying. Absolutely disgraceful. Wasn’t helpful speaking English didn’t explain nothing to me just talking in French and saying do not understand .
