The villa was fantastic and absolutely perfect for our needs as a group of 4 couples (2 with children). The rooms are well appointed, enabling families to have some privacy whilst also enjoying a group holiday. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. Location wise, it is ideally placed in the hills, with fabulous views over Cala Llonga, which is reachable via around a 10 min walk. (Those with small children may wish to get a cab back up the hill! However these are easily available and inexpensive). The outside area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and areas with shade. Marc was a fantastic host, responsive, helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Het huis is heerlijk ruim om met vrienden of familie/meerdere gezinnen te verblijven. Er zijn 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. De woonkamer is ook ruim. Het huis heeft echt alle voorzieningen die je thuis ook hebt, van wasmachine en strijkijzer tot kinderbestek en blender. Ook buiten is veel ruimte! Meerdere plekjes om te loungen, te eten en geboeg ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen. Het zwembad was ook heel schoon en hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Via de whatsapp reageert de beheerder direct, echt heel netjes en fijn! Dat was opmerkelijk en echt een top service. Ze kwamen zelfs extra bbq spullen toen we vroegen of het aanwezig was. Het enige minder positieve wat ik erover kan zeggen is dat er veel pissebedden liepen binnen, maar daar is weinig tegen te doen. Het was er verder goed schoon en overal is aan gedacht. Wij zijn zeker van plan om weer te komen!!

We had the most amazing week at this villa the views are stunning The villa was large with plenty of bathrooms for 10 ladies The outside seating area was nice too so we could all sit and eat together under the canopy We could walk down to the town in under 15 mins but a bit of a steep walk up so we got taxis up and they were cheap Easy axis to Ibiza old town which is beautiful and other spots on the island Perfect area plenty of lovely places to eat Marco was so helpful and got back to us straight away with lots of information to help us have a fantastic holiday Our favourite day which was organised by Marco was the boat trip and lunch the sea was sooo blue and a very pretty island Would definitely recommend to anyone

Wunderbares Anwesen, ruhig gelegen, hell, großzügig geschnitten mit abgeteilten Wohneinheiten und eigenem, großen Bad. Alles in einem hervorragendem Zustand. Ein großer Getränkekühlschrank draußen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls perfekt. Vorab bekamen wir etliche Tipps und eine Grundausstattung mit Notwendigem war vorhanden. Besser kann man es nicht machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect for 8 adults and 3 young children, the swimming pool being a big hit. Lovely views into Calla Llonga and beyond with the town in easy reach by foot. Carmen and Marc are the perfect hosts with lots of advice ahead of our visit as well as being responsive whilst there with Marc coming out to provide extra clothes horses to dry our clothes on! Would highly recommend. Thanks to Carmen and Marc.

Property well appointed with nice outdoor seating and pool area.Also bedrooms and bathrooms all a very good size.Lovely views from the hillside location but a fairly steep walk to and from the centre of Cala Llonga about 25 minutes away. We would recommend car hire as all the rubbish has to be disposed of in bins near the town and not very pleasant in the heat.The only other minor concern was the villa wi fi which was very intermittent and ceased to work after day 3. All in all a very nice property ,well suited to family groups with only a couple of minor drawbacks but a hire car is really advisable.

Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einer Anhöhe ca. 10min Fußweg vom kleinen Ort entfernt und bietet alles, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegen, einem Daybed und einer überdachten Loungeecke ist nicht riesig, aber reicht vollkommen aus. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur/dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Vielen lieben Dank auch für den Willkommensgruß und die übrigen Getränke im Kühlschrank und der Bar! Was in der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht so rüberkam, war die Verteilung der 5 Schlafzimmer. Drei SZ befinden sich direkt im Haus, davon teilen sich 2 ein Bad, das andere ist ein riesiger Masterbedroom mit großem Bad & Badewanne ensuite im OG. Die anderen beiden SZ befinden sich außerhalb des Hauses. Eines ist direkt neben der Terrasse am Außenbereich (im UG, aber mit Fenster) und das andere aus der Haustür hinaus und dann eine Treppe nach unten. Für diejenigen, die in der Gruppe Ruhe suchen, perfekt, für andere vielleicht etwas unpraktisch. Die Schlafzimmer an sich sind schön und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Vielen Dank für den entspannten Aufenthalt.

Wat een ervaring! We hebben een week van dit prachtige huis mogen genieten. Heerlijk! Alles in perfecte staat, mooi uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad. We zouden heel graag een keer terug komen.

The villa far exceeded our expectations. From the minute we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Marc was very informative prior to arriving and was on hand throughout the holiday if we needed anything and had great suggestions. We travelled with 3 family generations age range from 3 to 76 and everyone was very happy with the villa. It has fabulous views over the town in a quiet residential area and is only a short 10 / 15 mins walk into the Cala Llonga. Santa Eulalia is a short taxi ride away and worth a visit and Ibiza town is about 15-20 mins away. We didn't have a car and you don't really need one as there are so many taxis available and the town has plenty of small supermarkets. The villa has everything you need for a great family holiday. All bedrooms and bathrooms were good sizes and kitchen was well equipped for eating in and having BBQs. The garden area had plenty of shaded areas for when the sun become a bit too hot. We hired the boat from Marc which took us to Formentera which was fantastic and highly recommended. We anchored at some amazing beaches and had lunch at Chezz Gerdi who picked us up by tender. The food and service was amazing there and the whole experience really made our holiday. We cannot wait to return to this villa next year!

We were a party of 6 family members staying in this fantastic property. The villa was very clean, spacious & well equipped in a good location. We were given helpful details on the best beaches, supermarkets, recycling bins location, places to visit etc We also made use of chartering a smart skippered speed boat to Beso Beach for the day through the owner. We had a wonderful holiday here thank you!!

A Beautiful Villa in a lovely part of Ibiza with stunning views overlooking Cala Llonga. Our family of 10 with age ranges from 4 to 67 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable, safe and well equipped. Marc was on hand to help with any questions that we had and gave us lots of information on the area. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the area within walking distance (down hill) and a taxi back will cost around €5. Ibiza Town is also well worth a visit as it is just a short drive away costing around €22 each way. The highlight of the week was the boat trip to the beautiful island of Formentera which Marc will help you to arrange, we would also recommend a hire car if you want to explore the island a little further and for taking the recycling to the bins which are located at the bottom of the hill. We have made some lovely family memories during our stay so Gracias Marc and Carmen Christine Jepson

We hired the boat from Marc which took us to Formentera which was fantastic and highly recommended. We anchored at some amazing beaches and had lunch at Chezz Gerdi who picked us up by tender. The food and service was amazing there and the whole experience really made our holiday. We cannot wait to return to this villa next year!

Marc was very informative prior to arriving and was on hand throughout the holiday if we needed anything and had great suggestions. We travelled with 3 family generations age range from 3 to 76 and everyone was very happy with the villa. It has fabulous views over the town in a quiet residential area and is only a short 10 / 15 mins walk into the Cala Llonga. Santa Eulalia is a short taxi ride away and worth a visit and Ibiza town is about 15-20 mins away. We didn't have a car and you don't really need one as there are so many taxis available and the town has plenty of small supermarkets. The villa has everything you need for a great family holiday. All bedrooms and bathrooms were good sizes and kitchen was well equipped for eating in and having BBQs. The garden area had plenty of shaded areas for when the sun become a bit too hot. We hsd fabulous holiday. The villa was situated wirhin a reasonable distance of the airport with all parts of the island easily accessible. It was spotless and well stocked. The Host Marc went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. He provided recommendations for restaurants places we should see and even sent a message through to let us know about high winds. This included which side of the island where the beaches would be sheltered.

The rooms are well appointed, enabling families to have some privacy whilst also enjoying a group holiday. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. Location wise, it is ideally placed in the hills, with fabulous views over Cala Llonga, which is reachable via around a 10 min walk. (Those with small children may wish to get a cab back up the hill! However these are easily available and inexpensive). The outside area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and areas with shade. Marc was a fantastic host, responsive, helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely spacious villa in a nice little town by the sea with a lot of bars, restaurants and taxis and a pretty ferry boat running up and down the coast. Carmen and Marc were very helpful and responded quickly to queries. There were ten of us, of all ages, and everyone had a great time.

Property well appointed with nice outdoor seating and pool area.Also bedrooms and bathrooms all a very good size.Lovely views from the hillside location but a fairly steep walk to and from the centre of Cala Llonga about 25 minutes away. We would recommend car hire as all the rubbish has to be disposed of in bins near the town and not very pleasant in the heat.The only other minor concern was the villa wi fi which was very intermittent and ceased to work after day 3. All in all a very nice property ,well suited to family groups with only a couple of minor drawbacks but a hire car is really advisable.

A Beautiful Villa in a lovely part of Ibiza with stunning views overlooking Cala Llonga. Our family of 10 with age ranges from 4 to 67 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable, safe and well equipped. Marc was on hand to help with any questions that we had and gave us lots of information on the area. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the area within walking distance (down hill) and a taxi back will cost around €5. Ibiza Town is also well worth a visit as it is just a short drive away costing around €22 each way. The highlight of the week was the boat trip to the beautiful island of Formentera which Marc will help you to arrange, we would also recommend a hire car if you want to explore the island a little further and for taking the recycling to the bins which are located at the bottom of the hill. Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einer Anhöhe ca. 10min Fußweg vom kleinen Ort entfernt und bietet alles, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegen, einem Daybed und einer überdachten Loungeecke ist nicht riesig, aber reicht vollkommen aus. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur/dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Vielen lieben Dank auch für den Willkommensgruß und die übrigen Getränke im Kühlschrank und der Bar! Was in der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht so rüberkam, war die Verteilung der 5 Schlafzimmer. Drei SZ befinden sich direkt im Haus, davon teilen sich 2 ein Bad, das andere ist ein riesiger Masterbedroom mit großem Bad & Badewanne ensuite im OG. Die anderen beiden SZ befinden sich außerhalb des Hauses. Eines ist direkt neben der Terrasse am Außenbereich (im UG, aber mit Fenster) und das andere aus der Haustür hinaus und dann eine Treppe nach unten. Für diejenigen, die in der Gruppe Ruhe suchen, perfekt, für andere vielleicht etwas unpraktisch. Die Schlafzimmer an sich sind schön und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Vielen Dank für den entspannten Aufenthalt.

The owner was amazing from start to finish with both communication and information. Helped arrange an amazing experience on a boat trip to Formentera for a special occasion also. The villa itself is amazing and so well kept. All facilities are there just bring yourself and the people you love! Cala Llonga is a lovely little town in its own magnificent bay with a smashing beach. Really good location for exploring both Santa Eulàlia and the Old Town as well as all other little areas along the coast. Felt really safe in the quiet cult de sac with cracking views 😎

Wunderbares Anwesen, ruhig gelegen, hell, großzügig geschnitten mit abgeteilten Wohneinheiten und eigenem, großen Bad. Alles in einem hervorragendem Zustand. Ein großer Getränkekühlschrank draußen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls perfekt. Vorab bekamen wir etliche Tipps und eine Grundausstattung mit Notwendigem war vorhanden. Besser kann man es nicht machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect for 8 adults and 3 young children, the swimming pool being a big hit. Lovely views into Calla Llonga and beyond with the town in easy reach by foot. Carmen and Marc are the perfect hosts with lots of advice ahead of our visit as well as being responsive whilst there with Marc coming out to provide extra clothes horses to dry our clothes on! Would highly recommend. Thanks to Carmen and Marc.

Marc was a fantastic host, responsive, helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
The villa was fantastic and absolutely perfect for our needs as a group of 4 couples (2 with children). The rooms are well appointed, enabling families to have some privacy whilst also enjoying a group holiday. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. Location wise, it is ideally placed in the hills, with fabulous views over Cala Llonga, which is reachable via around a 10 min walk. (Those with small children may wish to get a cab back up the hill! However these are easily available and inexpensive). The outside area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and areas with shade. Marc was a fantastic host, responsive, helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely spacious villa in a nice little town by the sea with a lot of bars, restaurants and taxis and a pretty ferry boat running up and down the coast. Carmen and Marc were very helpful and responded quickly to queries. There were ten of us, of all ages, and everyone had a great time.

We had the most amazing week at this villa the views are stunning The villa was large with plenty of bathrooms for 10 ladies The outside seating area was nice too so we could all sit and eat together under the canopy We could walk down to the town in under 15 mins but a bit of a steep walk up so we got taxis up and they were cheap Easy axis to Ibiza old town which is beautiful and other spots on the island Perfect area plenty of lovely places to eat Marco was so helpful and got back to us straight away with lots of information to help us have a fantastic holiday Our favourite day which was organised by Marco was the boat trip and lunch the sea was sooo blue and a very pretty island Would definitely recommend to anyone

Property well appointed with nice outdoor seating and pool area.Also bedrooms and bathrooms all a very good size.Lovely views from the hillside location but a fairly steep walk to and from the centre of Cala Llonga about 25 minutes away. We would recommend car hire as all the rubbish has to be disposed of in bins near the town and not very pleasant in the heat.The only other minor concern was the villa wi fi which was very intermittent and ceased to work after day 3. All in all a very nice property ,well suited to family groups with only a couple of minor drawbacks but a hire car is really advisable.

A Beautiful Villa in a lovely part of Ibiza with stunning views overlooking Cala Llonga. Our family of 10 with age ranges from 4 to 67 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable, safe and well equipped. Marc was on hand to help with any questions that we had and gave us lots of information on the area. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the area within walking distance (down hill) and a taxi back will cost around €5. Ibiza Town is also well worth a visit as it is just a short drive away costing around €22 each way. The highlight of the week was the boat trip to the beautiful island of Formentera which Marc will help you to arrange, we would also recommend a hire car if you want to explore the island a little further and for taking the recycling to the bins which are located at the bottom of the hill. Un séjour parfait. La villa est très agréable et chacun à son indépendance. Au calme avec une magnifique vue et pas loin d’Ibiza et de Santa Eulalia un port magnifique. Marc très sympathique et efficace est de bons conseils.Je recommande vivement cette villa.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. The photos don’t do it justice. Myself and five friends stayed and had a wonderful time. Although a steep hill down to restaurants and bars it was always easy to get a taxi back which cost between 6-8 euros. A good base for us to visit many places in the island although most of the time happy to stay at villa and enjoy all that it offers. Can’t wait to come back!

The villa far exceeded our expectations. From the minute we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Marc was very informative prior to arriving and was on hand throughout the holiday if we needed anything and had great suggestions. We travelled with 3 family generations age range from 3 to 76 and everyone was very happy with the villa. It has fabulous views over the town in a quiet residential area and is only a short 10 / 15 mins walk into the Cala Llonga. Santa Eulalia is a short taxi ride away and worth a visit and Ibiza town is about 15-20 mins away. We didn't have a car and you don't really need one as there are so many taxis available and the town has plenty of small supermarkets. The villa has everything you need for a great family holiday. All bedrooms and bathrooms were good sizes and kitchen was well equipped for eating in and having BBQs. The garden area had plenty of shaded areas for when the sun become a bit too hot. We hired the boat from Marc which took us to Formentera which was fantastic and highly recommended. We anchored at some amazing beaches and had lunch at Chezz Gerdi who picked us up by tender. The food and service was amazing there and the whole experience really made our holiday. We cannot wait to return to this villa next year!
