I found the staff to be very rude and unprofessional. They kept saying, “We don’t speak English, speak French instead.” I find it unacceptable that hotel staff cannot communicate in English. This hotel only cares about taking money from its customers, not about providing proper service or treating guests with respect.

Just needs rebrub, smelt funny. Hole in wall near door. Bathroom was horrible. Funny bed set up, one was literally on the floor. Wouldnt use f1 again. Terrible

Sadly it can’t even be called a hotel it’s a hostel only difference is the ‘bathroom’ which is a closet is in the room with you, the first room we were given was three bunks on a wall which did not feel safe and the exposed slats were broken, I could almost touch both sides of the walls it was so small and the advert pictures show a clear shower it was not like this at all, the staff are really lovely and moved us rooms to one with a double bed and single bed but the tv did not work and again a weird closet bathroom. We ended up checking out after only three nights due to the noise and how hot the rooms were without any air on you had to sleep with the windows open right next to the train tracks so that also was a nightmare, all in all if you want to travel without kids and as cheaply as possible then stay there but don’t expect too much as there is no cafe or anything

The staff was nice. The “breakfast” was corn flakes and bread to make toast. The room smelled like urine. The bathroom sink had chips taken out of it and the shower drain had no cover with standing water.
