Bad climatisation. We had to ask for soap or shampoo, there was none. Stains on the bathroom wall on multiple places. Noisy and overall very costy.

I stayed at Mercure Hotels before and I am sorry to say that but this one was the worst and because Christmas is coming, i payed the most... The staff was kind-helpful and room was clean but 1. pillows were so so uncomfortable, 2. AC was not running properly, 3. The water while you take shower sometimes boils, I am not exaggerating really it boils, I was about to have a burn and 4. there were no slippers in the room.
