We had a lovely welcome from Kevin. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was a nice size, we were not at the front of the hotel so nice and quiet mostly. The theme of the room was nice. There is only one small elevator and the while the room was serviced daily, they only left 1 bath towel for two? Reception gave us extra towels when we asked. Heating was not good in our room, but we were given a column heater, which was great. Overall our 7 night stay there went well. Very handy to train and bus station.

The room was as described with everything you could need, save for maybe a slightly comfier chair. Booked the hotel for proximity to station and transport links and it didn't disappoint, comfy, nice bathroom, mini-bar if you wanted to use it, desk and chair. We booked as a base to explore Rennes and to take in a concert at nearby Pace, so never intended spending hours in the room - perfect for what we wanted and good value. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Considering a concert return in 2026 and would definitely stay again

Die Unterkunft war zwei Minuten vom Hbf Rennes entfernt. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof, ist die Gegend nicht heruntergekommen sondern sauber, hell und ruhig. Die Türen der Unterkunft öffnen sich Abends/nachts nur nach klingeln bei der Rezeption, was die Sicherheit weiter erhöht. Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft waren sauber, hell, und schön hergerichtet. Die Rezeption war nett und dauerhaft besetzt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht wahrgenommen, allerdings gibt es auf dem Zimmer einen Wasserkocher und Instant-Kaffee. Die Innenstadt ist vom Hotel aus schnell zu Fuß oder per Metro zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder hier hergehen!

Opposite the train station. 20 minute-walk from the city centre. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Quiet too, which was great for me. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Hotel overall was good but when i returned to my room on the night i discovered lots of ants in the bathroom and into the bedroom, although they replaced my room (next door), the response next morning was disappointing from the manager all i was offered for my inconvenience was a free continental breakfast and couldn't do any more as i had paid through hotels.com and had had a good price. i wouldn't have tight this was an excuse regardless of who you have booked through or what you have paid poor attitude really

( oublie par deux fois de fournir des serviettes de toilettes, pas de recharge de gel douche), à chaque fois , on est oblige d aller chercher les choses a l accueil.. Toutefois,l hotel reste un tres bon rapport qualite prix .

L'hotel è di fronte la stazione quindi molto comodo ma nei dintorni purtroppo non ben frequentato. Per andare in centro un quarto d'ora a piedi. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo e personale cortese. Siamo stati due giorni e per entrambi i pomeriggi/sere fino a mezzanotte abbiamo avuto continuii rumori fastidiosidalla camera del piano superiore. Abbiamo fatto presente la situazione già il primo giorno ma la situazione ha continuato a protrarsi fino a tarda sera anche il secondo giorno

On the positive side it is VERY close to the train station and dining options. Also, the staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast options were better than expected. On the negative side, we are all 6’ tall and the hotel was not designed for us. Two 6’ persons in those rooms is one (or two) too many. We switched hotels after the first night just to feel more comfortable. It isn’t the Kyriad’s fault, just something to know. If you’re tall, go somewhere else. If not, it’s pretty nice and convenient.

Bonjour, Nous Etions arrives a l’hotel a 5h46 le personal du matin était pas aimable il n’a pas le temps pour nous juste pour vérifier notre reservation et de laisser notre baggage vue que nous etions parti pour l’obsèque de mon fils. Excellent location for our travels around France via train. 100 m to Gare de Rennes and 200 meters to Bus station. Several restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. Very close to the historical areas. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good, as restaurants were very nearby.

Opposite the train station. 20 minute-walk from the city centre. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Quiet too, which was great for me. Very friendly and attentive staff.

L'hotel è di fronte la stazione quindi molto comodo ma nei dintorni purtroppo non ben frequentato. Per andare in centro un quarto d'ora a piedi. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo e personale cortese. Siamo stati due giorni e per entrambi i pomeriggi/sere fino a mezzanotte abbiamo avuto continuii rumori fastidiosidalla camera del piano superiore. Abbiamo fatto presente la situazione già il primo giorno ma la situazione ha continuato a protrarsi fino a tarda sera anche il secondo giorno

Check in was simple. The breakfast had a wide variety of options except for scrambled eggs. That I found odd. Perhaps thats an American thing.

Le confort, la proximité gare et centre ville. Le personnel est agréable et attentionné. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking de la gare pendant deux jours et fait toutes nos activités à pied.

The room and the service were great. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the old town where the bulk of restraints and bars are. The location of the hotel right next to the train station was convenient but a bit sketchy at night with kids (lots of homeless people)

This place was so handy, being straight across the street from the train station. Check in was easy and the room was clean, comfortable, quiet and easily darkened. It was a short walk into the oldest part of Rennes. Good restaurants in the area, too.

Rennes駅からすぐ目の前にあるため、迷うことなくたどり着くことができました。フランス語にあまり自信がなかったのですが、英語で対応していただけたためスムーズなコミュニケーションをとることができました。朝食は14€程でつけることができ、新鮮な搾りたてオレンジジュースやパン、ヨーグルト、ハムなど種類が豊富でいい朝を迎えることができました。また、近隣に大聖堂や美術館など観光スポットもあるため立地がいいと思います。

I was really pleased with my stay - the hotel was just across the road from the station and right on the edge of the centre of Rennes, a great location. The room was fantastic - love the decoration, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the air-conditioning was a life saver in the heat! Breakfast is cheap & cheerful, the standard continental breakfast. I did really like the crepes and the fresh vanilla loaf. The staff were very friendly and helpful - thanks again to the team.
