Perfekt läge för turistande i Reims. Suverän receptions personal, hjälpsamma, trevliga. Bra parkering i huset, även laddmöjlighet. Bra frukost och en restaurang som är toppen, glöm ej att boka bord. Inomhuspool. Rummen är rymliga och med bra standard.

Un personnel formidable. Hotel accessible à pied, en plein centre ville. Grand parking sur le trottoir d'en face. Hall de l'hotel magnifique, petit-déjeuner complet et délicieux, une chambre magnifique, spacieuse, avec une literie très confortable. Nous avons testé le restaurant (une très belle adresse), le bar (superbe endroit), l'espace fitness (le vélo élyptique n'était pas branché mais il y avait d'autres machines, donc pas de problème), le sauna (hyper agréable) et la piscine (eau un peu fraîche mais pour rafraîchir le corps après le sauna c'est parfait). Je recommande cet hotel.

Perfect location, modern but classy. Multi-lingual staff very helpful. Booked in part for E-car charging. As demand has grown, their E-car charge concierge reparked cars as charge completes. There is an extra garage fee for hybrids and full electric. But atleast your not waiting at a roadside charge spot. In the US, Best Western used to be known as Least Eastern.... not this one!

The room was quiet, clean, spacious and well equipped for the most part. The staff is GREAT---very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was lack of shelving--the bathroom had no place to put toiletries---we liberated a bench and put it in a corner of the bathroom. The closet space was also limited---we lived out of suitcases.

Lovely hotel - well located in the heart of Reims and within a few minutes’ walk of the beautiful Cathedral. Convenient underground car parking (18 euros / night) and warm welcome from reception staff made check in really smooth. Our room was clean, well equipped (including espresso machine and bath robes), the bed comfortable and the bathroom had a decent bath too, with lovely toiletries. We didn’t get to use the pool / sauna or restaurant as we only had a brief overnight stay whilst travelling home to the U.K. but we will next time. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was our second stay and unfortunately, this time we weren’t as satisfied. Sound of elevator in the whole room although there was a door between the entrance and the bedroom - it was constant during the day, less after midnight. The shower wasn’t clean, especially the gaps between the tiles; they were orange/brown. The amenities are none-existing: shower gel mounted in the shower, one 30 ml body lotion for 2 and it wasn’t restocked the next day although removed from the bathroom to the main room and visibly almost empty. Staff was not really friendly. Elevator didn’t work one half of a day, great since I just had knee surgery. No other way to the 7th floor other than taking a different elevator to the 5th floor and walking the rest. No apologies. Parking 18€/day seems insanely overpriced. Probably won’t return, although rooms are nice.

We love this hotel but housekeeping is below par, if you’re staying in a triple room there should be 3 towels, bathrobes and glasses, especially after they done the cleaning and put back 2 off each again. But the hotel itself is brilliant and in good shape, extremely well situated in centre off town and the staff in the reception, bar and restaurant is very good.

Great location albeit noisy late at night. Room was clean and a good size. Complimentary coffee, milk and sugar not replenished which considering the cost was very disappointing. Room not ready upon arrival. Overall a nice hotel, great location but missing the fine details that good hotels have.

Wonderful property and area. Very walkable with lots of restaurants, shops and sights. The only downside was that the air conditioner seems to be on a timer and turns off after 30-45min. Needed to get up to turn it back on.

Staff is absolutely brilliant! New room and amenities with coffe / tea, iron board, slippers and all that we needed. Breakfast was great and we’d highly recommend it again… well located too. Mind the rooms closer to the lifts as it was a bit too loud / noise due to the lift machinery.

I had the pleasure of staying here for my birthday and I was pleasantly surprised! The property definitely gave 5 stars on a budget. The hotel room was big and spacious. The only thing I would say is the mattress was way too firm for my liking. Other than that my stay was perfect. They are also centrally located to majority of the Champagne Houses which was the purpose of my trip. The staff were absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend. I will be back.

It’s a good city centre hotel, quiet at night and very conveniently situated. Parking was convenient and only €18 a night, I was concerned as google maps mentioned a low emission zone which you needed a permit for but this wasn’t an issue. Rooms are a little battered but most city centre hotels are. My only issues are that the bathroom door is frosted glass with no way of blocking out the light from the window, although it is nice having a bathroom window, not many hotel bathrooms have a window. Also the cleaning crew started outside our room at 8:30am, crashing and banging around, I understand they need to get everything ready for the next guests but 8:30 is too early and I don’t imagine the hotel was full so they could of started elsewhere.

I liked this hotel. My husband especially liked it. It's pretty. Our room was lovely, clean. Staff is amazing. Little extras like slippers and robes and lots of complimentary coffee made us feel special. I just thought it was a bit expensive and like any big hotel walls are thin so we could hear our neighbours.

Un très bel hôtel, situé en plein centre de Reims, tout est donc accessible à pied ce qui est plutôt confort quand on ne souhaite pas utiliser son véhicule. Un accueil très formel peu chaleureux, le personnel n'est que très peu avenant et poli que ce soit à l'accueil ou en salle de petit-déjeuner, excepté le personnel du restaurant et de l'entretien des chambres. Chambre spacieuse, propre, et très fonctionnelle. On ressent une tendance à différencier les clients... La restauration y est bonne et le petit-déjeuner est correct.

Kevin at the front desk was excellent great help with all our needs. Restaurant had the beast food ate there 2 nights so good. Service was wonderful too. Breakfast at hotel was over the top great fresh food. Staff there worked very hard to keep everything fresh. Loved this hotel

Madame Platini was caring and attentive. Sadly the reservations manager was rude and I found him aggressive. I was poorly upon arrive and he really upset me with his pushy insistence at talking to me. The reservations manager ruined my last trip.

It is super convenient in the center of the town, a 10-min walk from the Reims train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Make sure you have coffee at the "Coffee Champ" nearby. The hotel is renovated with lovely rooms and beautiful showers. Staff were very nice and helpful and they checked me in early -I was in my room before 12 and only waited for 35-40 min. Overall highly recommended!

Excellent night. Only one drawback is that lies in a pedestrian area on the weekends. Therefore it is difficult to approach by car. It would helo if the hotel sent the code for the barrier in advance

Very convenient from station and scenic spots, close to shopping centre and many nice restaurants around. Hotel is modernly decorated, bed is ok, but the air conditioning stop at intervals which needs us to switch it on again in summer. Hotel dining is also good. Easily get a taxi to champagne visits as well.

Lovely restaurant and nice area although it could get extremely loud at night. I was jarred awake on our first night with the sound of sirens and fighting on the street in front of the hotel, even though we were on a higher floor. Hotel parking fills up quickly, but there is a parking complex across the street. Overall, we had a pleasant enough experience.

Perfect location to stay in Reims. Several sight seeing points are within walking distance and bus/tram ride. Hotel is located at the pedestrian square, lots of restaurants/cafes and shopping are just in front of the hotel.

Amazing hotel! Great location, very large rooms, clean, awesome swimming pool (incl sauna and outdoor lounge area), good food and very attentive staff. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a nice location, breakfasts were good and it was comfortable. House cleaning disregards the ‘do not enter’ sign and threw away receipts, reservations, wine packing and other items. Hotel staff said there is nothing they can do. Additionally the room service is very very limited and only available for a couple of hours at night.

Room very small, nondescript. Food in the restaurant was pretty bad especially considering we are in France. Even the bread wasn't good. We did appreciate that the restaurant found a table for us even though our reservation was for the next night. Breakfast not great either- croissants were sub par. Got the feeling this is a tour bus destination so quantity not quality.

I like that this property have a suite when you are more than 2 in a room . The facility is well maintained and in a good location . They have a nice bar and good breakfast . Parking is right across the property …. That’s a plus coz hard to park in REIMS - the champagne city . Just remember Épernay is also a champagne place . Who does not like champagne . Had a good time here .

Hôtel très agréable, très propre. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable et c'est un vrai plus (restaurant, accueil, personnel de nettoyage). Petit déjeuner copieux mais manque d'options pour les œufs ou le pain. Vraiment un excellent séjour !
