We had to move rims as we were not put in the room that we booked. Our room was sooo noisy. We had booked a court yard view room and was told they upgraded us to some other room in which we were not informed off i till after we asked to be moved due to noise. It was clean but the pool Spa needed maintenance upgrade as jets in spa pool were not working. No towels etc etc. breakfast was ok. They did have gf bread but that’s it. Fresh fruit and juice in the foyer through the fat was a nice touch. This hotel is soooooo over priced paying over $600aud a night and having a horrible gutsy night experience having to pack up our bags etc to move was disappointing indeed. So no we did not get the room we booked over 10 months earlier. Was told no court yard rooms available??? Champagne bar looked not used in how long. When staying in the Champagne capital one would expect their champagne bar to be one of an experience.

An excellent hotel with a perfect location. Their valet parking is very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A perfect hotel for any stay in Reims.

This is the best place to stay in Reims. The location is right next to everything. When I stayed at another hotel the following week I ended up waking to this area anyway. The service staff at the hotel front desk and valet services are excellent. They all speak English well and will take care of all of your needs.

The hotel was lovely and reception staff were helpful. The communication regarding parking due to local roadworks was helpful and appreciated. We felt the restaurant staff were unorganised, as we had several long waits for service. Over half an hour to get just a glass of wine on one occasion which was frustrating as we had just arrived and wanted to start to relax from our journey.

I honestly thought from pictures and reviews we would have a better stay! I was not informed breakfast was at cost, until I saw my bill. The spa was nice but don’t advertise you have a pool and then when I arrive I find I have to book it and we only get to use it for an hour a day? That defeats the purpose of me booking for a pool to relax in after enjoying the day out. Instead we have to book and that makes a days harder for scheduling things to do. For dinner we were turned away because we didn’t make a reservation? And then the next night when we did the staff was busy and didn’t bring our check after we where done for 45 minutes :( I wanted to stay here because I know it’s a nicer chain however I feel like o would have been better off at a place less pricey and would have enjoyed it more.

Amazing location, friendly staff and great breakfast. On booking parking it would be helpful to be advised that you cannot drive to the hotel and need to go on foot and your car taken by the charming valets. I would suggest reviewing the clever menu before being seated for dinner. It is not a criticism, I just struggled to find anything I wanted to eat. I would highly recommend the hotel and the spa was perfect too.

Hôtel très bien situé avec vue sur la cathédrale. Il faudra cependant être vigilant sur certains points. Un réfrigérateur en chambre qui ne refroidi pas, un distributeur d’une boisson au spas mais pas de gobelets disponibles et une vaisselle de chambre utilisée qui reste toute une journée dans la cage d’escalier. À part cela un service impeccable.

Fabulous hotel and location! Rooms modern and very clean. Staff super attentive and added the special little touches like a complementary glass of champagne on arrival. Spa access included in stay which was lovely after a long day champagne tasting. will be back soon!

Lovely hotel, staff greeted us warmly on arrival with a cold drink and took our bags straight off us and took them to the room. The room had a lovely view of the cathedral and was exceptionally clean, albeit a little small, but that’s due to the location. The breakfast was top quality and tasty! The spa was ok, but not worth the extra cost in my opinion, especially at a 5 star hotel. Overall a great stay, in the centre of Reims!

Heerlijk hotel, goede service en heel lekker gegeten in het restaurant. De kamers zijn een beetje krap, en daarom ook redelijk aan de dure kant. Maar de hygiëne en luxe zijn het zeker waard. De ligging is perfect midden in Reims met veel leuke restaurants in de omgeving. Valet parking is ook heel handig.

Superbe Hôtel!! Un gros merci à tout le personnel que nous avons côtoyé durant notre séjour….. plus particulièrement celui qui s’occupait de notre voiture et du stationnement….très attentif à nos besoins… Très beau Spa … chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la cathédrale .Belle décoration Salle de bain grande et très propre… manquait seulement une vraie douche mais ce n’était pas grave…. J’espère y retourner un jour … Merci encore!

The only good thing about the hotel is its location, right in front of the Cathedral. The room is very dark and small, and the decor doesn't help at all. The armchair is large and takes up all the space next to the closet. If you can even call it a closet. The hotel doesn't provide water in the rooms. The sink was clogged and leaking. It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the room, which looked more like the Sahara desert. And what can I say about the view of the inner courtyard, which was nothing more than a view of the rooftops? I could go on, but in short, this is not a 5-star hotel.

Leider haben die Zimmer keine Schränke oder Schubladen. Ausser einer Garderobe (bereits voll mit einem grossen Bügelbrett) gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Kleider aufzuhängen/die Koffer auszuräumen. Frühstücksei nach Reklamation (da bereits kalt erhalten) auch beim zweiten Service nicht warm. Keine Salzstreuer, bei der Pfeffermühle sind ganz Körner herausgekommen. Keine Zwiebeln, Zitrone, Meerrettich oder Kapern zum Lachs. Brot, Butter, Käse und Omeletten jedoch sehr gut! Champagner an der Hotebar; wunderbar!

We stayed in a room with a balcony and excellent view of the beautiful cathedral. A very good room but (to my mind) a poorly designed bathroom which had a lot of empty space and a shower in the bath despite it being a premium room. There was definitely room for a separate shower and bath. Plus the shower head had to be held by hand. We told reception that there was no bracket on the wall rail but it was not fixed. Not what I expect when I am paying for a premium room. Great shame as staff and location overall quality wer all high.

Great location adjacent to Notre Dame cathedral and 1/2 a block from tram. Easy to access public transit and lots of shopping and eating options within walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was well laid out, very quiet and beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay in Reims.

Terrible service. The stuff are arrogant and unhelpful. Tried to charge me a night for a double price compare to the night offered in the application. Tried to charge me for breakfast that is already paid. The room was set to 28 degrees - and the hotel does not have a technician to fixe it. Overrated hotel and not recommended

This hotel is 10/10 in so many ways. The hotel is chic, has friendly and helpful staff, has gorgeous rooms and is just a great vibe. After leaving stuff in the room and also needing to send it to another location they could not have been more helpful. This made my Reims holiday just perfect and the restaurant Little Georgette is icing on the cake. You must stay here!

We booked a room looking at The Cathedral Notre Dame and saw the most amazing light show on the church that I have ever seen (its on Friday and Sat nights when dark) Do Not miss it! Location was next to great restaurants and walkable streets (head towards train station and can not miss the areas)

This was one of the most uncomfortable rooms that we’ve stayed in. It was called a Junior Suite and there wasn’t anything remotely related to a suite in this room. It was one room with two chairs, two nightstands, one small side table, and a narrow desk like item. There was no place to put anything so we used the floor, nightstands, and extra luggage racks that we asked for. The lighting was so poor that we frequently used the flashlight on our phones to read something but the outdoor lighting was very bright and glared into the room 24/7. The coffeemaker is set up on a shelf near the closet and cannot be used there because the shelf above it prevents the mechanism from being lifted. We had to give up a precious night stand to accommodate this. Most of the outlets were too loose to hold a converter so we had to pile things underneath to support it. The hotel is located in a pedestrian only zone so entering and leaving with a vehicle is not possible, making arrival, departure, or day trips very inconvenient.

Lovely hotel. Grest service and comfort. Location right under the shadow of the amazing cathedral. Two great restaurants: one quite expensive but offeting a delicious degustation with wines. The other much more affordable but also with many delicious dishes. Have a coupe or two of champagne in the lovely, comfortable bar.

The Caserne Chazny is in a fantastic location for Reims cathedral and shopping. Staff at check in an incredibly friendly and helpful as are the car valets. We had a junior suite over looking the front of the cathedral and you could not have wished for a better view from the balcony. Having booked with Hotels.com we prepaid for breakfasts and wished we hadn’t. For a Marriott Autograph hotel the breakfasts are best described as dismal. Day one we ordered to the room and received half a cup of cold coffee, muesli with no milk and a fruit salad that looked a very sorry state. Day 2 we ate in the restaurant and things were not much better. No pastries, no fruit salad, certainly not worth EUR31 per person per day. Also be careful if sitting outside for breakfast there must be a wasps nest nearby! The spa was lovely and a great treat, you do need to book your time though to be guaranteed a visit. We were also unexpectedly treated to a naked man parading around the spa. Obviously not a sight we are used to in a hotel spa…vive la France! All in all a lovely located hotel but it did not really live up to its 5 star rating in our opinion. Perhaps we had been well and truly spoiled by the magnificence of the Jane’s Boutique in Colmar

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The view of the Cathedral from our balcony added an amazing element. The restaurant was nice with good food and the staff were polite and very helpful.

Room was small but beautiful. Clean and bright and lots of sockets exactly where you need them which is always appreciated. While I didn’t have breakfast my friends did and the staff, whilst lovely, were sparse and orders for fresh eggs etc once taken took a long time to arrive. Coffee from a machine is sale not what I would expect from a five star hotel.

The hotel is very nice and a great location to the Notre Dame, shopping and dining. The resturant at the hotel is not good. Poor service and quality of good did not match the hotel. Other dining options just walking distance was great. Also rooms are too small even for 2 people. We could not unpack our bags.
