A FUIR Cela fait plusieurs fois que je vais dans cet hôtel Le personnel à l’air systématiquement perdu En exemple ,à chaque fois il me demande de payer payer le parking alors que ce dernier est inclus dans ma réservation Idem pour le petit déjeuner Le comble est qu’après avoir réservé il y a quatre semaines ,je reçois un appel en début d’après midi pour m’indiquer que l’hôtel est surbooké et qu’ils ne peuvent honorer la réservation Depuis des années je dors une centaine de nuit à l hôtel par an et je n’avais jamais vu ça J’ai du prendre un hôtel beaucoup plus cher et aucune compensation de bb et aucune compassion d’une réceptionniste qui n’avait rien à faire de ce problème Je vous passe les désagréments occasionnée

Ook zijn supermarkt en bakkerij op loopafstand aanwezig. -Het hotel is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Parijs voor een goede prijs. Faciliteiten in hotel zijn beperkt maar niet nodig als je voor een stedentrip komt. -Treinstation met direct verbinding naar centrum op 5 minuten lopen -rustige omgeving -parkeergarage aanwezig onder hotel. In het weekend kan je op straat gratis parkeren

Internet was not working most of stay. There was only one working elevator and the hotel was packed. Our bathroom sink was not draining and our Safe was not working, so we had to carry our valuables as there was No maintenance on weekends. We didn’t have towels, and asked every evening for them and were told we had to wait till next day. The Staff and Manager were extremely nice and were actually the best part of the stay. Some of them Didn’t speak English as one guest didn’t have toilet paper and so he had to bring the empty roll to show them.

Zowel, personeel als hotel zelf was prima. Parkeren onder de hotel. Metro op loop afstand. Wij hadden een familie kamer, was netjes bedden waren netjes en goed. İn de kamer een magnetron, expresso apparaat een waterkoker en koelkast. Helaas 1 pak water voor 4 personen vonden wij beetje hopeloos. Over ontbijt valt weinig te vertellen want er was niet veel keuze. 2 soorten kaas en 2 soort vlees kan echt niet voor dat prijs. Broodjes was ok, jam en omelet prima maar beleg soorten echt waardeloos ik schrok er van. Thee, koffie, Ju ook prima. Betreft ontbijt kreeg ik niet terug waar ik voor heb betaald, slechte hotels hebben zelfs meer soorten, maar het verblijf en personeel was erg goed.

The room was great very spacious and just what a family needs. The down side was depending what cleaner was on, on the day it was noticeably different. Also the breakfast service was not great. States 7-11 but even if you go down at 9.50am they are clearing it away, no cooked breakfast only if you make your eggs yourself. And the variety was not great. Nothing was kept topped up. I would definitely not rate it at a 4 star.

Pour la première fois depuis des annees, j'ai été decue par mon séjour au B&B. Il faisait tellement froid dans ma chambre que j'ai dû demander un chauffage d'appoint pour pouvoir passer une 2e nuit plus confortable que la 1e. Un technicien etait soit disant passé mais persistait la soufflerie qui souffle uniquement le froid ainsi que l'énorme courant d'air à la porte d'entrée. Ma collegue dans une autre chambre profitait de son côté d'une température tropicale. Preuve qu'il etait possible d'avoir chaud, mais pas dans ma chambre malheureusement. Je passe l'absence d'excuse au départ....

Le personnel est très sympathique, aimable et compétent. Les chambres sont confortables et très bien isolées. Néanmoins, les lits 1 place dans les suites ne sont pas des vrais lits, mais plutôt des canapés transformés en lit

This property does not have two double beds in the family rooms as falsely advertised by Expedia. The hotel say they have told them to change it many times and had many complaints, mine being one of them when we found a very small folding camp bed instead of the double bed we booked the room because of. Expedia are not responding my to my complaints. (Three made now with photos)

De l'arrivée jusqu'au depart, de très nombreux problèmes. Personnel particulierment désagréable, pour ne pas dire agressif. Obligé de prendre contact avec la direction de B&B pour obtenir des explications relatives au comportement et aux propos de la directrice de l'etablissement qui s'est montrée extremement impolie. Je deconseille vivement cet etablissement.

Service excellent et attentif. Nous sommes restés trois nuit; nous nous sommes reposés dans le calme. Très bien situé pour Rueil (jardin des impressionnistes et bord de Seine à 10 minutes à pied) ou pour des sorties à Paris pour la journée, à deux pas de la gare.

-Hotel met prima familiekamer. -Op loopafstand een erg leuk plein aan de Seine met diverse restaurants. Ook zijn supermarkt en bakkerij op loopafstand aanwezig. -Het hotel is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Parijs voor een goede prijs. Faciliteiten in hotel zijn beperkt maar niet nodig als je voor een stedentrip komt. -Treinstation met direct verbinding naar centrum op 5 minuten lopen -rustige omgeving -parkeergarage aanwezig onder hotel. In het weekend kan je op straat gratis parkeren

Bon hôtel à seulement 30 minutes du centre de Paris en transport en commun. Gare à 700 m de l’hôtel. Chouettes restaurants à 900 m sur une très belle place face à la Seine. Le personnel est très sympathique . Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus copieux par rapport au prix demandé.

The room was great very spacious and just what a family needs. The down side was depending what cleaner was on, on the day it was noticeably different. Also the breakfast service was not great. States 7-11 but even if you go down at 9.50am they are clearing it away, no cooked breakfast only if you make your eggs yourself. And the variety was not great. Nothing was kept topped up. I would definitely not rate it at a 4 star.

Zowel, personeel als hotel zelf was prima. Parkeren onder de hotel. Metro op loop afstand. Wij hadden een familie kamer, was netjes bedden waren netjes en goed. İn de kamer een magnetron, expresso apparaat een waterkoker en koelkast. Helaas 1 pak water voor 4 personen vonden wij beetje hopeloos. Over ontbijt valt weinig te vertellen want er was niet veel keuze. 2 soorten kaas en 2 soort vlees kan echt niet voor dat prijs. Broodjes was ok, jam en omelet prima maar beleg soorten echt waardeloos ik schrok er van. Thee, koffie, Ju ook prima. Betreft ontbijt kreeg ik niet terug waar ik voor heb betaald, slechte hotels hebben zelfs meer soorten, maar het verblijf en personeel was erg goed.

Chambres grande mais l'ensemble est très vieillissant. Le petit déjeuner est indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles : pain et viennoiseries congelés sur place, crêpes issues d'un prémix, choix très limité dans l'ensemble avec des produits de mauvaise qualité.

Internet was not working most of stay. There was only one working elevator and the hotel was packed. Our bathroom sink was not draining and our Safe was not working, so we had to carry our valuables as there was No maintenance on weekends. We didn’t have towels, and asked every evening for them and were told we had to wait till next day. The Staff and Manager were extremely nice and were actually the best part of the stay. Some of them Didn’t speak English as one guest didn’t have toilet paper and so he had to bring the empty roll to show them.
