I read many reviews especially the lowest rated and honestly, I don't know what those folks were talking about. My family's suite for 5 people was 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 double bed pull out that was spacious and comfortable. The linens and pillows were good quality. Dinner at the restaurant was above average and serving sizes made it a good value. Breakfast ran till 11. The offering were wide and tasted good. Something for everyone. Expresso and coffee maker in the room, clean mini fridge, sink, and microwave. The staff was no better or worst than you would expect. During our stay the restaurant was closed but still serving in the conference room and the pool was reopen. The kids enjoyed the pool. Lastly, shuttle to the airport was smooth in the morning. We have literally no complaints and recommend it for anyone looking for easy transport to the Orly airport.

I was disappointed with my stay. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was to use the swimming pool, but it was closed without any prior notice. The staff were not very welcoming or helpful, and the service felt poor. I also requested housekeeping before leaving at 3 PM, but when I returned at 11 PM, my room had still not been cleaned. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This was our one night stopover, as our flight got canceled. We were lucky to find the totel and the hotel was very accommodating and staff was friendly. The room was spacious and with necessary amenities.
