Nothing right around the property, but we walked 1/2 mile to a Franprix grocery store. We only stayed one night to be near the ORY airport for our departure. Was excited thinking this hotel had A/C, but it turned out to only be for the hotel itself, not the individual rooms, so whatever they had it set on was way too warm for us. Room was clean and comfortable though. Free shuttle is nice but be aware that it will take about 20-25 minutes since it stops at a handful of other hotels too, not the 5 minutes advertised on the website.

The property was terrible I did not have hot water for two days I couldn’t shower and they didn’t warn us before we understood they were doing reservations but no one tell us or the other guests We had changed room because we wake with 7:30 am with pounding and hammering noise of renovations in the room above us I want a Full refund back

This hotel is very convenient for tourists visiting Paris. They have a shuttle service for pic and drop at the airport. Metro station is just 2 blocks away. You can travel to all over Paris from there. They have a bar and a restaurant and a friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant was great. Alexandre who seemed to be managing the restaurant was so warm and friendly we really enjoyed our meal. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was what appeared to be mild in the windows and some strange stains in areas of the ceiling where it met the wall, specifically above the beds. At first glance it looked like paint except the walls were wallpapered. There were also at least 3 giant cobwebs above our beds which really grossed us out.

The rooms were fantastic. Nice comfy beds, plenty of closet space too. We had to book two rooms to accommodate our family, but they managed to set us up with adjoining rooms so that was very convenient. The staff were nice, however the management sent us surveys to anticipate our needs and it was not taken into consideration. Many of the guests were quite loud and the noise unfortunately carried over into our rooms.

If I could I would give this hotel zero stars. Front desk staff very rude. Check-in staff accused my family of stealing coffee from the lobby automatic coffee machine that was turned on but had no signage. Our hotel shuttle driver showed my daughter how to use it, then front desk yelled at her and husband telling them it was for staff only. She said we would be charged for the coffee we had stolen. Again there was no signage and other guest were using the coffee machine. Not a very good first impression. Thought rudeness was just the day staff, but no every front desk encounter was the same. First time in Paris and was asked about transportation was absolutely no help. Also our room had huge stains on the carpet and was very dirty. Thank goodness we’re only here two days. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very friend and helpful. I arrived early and they were able to give me an early check. I was able to get a nap before deciding to walk around the area. There isn’t much around the hotel, so limited options for eating out and sightseeing. However with the shuttle service, it’s easy to get to Orly airport from this hotel.

O hotel de forma geral é bom, apesar de não estar perto das principais atrações, tem transporte perto que liga a todos os lugares de Paris. Deveriam melhorar o carpete dos corredores, que são velhos e tem um cheiro muito desagradável, mas até isso passaria sem problemas, mas estava hospedada com uma amiga e a filha dela de dez anos, e no segundo dia que estávamos no hotel, acordamos às 6:30 e às ss 6:50, enquanto estávamos conversando, empurraram a nossa porta e abriram, nós gritamos e acendemos as luzes, não era o serviço de limpeza porque o próprio funcionário me informou que o serviço só começa w8 da manhã. Liguei apavorada pedindo para mandarem alguém, não deram a mínima atenção, fui até a recepção ainda de pijama, relatei o que tinha acontecido, o recepcionista disse que daria uma café como cortesia e apenas reconfigurou nossa chave. Foi um susto horrível e não tomaram nenhuma providência quanto a esse caso tão sério!

The area is desolate and isolated. There are no stores or restaurants outside of the one in the lobby. A taxi to CHARLES de GAULLE airport cost $89.00 A taxi to the Eiffel Tower cost $87.00. There is more graffiti there than in NEW YORK, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey combined. But only the area surrounding the Eiffel Tower was clean. And along the highway there was graffiti for miles and miles and miles. Everywhere you go the graffiti is there. The walls on my floor were painted black and the rug was black and grey. It was depressing. The SMART TV is not smart. I could not get NETFLIX, YouTube, or HULU. The only channels available were all “ALL” news channels. No concierge and the staff could offer no tours or travel information but they were nice and friendly.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was a good size (we had two doubles), clean, working refrigerator and Nespresso machine, nice bathroom and good shower products. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. The buffet breakfast was a little expensive but we used it a couple times. Staff were nice also.
