Staff at the hotel do a good job of performing their core duties, however there is no disguising that this was once a holiday resort that has now been repurposed as a basic business hotel. There is no swimming pool as website falsely shows. Beach club needs some investment and has 20E daily charge - so 80E for a family of 4 per day - no exceptions for hotel guests. Rooms and bathrooms need to be refreshed. Breakfast needs extra chef to cope with demand and menu expanded. Plus points, good location for shopping, and train station that allows you to get you out of there and lick your wounds wishing you had booked elsewhere if your intention was to relax by the pool.

Hotel forms only a part of a 5-storey residential block. Rooms are very comfortable but some have WCs and bathrooms separate for which we moved to a complete bathroom but still without bidet. Due to the crescent shape of the building, sea views are partial while many non sea facing rooms view railtrack behind service road. The only food on site is a cold buffet breakfast and limited-menu room service. The restaurant is across a sidewalk effectively on the beach. There is no bar or even tea/coffee facilities other than than the room. Drinking water available. here is no pool or fitness facilities. Euro 20 per days parking is 3 floors down in a secure car park over 100 m. from hotel reception. The modern CAP3000 shopping arcade is at about 400m - it has a wide range of shops including Galleries Lafayette and Monoprix. There is a short beach-side walk wth about 25 restaurants/bars. The hotel feels isolated from the small town due to the intervening coast roads and railway track. These also make it a good jumping off point for travel.

We stayed in the king suite on the 4th floor and it was nice. The sea view was blocked a bit by the tall palm trees. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of fruit, meats, breads, and yogurts. The tall lady with blonde hair doing the breakfast service was exceptional at service. She deserves a raise. There were 2 mini fridges in our suite. There were no outlets by the bed so that was inconvenient for charging phones. We had some loud neighbors in the rooms next to ours so we couldn’t sleep with the balcony doors open which made it terribly hot in the room. It doesn’t seem like you can control the temperature in your room. The hotel’s parking is at the Qpark Atoll Beach. You need to check in first then they’ll give you a badge to use to get into the parking garage level -3. Once you park, take the closest stairway up and you’ll be at a restaurant behind the hotel and it’s an easy walk up to the back of the hotel. Take your bags up to your room before you park. Don’t order food delivery from Deliveroo because it might not be delivered. It’ll say they deliver to the hotel but the driver may not deliver to the hotel and drop off your food someplace random and Deliveroo will not refund you. The public bus is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The train station is also a 10 minute walk away.

Excellent staff. They were great team of hard working people. The view from our room was priceless. Airport shuttle service was very helpful not only for arriving in but also for city excursions. We saved a lot of money by using the shuttle service.

Great location, on the water and very convenient to the airport. Would have liked to seen a bar/restaurant inside the lobby, even if the offerings were minimal. A walk to the beach for a quick bite or drink was not convenient. Other than that the hotel was perfect.

The hotel was clean as was our room, breakfast was lovely - a lot more than we were expecting. The hotel is well located for the beach, restaurants, shopping centre and walking distance to public transport. All the staff were lovely and friendly. One was exceptionally knowledgeable due to her previous tour guide experience which helped us pull an amazing sightseeing plan together for our long weekend trip. Being very picky I think the only thing I might have liked is room facing the sea or their wonderful garden, but we weren’t in much so really didn’t take away from our experience.
The hotel was clean as was our room, breakfast was lovely - a lot more than we were expecting. The hotel is well located for the beach, restaurants, shopping centre and walking distance to public transport. All the staff were lovely and friendly. One was exceptionally knowledgeable due to her previous tour guide experience which helped us pull an amazing sightseeing plan together for our long weekend trip. The lobby was very nicely updated but the rooms were starting to look worn. The curtains in our room were pulled down and hanging off the rod…the tub in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Beds were nice and comfortable.

Von außen Hui..... ja und dann hört es auch schon auf... Frühstück war wirklich super, die Auswahl perfekt aber die Sauberkeit der Zimmer unterirdisch. Man sah im Bad noch die Umrandung der Zahnputzbecher vom Vormieter. Bitte wischt doch einfach mal mit einem Lappen über Ecken und Kanten liebes Team!

Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, touchant le front de mer et près de tous les commerces. Malheureusement il est vieillissant et cela se ressent au niveau de l’agencement et pire insonorisation des fenêtres. Je vous conseille de ne pas être côté route car c’est très bruyant

People working "Staff" @ this hotel are Amazing. Paul was an amazing person by welcoming us and gave us our rooms. Reception area really nice updated 5 Stars. Breakfast was nice and staff in there were amazing and supper nice. Rooms are Old and no access to bathroom to the shower. They should use place behind the hotel and turn it in to LIVE area .... it needs a lot of work.

Another fantastic stay here at The Holiday Inn. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We came back because of the excellent facilities, brilliant staff, fantastic buffet breakfast and close proximity to the train, bus and shopping. We are a young family and this is perfect for us. We cannot rate it highly enough.

My wife and I had a great stay. Andrea and Cindy helped us a lot at the front desk. Assistance with the transportation, restaurants and even set up our room with flowers for our honeymoon. Wonderful hotel will definitely return again. Thank you Cindy and Andrea!

We stayed for 5 nights over the Easter holidays. The first very positive point to make is around the staff - everyone we engaged with was so polite and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay as smooth as possible. The location of the hotel is only a short walk to the train station and the CAP3000 mall, with so many dining options to choose from along the sea front (Chez Max was great!). Where the hotel falls a bit short is on the overall upkeep of the rooms themselves. They are quite dated and in need of some TLC or refurbishment, with areas of peeling wallpaper, scuffs on the walls, etc. Mind you the price of the hotel reflects this I think, and as long as you prepare yourself for a three star stay as other reviews have said, you'll be absolutely fine. It's also worth noting that much of the building has been converted into privately owned apartments, so the size of the building doesn't reflect the size of the hotel at all and it's actually a fairy quiet and small hotel. Breakfast and the airport shuttle were also a huge plus!!

Excellent staff. They were great team of hard working people. The view from our room was priceless. Airport shuttle service was very helpful not only for arriving in but also for city excursions. We saved a lot of money by using the shuttle service.

The journey began with a disaster, the airport shuttle arrangement was almost non-existence to non-favourable guest. Called up the receptionist a few times, she failed to offer the proper pickup arrangement even though we have given her reservation detail. She made us waited for 45 mins until we saw the Holiday Inn van. The van didn't stop but we had to chase it in the middle of the road. The driver finally stopped and told us that he didn't get the pick up request for us. He was kind enough to send us to the hotel. Extremely shame on the female receptionist who gave us so much trouble - it's ok if you're discriminating non-French speaking guest with direct refusal on the pick-up, but it's horrible when you made us to wait right outside of the airport.

The hotel was clean as was our room, breakfast was lovely - a lot more than we were expecting. The hotel is well located for the beach, restaurants, shopping centre and walking distance to public transport. All the staff were lovely and friendly. One was exceptionally knowledgeable due to her previous tour guide experience which helped us pull an amazing sightseeing plan together for our long weekend trip. Being very picky I think the only thing I might have liked is room facing the sea or their wonderful garden, but we weren’t in much so really didn’t take away from our experience.

front desk staffs are very helpful, the location is two train stations from Nice main train station, i missed my 9 ish last train and i had to take Uber back to the hotel which only cost CAN$20, the hotel is 15 minutes walk from St Laurent train station where i took trains to Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo, Monaco. The hotel is by the beach and there are a lot of nice restaurants along the beach.

The property was at a unique location, if you rented a car to explore the French Riviera. It was 16 minutes away from old nice which is a beautiful place. However, I would not recommend the hotel if you do not rent a car due to the distance from the center

The hotel lobby was beautiful! The hotel itself is right on the beach and there are dozens of dining options surrounding the hotel. We ate at the Bay Star Restaurant and I had the best Sea Bass I have ever tasted there! The cons of this hotel is that it is about a 20 minute drive from old town Nice, which is primarily where all of the shopping and good swimming areas are.

Rohit was the one greeted us and arranged the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. He was wonderful. Overall staffs were professional and friendly. The location was convenient to the beach (5 mins), mall (15 mins) and many restaurants close by. The breakfast buffet was great. The decorations in the front lobby is modern decorations though the room’s is dated with stained lamp shades.
