Novotel Nice Aéroport Cap 3000

The room were very cleaned expecially when the tall dark male(cant remember his name), he cleaned to perfection and help arranged our things neatly. He deserves a reward. Some staffs were very nice but others were terrible and rude. The lady that picked us up at the airport was very rude and unhelpful. She was on the phone when we got the vehicle and still on it for about 5min after we loaded our luggages in it.Dont expect them to help with your luggages. She started checking us in and later told the other lady to check us in as she cant deal with us since we don't speak French, then she walked off without no apology. She was rude. When we booked it didn't say we have to pay for breakfast for 16years only for us to get to the hotel and we were charged for breakfast for 16year old child. It should have been added when we mentioned 2 adults and a child age 16 in the booking. The breakfast staffs were very nice and helpful.

We were hosted in a recently renovated room - that and the staff smiles and attitudes were excellent! We will return

It was ok hotel, the staff wasn’t that helpful. Location was good, near the beach, and the mall. It was easy to get to downtown as well.

The location of property was great, in front of a shopping mall and near beach! Staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms are very small. We stayed there 5 nights, unfortunately the room they gave us smelled terrible. A smell like sewer or mold! We couldn’t sleep first night at all! Next day, they offered us another room at third floor. It was much better than the previous one but still you could smell a weird smell! I don’t know what was the reason! I don’t give this hotel 4 star! Maybe maximum 3 star!
