We have stayed here a few times and it just gets better. So handy for the airport and has free and secure parking. Right at the entrance to the superb Cap 3000 Shopping Mall and also close to the coast. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the rooms are better and the restaurant is very nice looking over the garden and the pool. The breakfast is really worth it and there loads of options.

Det som skuffet var at uteområdet var stengt. Har vært på Novotel noen ganger tidligere og det var uteområdet som var «fantastisk» tidligere og som var grunn til at vi valgte Novotel denne gang. Det var skuffende og det var ikke varslet om det og rehabiliteringen. Uteområde var verst. Ellers var service, rommet og frokost helt OK.

Construction on site and therefore hotel entrance and common areas are extremely dusty. Loud construction noise until midnight, CRAZY! There's a cat that roams around in the restaurant and is allowed near the tables while having dinner, uncomfortable. The staff at restaurant are kind, the reception need a bit more of customer service. Will not come back.

Fantastic staff, very accommodating. Great shuttle service. Very close to a shopping-mall with lots of dining options and the beach is right there too. HOWEVER: swimming pool area infested with mosquitoes! We were there only ten minutes and were bitten everywhere, even on our faces. This is a great economic hotel otherwise.

Bussholdeplass (endestasjon) rett ved. Ca. 20-25 min busstur langs promenaden inn til gamlebyen. Super enkelt. Deilig basseng med gode håndklær og servering i den grønne bakgården. Check in is 3 onwards. We arrived at 3:30 and were told our room would be half an hour. The reception staff were slow and getting information from them was like pulling teeth. We went to the bar to wait. Bar staff was excellent but informed us that because this isn't high season (7-8/6) they didn't have the ingredients to make cocktails or their full range of snacks? There also was no food to purchase until 7pm, not even nibbles. No one mentioned this off season factor when we paid full price for the hotel. Our room had a double bed and sofa bed, as agreed. The beds were very uncomfortable and incredibly squeaky. The ac did nothing and the room was very humid and warm (BEFORE anyone had a shower in the bathroom which didn't have an extractor fan). Breakfast was not great. Technically a good range of food offered but most of it was empty (at 7am) and took ages to get filled back up. Check out was as unimpressive as check in. We had ordered a shuttle to the airport and reception staff asked us to wait outside with no further information. Will not stay again and wouldn't recommend.

We strongly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, the staff are very nice, and it is conveniently located next to the shopping center & bus stop and near the beach. Also, we used the restaurant’s breakfast buffet which was great!

Good position very near to the commercial centre. But the room was not so clean. In the Frigobar there was only an empty used water bottle. The bathroom was not clean. I requested a non-smoking room but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. the breakfast was very good. and the staff at the front desk very kind professional and knowledgeable.

The location of property was great, in front of a shopping mall and near beach! Staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms are very small. We stayed there 5 nights, unfortunately the room they gave us smelled terrible. A smell like sewer or mold! We couldn’t sleep first night at all! Next day, they offered us another room at third floor. It was much better than the previous one but still you could smell a weird smell! I don’t know what was the reason! I don’t give this hotel 4 star! Maybe maximum 3 star!

Great for getting to/ from the train and hotel. Loved that they held our bags for us before check in, and a great welcome box for our young son. We only stayed one night, but will consider this hotel for a longer stay based on the kids amenities and location.

Hotellrummet var trångt, toaletten hade inget handfat och man fick gå över till badrummet för att tvätta händerna. Frukosten hade inte så mycket att välja på, dåligt med grönsaker. Dåligt med glutenfria alternativ, bara ett bröd och inga pannkakor eller flingor.

I booked the hotel airport shuttle to the airport. Another customer who booked a time for 30 minutes later joined my ride. Dropped the customer off at their terminal instead before myself. We were in traffic for 20 minutes until we reached the terminal. As we entered the terminal, I asked to be dropped off at my terminal first but was ignored by the driver who then answered me in French knowing that I didn’t understand. I was surprised how rude the driver was to me. The driver was very polite to the other customer who was French speaking. I was almost late for my flight because of the rude driver. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because if you don’t speak French you are not respected.

It is all about staff and attitude. As a customer we seemed to be a major inconvenience for the front desk staff! We asked about when restaurant was open and that did not seem to be worthy of a response. We called in morning about airport shuttle and were asked if we booked it. As we had not phone was put on counter, end of conversation. I walked down expecting to see busy checkout, no one. Shuttle response was too much to ask. One redeeming employee, shuttle bus driver, offered to take us early and very helpful! Stayed many times because close to the airport, be clear never again.

2 night stop over in Nice. Great hotel location just a walk away from the shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, with water fountains to top up bottles in the room. Fridge in room was a extra. Staff were happy to warm my daughter's food we brought with us on the first night as she has an allergy. Free shuttle to and from airport and to la Gare St Laurent du Var. Reception happy for us to call for pick up whenever we were ready.

Each hotel room now has small angular metal tables that replace the more practical wooden furniture of before. Shower size and design is more accessible than before. We find the duvet bed covers are too small and hot, so we request sheets and a blanket like Novotel had before. However, sheet sizes (liked many hotels) are not adequate to fully cover the mattress and bedsides. The optional breakfast is huge but expensive. Lighter and cheaper options are across the street in the impressive shopping center. The main advantage of Novotel is its free airport shuttle and location near a scenic beach promenade with dozens of restaurants. We keep coming back.

Terrific location and easy access to NCE airport. About a 12-minute walk from Terminal 2.. or a 15-EU UBER ride. Easy parking in secured lot, and friendly front desk staff. Great option if you have an EARLY morning flight out of NCE...

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our needs—on one side, we had the CAP 3000 mall, and on the other, a beautiful sandy beach. The free airport shuttle was a great perk and only took about 10 minutes. The pool was spacious, with warm, crystal-clear water. The restaurant food was decent, though not exceptional, and the staff seemed a bit stretched. I was traveling with my mom and daughter, and we were given a room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, which turned out to be very comfortable. I slept really well. Overall, a great stay!

Hotel has been redecorated and rooms are nice, lobby and restaurant. The problem is breakfast. For the price over 200€ per night you get very limited choices. The is no fruits. Not even bananas to eat yogurt with cereal. A little bit of ham, some carrots and even they run out of bread. It has to been improved if they want to keep guests. Staff was getting angry when we asked them about additional items. There was even no cutleries on the table.
