Stayed 2 nights a week apart. We'd stay again. Great hotel, super helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Room was great, breakfast very good. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Car park is a bit small - if you arrive later in evening the parking gets creative. Ask at desk if you're not sure where is ok to park.

We are just spending one night here on the way back to the UK. Our room is clean and spacious, for less than £100 a night for 2 adults & 2 children (3 years and 6 months). There's a king sized bed, bunk bed and staff provided a cot for our baby on request. There's a water dispenser downstairs providing ice cold water and the hotel will provided a jug for this on request. It's currently 38C here, so we were really relieved that the AC worked so well in our room, much better in communal areas which are more open plan. Parking is included and appears to be ample based on who is currently on site. The only drawback is that a breakfast buffet isn't provided, however we have an early start anyway. Would stop here again.

Convenient and clean but pretty basic. Shower leaked all over floor and no fridge but bed comfortable and fine for overnight stay. Not a glamorous location in the middle of a trading estate but only 10 minutes by cab to old town. Good sized open air car park with security gate.

Arrived late but still received a welcome. Car park was full but I was told to park opposite the front door which was good as my wife cannot walk far. Rooms are small but clean, modern and very well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate and dispensed (machine) hot drinks are hot. Staff couteous and helpful, would stay again.

Sehr lautes Zimmer. Direkt am offenen Treppenhaus und oberhalb der Rezeption. Außerdem über dem Frühstücksraum. Schön alle Gespräche der Rezeption zu hören, das Stühlerücken und Kofferrollen auf den "lauten" Böden. Das absolute Highlight sind aber die zuschlagenden Zimmertüren. Wow!!!

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, despite the fact I arrived at 2am. Also the morning receptionists were very nice. Thank you. The room was very comfortable with all the essential things you need, included coffe and tea. The room was all renewed. Bathroom very clean The bed and pillows very comfortable. We arrived after travelling 450km, tired and a little stressed. I had contacted Expedia 3 times to request a twin room but had had no reply. On arrival at the hotel we were told that no twin rooms were available. The kind hotellier sorted the situation without any fuss providing us with an additional room at no extra charge. I’d highly recommend the hotel but the Expedia messaging service is useless. I contacted Expedia but they told me it was my fault. I will use Expedia as a search engine only in the future and will book directly with the hotel.

Great value hotel on the outskirts of Reims with easy, free parking. Room was very spacious & clean. Large bathroom area with a good shower & separate toilet. Staff friendly & efficient. Perfect for our stay as we spent the afternoon in Reim (parked in the center) & came out to the hotel for the evening. Good location to continue our journey the next morning. L’eclerc just over the road for petrol & anything else you need. Great value. Would definitely stay again.

A very good place to stay if you travel by car and want to stay in Reims for one night. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet at night. It is located very close to a highway and several large stores including a really huge supermarket. With a car, it is easy to have a short drive to the city center for sightseeing and visiting one of the champagne houses.

A compact room with great beds and shower. We paid for breakfast which was plentiful including scrambled eggs and bacon option too. A bit of road noise from the roundabout outside but not too bad. Good blackout shutters on the window and exterior. Secure parking for our car with a roof box was ideal for our overnight back from the alps. Plenty of fast food option nearby. Around 2.5h from the Tunnel / Ferry at Calais or under depending on how fast you go!
