The hotel is in a great location close to all the shops and restaurants. We appreciated being able to store our bags at the hotel prior to check in and having the bags delivered to our room was a nice touch. The mini bar fridge is useful.

Staff was very nice. Room was also nicely appointed but had a dank, musty smell even though all the furnishings appeared new.

Arrived Sunday afternoon, all lights in reception were off and felt very unwelcoming. No heating in room was very cold. Was told would turn thermostat up but made no difference. Radiators cool, room cold. Unpleasant damp smell in bathroom.

The hotel was clean and quite comfortable. However, the bathroom had poor ventilation and insufficient coffee was provided. The air conditioning unit had no remote control. In its favour the hotel was in an excellent location and very central.
