Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute.

Camera comoda e silenziosa , bagno abbastanza grande, qualche pecca nella pulizia ma soprattutto infissi da cambiare: uno spiffero enorme dalla finestra con la temperatura esterna sottozero. In camera abbiamo poi trovato 17 gradi, ci sono volute ore al climatizzatore per rendere l'ambiente accettabile. Che costava accenderlo al calare del sole visto che siamo arrivati verso le 18? Ma la cosa più grave è che al buffet della colazione non c'era nessun tipo di latte vegetale. Mia moglie è allergica al latte vaccino, È ancora ammissibile una cosa del genere oggi?

Accueil sympathique, petits déjeuners parfaits Les points négatifs: ménage à revoir ( chaussette trouvée sous le lit ,beaucoup de poussière non aspirée, toile d'araignée,odeur nauséabonde dans la douche,bonde douche remplie de saletés,literie médiocre avec cheveux dans le lit à l'arrivée,rideaux intirrables donc à revoir. Chiens acceptés mais aucun endroit pour jeter leurs déjections, manque d'information pour le tri des poubelles. Par contre personnel d'accueil irréprochable.

Très bon accueil et établissement agréable. Je regrette l’état du sol l’aspirateur n’a pas été passé beaucoup de cochonneries et de poussière était visible. Sinon pour le reste c’était ok.

ce fut le deuxième séjour tout aussi impeccable que le premier. rien à dire, bien au contraire sur l'accueil, sur les attentions et la présence du staff. un grand merci à vous. un petit bémol si vous séjourné sur le devant : le bruit du rond point et des voitures. à l'arrière pas de soucis. A recommander !!

Semaine sympathique en famille, 2 chambres côte à côte. l'insonorisation entre les chambres est bien mais celle des portes moins. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus fourni (cuiseur à oeufs, plaque à griller). La literie est confortable et la propreté correcte.

bonjour j avais telephoner la veille de mon sejour pour pouvoir deposer mes bagages le matin atour de 10 .iol m a ete repondu qu il n y avait pas de probleme. amon arrive la reception etait fermé et personne ne repondait au telephone .sur mon bon de commnde il etait formule que la reception etait ouverte jusqu a 23 heures. je suis arrive a l hotel a 10h30 et l hotel etait ferme et personne au trelephone. il yavait un restazu a cote de l hotel et j ai pu avioir une personne de l hotel qui m a ouvert en me disant que les horaires d ouverture de la reception avait eté modifiés. je suis vraiement pas satisfait de l enregistrement. D autre part sur les photos de l hotel celui senble bien situe dans la verdure .hors la realite est tout autre l hotel se situe sur un grand rond point qui a partir de h dumatin est tres chargé et la vue de la chambre est deplorable.sur le poubelles et parking Voir photo ci jointe petit dej bien

Séjour de 3 nuits dans une chambre avec lit double et petit déjeuner. Rien a signaler, la chambre était propre et prête avant l'heure, le personnel très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner très complet. Hôtel très bien placé a côté deu lac du Bourget, plage a 10min a pied.

Séjour dans un hôtel moyen personnel pas agréable j son pays ma chambre dés min arrivée c est à dire 3 nuits. Jbai laisse mes clefs le marin en partant à la réception et me réceptionniste m a appelé le matin alots que j'étais au travail pour le dire qu il ne fallait pas laisser la clef !!!! Il aurait pu me me dire le soir en arrivant il a été désagréable. Et puis j ai décidé de prendre le petit déj et on m a sauté dessus pour me.dire qu' il fallait pas avant sinon je ne pouvais pas déjeuner devant tout le monde !!! Super agréable de bon matin surtout que j'étais la encore 2 jours de plus. Bref on ne m a aussi mise autant mal à l aise dans un hôtel surtout que cela fait 7 ans que je dors souvent à l'hôtel. Du coup k ai décidé de quitter les lieux une nuit avant en ayant déjà tout payer d avance . Et personne ne m a rappeler ni demander pourquoi je fais parti plis tôt. Pourtant j avais laissé ma clef à la réception avant de partir !!! Faut pas la laisser !!! Zut. Donc très déçue

Une remarque sur le numéro d’appel de présentation de l’hôtel le numéro inscrit ne correspond pas à celui de celui ci. D’où difficultés de joindre l’hôtel pour signaler notre retard. Ayant réussi à trouver le bon numéro, très bon accueil nous rassurants que l’hôtel était accessible sans code jusqu’à 21h. 👍 Le séjour s’est très bien passé.

Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute.

Camera comoda e silenziosa , bagno abbastanza grande, qualche pecca nella pulizia ma soprattutto infissi da cambiare: uno spiffero enorme dalla finestra con la temperatura esterna sottozero. In camera abbiamo poi trovato 17 gradi, ci sono volute ore al climatizzatore per rendere l'ambiente accettabile. Che costava accenderlo al calare del sole visto che siamo arrivati verso le 18? Ma la cosa più grave è che al buffet della colazione non c'era nessun tipo di latte vegetale. Mia moglie è allergica al latte vaccino, È ancora ammissibile una cosa del genere oggi?
