Bed was comfortable Room was clean We rented the room to use the pool We went to the pool in the morning sign on door said closed till the evening They put chemicals in the pool so it could not be used Why would thet put chemicals in the pool in the middle of the day So the guest could not use the pool There were several other families trying ti use the pool with the same amount of disappointment walking away with there kids Was told breakfast was till 10 Went down at 9 and it was all cleaned up for the day

The property was clean, and staff were friendly and personable. Check in just took longer than expected because it was a system issue with the employees computers. However, all the ladies handled the situation very well.My only issue is the pool is heated but feels lukewarm and the pool area is cold the temperature should be alot warmer in that space especially in December.

The room was very large and we had one of the best breakfasts ever. They have a big lounge area for eating and it's really lovely. I had the large indoor pool to myself, a nice option if you like to get in a bit of exercise as it was so horribly hot and humid, I couldn't go out walking that day.

Overall our stay was fine, most importantly the room was clean, everything functioned as it should and was comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the area you eat in is pretty nice. There were two major issues we had, first was the evening desk employee. On his iPad most of the time I walked by when I checked in he was clearly annoyed I was bothering him. Second was the indoor pool wasn’t heated, at least not very warm. Minor issues, there were a few small bleach stains on the hallway carpets and the stairs were pretty shabby but the over a good stay.

Unfortunate how under staffed they are. I stayed for 6 nights with no room service even though I requested it twice. This is the first time I’ve ever had to buy bleach wipes and go over the entire bathroom on the first day. The toilet wasn’t fully emptying so I called for maintenance. The desk told me to come down and get the plunger to do it myself. Breakfast was nice. Pool and fitness area were very nice. Location is great. Just a bummer you can tell they need more employees.

Dirty, trash cans full around vending areas…. 2 nights I was there it was never emptied. Bathroom had mold around handle area. A/C sounded like it was only working half the time.

This property was not the best experience. The hotel itself smelled musty and was not very clean. The rooms were extremely small and the bathroom you couldn’t even move around in it was so small. None of the staff was friendly nor did they offer any extra assistance ever. Sad to say we will not return.

Quieter clientele than other places we have stayed in the area. Internet and tv connections were very bad. Tv was constantly loosing feed on multiple channels, connection was not good enough to order food on websites with gift cards. No problems with cards in restaurant.

A decent place to stay the night. Note: small bathroom, had to shutthe door to get in the shower. Also, the only curtains you can close are the white semi-transparent ones. The dark ones on each side are simply decorative. So if you do mind some light while your sleeping you are good to go. otherwise it was a decent 3 day stay for the price.

My room was at one end of the hall and they were actively shampooing carpets in the rooms on the other end of the hall. As soon as I took my shoes off, my socks were instantly wet. Thankfully, I was only changing and then going to my event for the next five hours. By the time I got back, the carpet was dry. A little bit of warning by the front desk when I checked in would have been nice. Other than the wet carpet my stay was great. The bed was comfortable. The shower was huge. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, and French toast. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist when we checked in was Fantastic! But my issue was with the hallways, elevator and our room. It was very dark and gloomy. Room is outdated. Bathroom is extremely small. We had no body wash etc. They were empty. Not the cleanest of rooms as well the bed wasn't comfortable. The hallways and elevator were hot. No air on?

We weren’t able to stay here due to the complete incompetence of the manager and her un willingness to help fix a computer “ glitch”. Then had to wait a week while they double charged our account to see that money. Had to find an other hotel last minute. Manager refused to help us get a room unless I agreed to swip my card again. Even though it was all ready out of my account.

This was by far the absolute worst experience in my life. My family and I , along with other families were antagonized and harassed by Benny who was the front desk clerk. He antagonized and threatened my safety and that of my children. We had to pack up and leave at 11:00 at night due to him “having the upper hand”, “he’s going to eat today”, “he owns the hotel and is the manager”. Cops were called and there was nothing they could do since it was private property. But that they have been called to this specific hotel multiple times and they told use to go to the Holiday Inn across the street. DO NOT book at this hotel if you are looking for a family getaway!!!

I spent one night at Best Western Livonia. My room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and straightforward. The free breakfast was good. The location was right across Six Mile Road from my destination. It was unfortunate that I couldn't walk across the road right there, but it wasn't far.

Hotel itself is quiet but some guests were loud. I will give it a 5 Star if it has an all body mirror in the room and fresh fruits for breakfast. I stayed two nights, there was no fruits one morning. A Red Robin is right by it, makes it very convenient.

Overcharged me, I caught this at checkout the lazy lady behind the counter that was sleeping said she will correct later never did . I wasted a lot of time on the phone. They admitted their mistake as a computer glitch waiting on refund .Staff Rude and uncaring. Breakfast food was horrible cold, stale, nasty.. room could definitely use some upgrades and repairs water took forever to get warm.

Be prepared - people do smoke in the facility - smelled like weed, especially in the elevator. It wasn't a one time experience but all the time. Expedia didn't inform us that there would be a $100 deposit at check in. Apparently, there's a history of vandalism/theft/or above and beyond housekeeping needed at this hotel and the $100 deposit would help cover hotel costs. It made me feel like we stayed at an unruly, wild place. There was a special paper i had to initial at check in about not smoking, not having confetti or glitter bombs and about 10-12 other things that are prohibited. All required my initials - I've never seen anything like that before. My actual room was quiet and seemed clean except for a few big spots on the headboard and chair. The lamp on the right side of the bed did not work and we discovered it was unplugged (outlet was on wall mid headboard - difficult to reach and the flooring under the bed was pretty dirty) For a one night stay it was ok. We didn't use any of the amenities - the price was about right. I don't plan on visiting this hotel again.

Check-in was easy. That was pleasant. Requested a handicap accessible room with two beds, they could not provide that for me, made for a getting my wheelchair mother in and out of the hotel. Was clean for the most part. Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. was gone. Not much to pick from.

Breakfast options were great. Probably the best continental breakfast that I’ve had at similar type hotels. Bed and pillows were not great. Quite uncomfortable. Linens and room were clean, no issues with bugs or unclean items. Didn’t get to the pool but looked at it and it seemed adequate. Conveniently located with shops around.
