The hotel lobby area and elevator smelt damp. There was a blue blower on the floor of the lobby drying the area in front of the check in counter. The room, bed and breakfast was good. They always have the best coffee.

The elevator was down. The person checking us in was really nice though. The beds aren’t soft, we woke up at 7am with backaches, so we left and headed home.

I paid extra for an upgraded room. I really wanted a nice jacuzzi hot tub to soak in. Especially since the jacuzzi by the pool is closed down. Well the second I got into my room I started filling up the tub to have a jet jacuzzi soak and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they apologized but couldn’t do anything about it. They gave me a credit and reduced the cost of my nightly rate but I was still annoyed. I booked this property and specifically this room because I wanted a good jacuzzi bathtub soak. The breakfast isn’t very good although it’s standard I guess. Fix your regular jacuzzi hot tub by the pool too! I won’t be back. Ever.

When I travel I choose hotels that have a pool. I like to exercise after sitting in a car all day. The swimming pool at this holiday in was so cold, you couldn’t get in. It’s not right that I picked this hotel so that I could swim, but wasn’t able to.

My room was not cleaned. Previous guest left toiletries and nothing was cleaned out. Not a Holiday Inn standard and the breakfast was not good. I've stayed in many Holiday Inns during my travels and this one by far the worst.

Prepaid my 1 night stay and called the hotel to inform the hotel of my late night arrival; when I arrived the counter person was highly frustrated of my arrival time and made my check in a horrible experience. Didn't catch his name but he's old, tall, anglo male with a sneery attitude. The shower needs a good clorox cleaning and the toilet had hard toilet paper stuck to the seat.

My only ossue was the beds. The listing stated 3 queens. It was actually 2 queens and full pull out. It was easy to switch plans, but i do wish the listings were correct.

The observations we did have after we checked in we noticed the thermostat was hanging off the wall and also noticed the bathroom door had several dents in it! After taking our stuff to the room we immediately let the front desk know the damage did not belong to us!

Was reminded that you get what you pay for. Chose this chain based on prior good experience, but was a bit disappointed this time. I had requested to have a top floor away from elevators and end up on the first available floor next to the elevators. Asked to be moved and was told the hotel was sold out, but not sure that was true because the parking lot was not full late at night. Bed was comfortable and felt clean. Found multiple small hairs in the shower and around the bathroom sink. The room was in generally OK condition, but felt a little bit dated. Next time we visit Clinton, we will plan to stay at another hotel.

Great reception! Attentive to our needs. We stayed in the 2 Bed Suite. It was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There lounge chair was an unexpected but very welcomed surprise. The breakfast was sausage patties (pork and turkey), eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, a pancake maker, various oatmeal to-go options, and some other things. I will definitely go back!!!

Door between my room and the room next door was not properly fitted and allowed me to hear EVeRYTHING going on in the room next door. Bed and linens were comfortable. But noise from next door and light from curtain that didn’t properly close made it hard to sleep.

Pretty good for the price. The advertising says “three queen beds” in a queen suite.. what they mean is 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. It worked for us as our teen slept in the pull out but the beds were quite comfortable. The room served its purpose well. Towels could have been nicer. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good for “hotel food” .. they had a warm bar and a neat pancake conveyor belt machine. Clean hotel. Would recommend with a family. We had 2 teens, our 1 yr old, my husband and I sharing the suite.

Brian, Drew, and the breakfast staff (I didn’t get her name) went above and beyond to make our stay so nice! This hotel is in a great location and is very nice. I would definitely recommend it! We didn’t have a chance to see the pool, but everything else was fantastic.

Tamela at front desk was friendly and helpful, everything you could ask for. The next morning, Arta, in the kitchen was friendly, helpful, and took pride in her work. As we were leaving, housekeeping , Jamie, asked us if we were leaving and if everything was ok. Excellent staff!!!

My checkin was fast. My room was clean and cooled off quickly. The water was hot and the room amenities were great! But when I checked out the person was in a hurry and insisted he did not need to give me a receipt despite me paying the hotel directly. He said the app I used would provide a receipt. I still don’t have my receipt and this was for my business. :(

The hotel did not look like the pics, the front desk personnel were rude and would not give me a receipt at check out because I booked through hotels.com. They said it IHG hotel policy but that is b.s. because every hotel this trip has been with the hotel chain. The hotel had only one elevator and about 20 people waiting for it at check in. They put $50 incidental fee to my credit card but wouldn't allow me put a bag of chips on the room when I went down to get something out of my car . Will definitely not stay there again.

We had a long cross country trip on our way from California to Florida. We had some not so great stays until we got to this location. Tamara at the front desk was so kind and friendly. After a long drive and a late check in she made my day. She was very helpful. All hotels should have soneone like her working the front desk. Thank you Tamara! Covenient to dining, interstate and shopping. Appreciate the nice, quiet area outside Jackson. The breakfast setup wasn't bad at all. Good food options and the cook staff was present to make sure our dining needs were met and was very friendly. The suite we had was spacious enough for my family. Would stay here again!
