Good apartment to stay while visiting Valencia. We had bad luck with a very loud family staying in the apartment above us and the elevator was always blocked at the 1st floor (by cleaning we suppose) so it could not be used. The lockers were always closed so were not available and the goods in the cupboards were all very dirty, cups even still had lipstick on them, we can't understand you leave it that way after staying in an apartment. But we did not need a lot as you have plenty of locations to go out and eat in the neighborhood. While visiting the city we realized this apartment was located ideally, close to the touristic centre, close to public transportation, close to supermarkets... Would return when visiting Valencia again.

It had stylish, contemporary decor, everything looked new, nice quiet apartment. We were able to walk to all the interesting places in the old city from there. Just be aware that there is no receptionist. Entry codes to the house and the apartment are provided electronically just before arrival via WhatsApp. Fortunately my friend had the app and received the message. I would not have received it otherwise or let them know that you want to receive messages via email. Also: there are only two lockers for luggage if you have time before check-in or after checkout, and they may be occupied. We asked them to let us know when the apartment was ready, and they did. Overall a great place to stay.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll und València kann zu Fuß oder mit ÖPNV erkundet werden. Nachteil ist der fehlende Parkplatz. Leider war das Bettzeug fürs Schlafsofa nicht vorbereitet und zudem unvollständig. Aber alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, da València so viel zu bieten hat.

Me hospede en Octubre de 2022 y me toco el ultimo piso. Departamento centrico, amplio, baño amplio (sin bidet), con todos los necesaires, sin estante en la ducha como para apoyar algun jabon que uno lleve, mas alla del que proveen. Pava electrica y cafetera de tipo nespresso (aunque habian dejado algunas capsulas ya utilizadas). Plancha y tabla de planchar. Vajilla e implementos de cocina. Articulos de limpieza. Heladerita de tipo frigobar (sin servicio ni elementos de cortesia). Se ingresa tanto en la puerta principal como en el departamento con clave alfanumerica. Durante mi estancia se averio DOS VECES el UNICO ascensor con el que cuenta el edificio. Al irme muy temprano tuve que bajar las maletas 7 pisos por escalera ya que este tipo de departamento no tiene recepcion en el sitio y nadie pudo ayudarme. Tampoco vi mucho interes mas alla de unas meras disculpas en compensar de alguna forma el hecho. Tenia un vuelo y debido al inconveniente en vez de utilizar el transporte publico tuve que ir en TAXI con el consecuente gasto, jamas desde la recepcion se preocuparon en dichos detalles. Si bien el departamento es centrico, la proxima vez ire a un hotel que suelen tener mas ascensores o por lo menos hay gente presencialmente para resolver los problemas.

This hotel is very close to the train station and in a very walkable area. You must check in with the hotel at the neighboring cafe where there is also breakfast available. There are 2 spots for luggage storage at the physical hotel, but if those are full you must pay for a locker storage around the block. This was a little bit difficult to do, but otherwise was no problem. The room was extremely spacious with a queen size bed, a couch that became a full size bed and a small table with chairs. With 4 people in the room we did not feel squished at all. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank You

The property conditions are great, good setup and well kept. My only downside is that other properties of this type (not hotel rooms) also provide daily cleaning service, this one did not. Additionally, at the time of arrival our train arrived way before the check-in time; and although it was clear they would provide early access if available, property management didn’t answer to my messages/calls about if the place was already available - and they could easily provide the option of luggage storage (they have that option advertised) or just answer “sorry, we really don’t have an option for you at this moment “

A mi familia y a mí nos encantó tanto la comunicación, el lugar y el que esté céntrico de todo, excelente ubicación lo único que pondría como sugerencia que la limpieza sobre todo de camas y sábanas no estaba en condiciones ya que encontramos cabellos.

Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in Valencia, mooie stad met een bruisend centrum vol winkels en restaurantjes etc. Schoon strand en alles goed te bereiken met de taxi. Over het appartement hebben wij gemengde gevoelens. Om positief te beginnen: het appartement had een ideale ligging, niet dicht bij het strand maar op loopafstand van het centrum en met de taxi konden we gemakkelijk naar het strand. De kamer was ruim en de airco werkte prima. Als we vragen hadden over dingen konden we gemakkelijk communiceren via whatsapp en dan werd er goed met ons mee gedacht. We hebben echter ook een aantal dingen die we minder vonden: Ten eerste was niet alles schoon, er zat kalkaanslag op de kraan in de keuken en bovenop de koelkast lag een hoop stof. Verder wordt er ook niet schoongemaakt, ze komen de bedden niet verschonen, handdoeken en wc-papier wordt niet ververst en de prullenbakken worden niet geleegd. We hebben 1x nieuwe handdoeken gekregen (nadat we erom hadden gevraagd), maar voor de keren erna moesten we 30 euro betalen… Daarnaast is het erg luidruchtig, je hoorde mensen in andere kamers praten en ‘s ochtend ook de poetsvrouw stofzuigen op de gang. Wij vinden dat we vantevoren te weinig info hebben gekregen, onder andere over het feit dat we zelf moesten betalen voor nieuwe handdoeken en wc-papier. (Als we dit hadden geweten hadden we er aan het begin al zuiniger mee gedaan.) Ook hebben we van niemand te horen gekregen hoelaat we het appartement uit moesten.

Mooie en nette kamers. Binnen komen met alleen een cijfer code is top. Geen gedoe met sleutels of pasjes. Op loopafstand van het centrum en verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Wij hebben ons hier als vriendengroep uitstekend vermaakt!

Wij verbleven op de bovenste verdieping. Mooie hoge kamer met houten balken plafond, waar mooie verlichting aan hing. Op deze verdieping mooi uitzicht over de stad. Het bed vonden wij persoonlijk wat aan de harde kant. Alles was netjes en schoon. Goede badkamer, met heerlijke douche. Studio was voorzien van airco. Perfecte locatie! Ik zou deze studio zeker aanraden!
Wij verbleven op de bovenste verdieping. Mooie hoge kamer met houten balken plafond, waar mooie verlichting aan hing. Op deze verdieping mooi uitzicht over de stad. Schönes Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Küche und Bad. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zentral gelegen, mit einem Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe und nur 5 Minuten vom Hauptplatz sowie 5-7 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències ist in etwa einer halben Stunde mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Ein toller Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

Had a wonderful stay at Voghe - would not hesitate to come back if we're back in Valencia. The location cannot be beat - so close to the old town and everything it offers. The bed was great, room was large, shower was amazing, and a fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to save a little $$ on meals. I will say that one of our neighbours had a room full of bachelor party boys who were quite loud - you can hear everyone. But that was just the luck of the draw.

Communication is excellent and very accommodating as we arrived prior to check in time and they were able to provide room timely. No front desk. The apartment is in a great location. Other than that, everything about the apartment is very basic. For our 4 nights of stay, they gave us 2 pods of coffee, 2 tiny vials of shampoo and gel. There’s no soap in the bathroom and zero supply in the kitchen. When I told the office that there were no supplies, I was told that there’s a supermarket nearby where I could buy my own supplies. We arrived very tired from a long trip and we couldn’t even wash our hands in the bathroom. I had to follow up to get the entry code for the premises. They were supposed to contact me a few days before arrival. But no one did. I had to do the chasing to get the code. No service provided. When I asked if they could order us a taxi to take us to the train station, they said they can only send a taxi if we are going to the airport. The reply to my What’s up sent in the morning was answered only in the late afternoon.

This was a clean and modern little flat in a very central area of town. I didn’t like that I couldn’t communicate with anyone from the property except through Whats App. There is no one on site to help you with anything or check you in. Coming from out of the country, I found this very frustrating. Even when I messaged on Whats App, they wouldn’t answer a basic question, like is there luggage storage. Just so you know, there are only two lockers for storage on site, but there is a luggage storage place you can pay for just two minutes away.

Don’t expect good communication or empathy from the property. Trains were cancelled to go to Valencia because of the floods and they refused to respond to my calls/emails/messages regarding refunds. Had to get an expedia agent to call the property and they said they would offer to rebook but when I try to reach out there was no response. Horrible experience.. would not recommend

It had stylish, contemporary decor, everything looked new, nice quiet apartment. We were able to walk to all the interesting places in the old city from there. Just be aware that there is no receptionist. Entry codes to the house and the apartment are provided electronically just before arrival via WhatsApp. Fortunately my friend had the app and received the message. I would not have received it otherwise or let them know that you want to receive messages via email. Also: there are only two lockers for luggage if you have time before check-in or after checkout, and they may be occupied. We asked them to let us know when the apartment was ready, and they did. Overall a great place to stay.

Brilliant apartments, which were lovely and clean. The owners were really helpful, friendly and got a few of our rooms ready early for us, even though we forgot to ask in advanced. Really easy to check in etc too.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wegen der zentralen Lage waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft um die Ecke und die Metro in der Nähe. Alles soweit gut, jedoch das einchecken war problematisch, nichts für schwache Nerven. Keine Antwort auf E-Mails, Telefon oder WhatsApp. Am Tag der Anreise endlich Antwort und das Einchecken konnte arrangiert werden. Allerdings auf meine Frage hin ob ich mein Gepäck zur Aufbewahrung abstellen kann kam ein Nein(alles Belegt) und die Aufforderung doch keine weiteren Fragen zu stellen. Schade….

This was an excellent stay for us. The location was terrific, very close to many of the main attractions and sights, as well as metro and bus stops. The apartment was roomy and well maintained. The kitchen allowed us to have some flexibility with our food needs. The sofa bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked and the room needed more sheets, pillows and blankets, but overall a great place to stay.

Perfekt plassering i forhold til byvandring i gamlebyen eller kollektivtrafikk for å forflytte seg ut av gamlebyen. Vi hadde en privè og den var ypperlig for en familie på fire. Eget bad, og soverom. Sovesofa i oppholdsrommet for ungene. Kjøleskap, micro og koketopp på kjøkkenet samt dagligvarebutikk med ferske baguetter. I samme område var det flere frokostcafeer. Leilighet her kan anbefales.

Hotel belíssimo. Excelente localização. Próximo a Plaza de Toros, Estação Ferroviária, belíssima, metrô...Estacionamento próximo ao Hotel a um custo extra. Check in via WhatsApp, excelente e rápido, quando chegamos ao Hotel já tínhamos os códigos de entrada. Decoração super clean e moderna. Quarto, cozinha completa, sala e 1 banheiro. O que faltou: Só havia duas cápsulas de café para a máquina, sem chá... Éramos 3 pessoas, para 2 diárias. Faltou um pouco de atenção dos anfitriões. 😔

This hotel is very close to the train station and in a very walkable area. You must check in with the hotel at the neighboring cafe where there is also breakfast available. There are 2 spots for luggage storage at the physical hotel, but if those are full you must pay for a locker storage around the block. This was a little bit difficult to do, but otherwise was no problem. The room was extremely spacious with a queen size bed, a couch that became a full size bed and a small table with chairs. With 4 people in the room we did not feel squished at all. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank You

Our group arrived in the middle of a heatwave - rooms on the 2nd and 4th floor were great, but it never got below 27 degrees with the ac running, in room 701. Location-wise, it is brilliant, close to everything and easy to get around the old town. Check-in and check-out was straightforward.

When you think of "premium flats" or apartments, they typically have more amenities like an oven to cook your own food or a washer & dryer. You also expect good security in the building, but in this case someone kept blocking the door to keep it open, even though just one block away were homeless people sleeping on the street. What's the point of having a door security code if it is blocked open? I removed the door stopper that was keeping it open, but it would invariably return. As others have written, there is lots of noise from other guests in the hallway.
