Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel B&B de l'arrivée au départ. À l'arrivée, parking gratuit sous-terrain fermé, avec caméra à son entrée. Ascenseur disponible. L'accueil par le réceptionniste en début de soirée s'est très bien passé. Il était clair, courtois et sait donner quelques conseils utiles. La chambre, c'est presque un sans faute, un des distributeurs gel douche dans la salle de bain était HS mais il y en avait un autre donc ce n'était pas un point bloquant. Mis à part cela, elle est spacieuse, propre, bien isolée phoniquement, est équipée correctement (café a dosettes, petit frigo, évier, micro-ondes, enceinte BT), dispose d'une literie confortable et d'une salle de bain avec douche et bain. J'ai apprécié la petite interface permettant de sensibiliser aux économies d'eau! Petit déjeuner, je le trouve peut-être une chouille trop cher mais il était varié et je n'ai manqué de rien malgré le passage 'tardif'. Ah si, peut-être de beurre salé! Attention malgré tout, suivant l'heure, la salle de remplit vite et risque de ne pas avoir de place! Le départ, aussi facile qu'à l'arrivée, rien à signaler! Localisation, juste a côté de centre commercial Velizy 2 si besoin et pas dans Paris même, ce qui 'limite' les embouteillages même si il y en a aux heures de pointe. La ubicación es alejada del centro de paris llegamos por el aeropuerto Orly que estaba cercano eso no fue tema. El problema es por la noche si vuelves tarde la reja de estacionamiento está cerrada y la persona que abre la puerta no es amable. Las demás personas del staff si son amables. El desayuno está bien y en la habitación dormimos muy cómodos 2 adultos y 2 niños.

We stayed one night as a part of a longer trip. It's a great location from which to visit the Château de Versailles. There is free underground parking which is very convenient. The rooms are big and comfortable for a small family. The staff at reception were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Our room unfortunately had an issue with the plumbing, and a very unpleasant smell was coming out of the sink by the toilet. As it became very noticeable only in the later eveving, and my son was asleep, I didn't notify reception until the morning after. The lovely gentleman there was very apologetic and said that they would have offered us a room change. I wish that I had done so, because the smell became intolerable as the night progressed. Breakfast was nice. Simple, but it had everything we needed.

Albergo vicino all’autostrada, facilmente accessibile, fermata del tram davanti all’albergo, ne passa uno ogni 15 minuti ed in 22 minuti porta alla metro. Très bel hôtel avec un grand parking facilement accessible. Le centre commercial est aussi facilement accessible à pied à 10min. La chambre est immense pour le prix (équipée d'un frigo et d'un micro-ondes).

Mycket märkligt hotell som jag inte förstår hur de kan ha den mängd stjärnor som det har. ACn fungerade inte alls, vi fick byta rum pga det men den fungerade inte där heller. Toalett och dusch är i någon form av plasthytt och vårt rum hade synliga vattenskador, märkliga ljud från belysning/eldragning osv. Blodfläckar på sängkläder etc. Vi avbröt vistelsen tidigare vilket de var vänliga nog att hjälpa oss med och återbetala för resterande nätter. Layouten och storleken på rummet var däremot bra och frukosten helt ok.

Nous sommes habitués à cet hôtel qui a récemment changé d’enseigne et force est de constater que l’hôtel se dégrade. Chambre non prête. Rv qui ne marche pas. Idem pour le sèche cheveux distributeurs de savon vides. Etc… on est tout de même supposé être dans un 4 étoiles…

Je passe régulièrement dans cet hôtel, travaillant à proximité de Vélizy, c'est facilement accessible à pied. L'accueil y est très agréable et professionnel, l'aménagement et la taille des chambres est top. Le combo douche / baignoire est appréciable. Au même titre que le coin cuisine, parfois pratique. Et la literie très confortable !

Mycket märkligt hotell som jag inte förstår hur de kan ha den mängd stjärnor som det har. ACn fungerade inte alls, vi fick byta rum pga det men den fungerade inte där heller. Toalett och dusch är i någon form av plasthytt och vårt rum hade synliga vattenskador, märkliga ljud från belysning/eldragning osv. Blodfläckar på sängkläder etc. Vi avbröt vistelsen tidigare vilket de var vänliga nog att hjälpa oss med och återbetala för resterande nätter. Layouten och storleken på rummet var däremot bra och frukosten helt ok.

Very bad staff of reception and unccoperative.. so bad check in the employe refuse to answer any question he was so stiff not cooperative.the reception also so small very bad chairs ..i do not recomend travellers to book this hotel..the area is so far from restaurants and shops..i do not know about breakfasts because i will try it tomorrow

Stayed here for a couple of night while we visited Paris. The lady on reception was not very welcoming and when I complained about a problem with the room was a bit dismissive. A shame because other staff were friendly. The fish on the toilet wasn't working and when I reported it I was told that it usually does, insinuating that I was lying. Someone came and looked at it but didn't fix it, I had to get it working myself. The room was comfy and clean, and the breakfast was very good. There was supposed to be a gym facility which my wife was looking forward to using but there was no sign of it, possibly because there was some renovation work going on. Generally good for the price but a few things let it down.

La ubicación es alejada del centro de paris llegamos por el aeropuerto Orly que estaba cercano eso no fue tema. The shining point on this hotel is the staff. Alicia, who is a marvelous front desk agent and very knowledgeable of the transportation system through the metro, is very helpful in all possible ways. Hotel is kept clean and the area is quite. Breakfast is superb! The drawback is that, despite claiming being close to the center, is in fact not taking traffic jams into consideration. This hotel is around 35 to 55 minutes away from the center (it could be more depending on traffic conditions) It has a very closeby shopping mall, the Velizy 2 Centre Comercial. Check out is advertised for 12:00pm but an employee opened our room door at 9am without knocking while we were sleeping. There is no way to lock the door to prevent staff from coming in and they do not have “do not disturb” door signs. The employee opened our door again a second time about an hour later. When I questioned him, he asked what time we were checking out, to which I replied 12:00pm. Regardless, he still opened the door a THIRD TIME around 11:00am. We told the front desk upon checkout and they said it wasn’t normal procedure.

We stayed one night as a part of a longer trip. It's a great location from which to visit the Château de Versailles. There is free underground parking which is very convenient. The rooms are big and comfortable for a small family. The staff at reception were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Our room unfortunately had an issue with the plumbing, and a very unpleasant smell was coming out of the sink by the toilet. As it became very noticeable only in the later eveving, and my son was asleep, I didn't notify reception until the morning after. The lovely gentleman there was very apologetic and said that they would have offered us a room change. I wish that I had done so, because the smell became intolerable as the night progressed. Breakfast was nice. Simple, but it had everything we needed.

Wir waren innerhalb von 1 Jahr zwei Mal in diesem Hotel. Letztes Mal war es noch ein Novotel. Jetzt ist es ein B&B Hotel. Es hat sich nur der Name geändert. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, die Ungebung gut. Großes Einkaufscenter in der Nähe, Tramstation in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 45 Min. nach Paris Innenstadt. Zimmer teilweise abgewohnt, Betten aber gut. Tgl. Handtuchwechsel. 1 Deutscher Tv Sender (RTL) Kostenloses Wasser an Auffüllstation im Foyer. Ein 3. Mal würden wir nicht wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten, da es doch sehr weit abseits ist. Kostet viel Zeit. Alles in allem war es gelungen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist eher heruntergekommen. Wir waren zu viert im Zimmer und haben Becher und Handtücher nur für zwei Personen erhalten. Zudem wurde nicht sauber genug gereinigt. Das Frühstück war nicht schön vorbereitet. Es fehlte immer Besteck oder Teller, Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und jeden Tag dasselbe. Kaum frische Sachen. I stayed here back in 2015. It was brilliant. The toilets were clean, the bathroom was spot on. The bedroom itself was brilliant. This time, not good at all. The standard has dropped by a massive margin. The pillows were rubbish, couldn’t get comfy at all. The water drainage in the shower and sink was despicable. It took ages for the water to drain. The cleaners were great, they couldn’t really do anything regarding the plumbing issue. They tried to keep it clean but they fell short through no fault of their own. The breakfast wasn’t good, the service was rubbish. Croissant’s running out and no one from the kitchen refilling the baskets. Not much of a variety of breakfast options plus no halal catering provided either. It’s definitely got worse and I would not stay or recommend again.
