Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, aber für mich viel wichtiger, sehr sauber. Der Service ist gut. Die Lage ist optimal. Einzige Einschränkung für mich als Motorradfahrer ist, dass es keine Garage gibt.

Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The hotel is on a side street off of a very attractive plaza called Place Victor Hugo. This is an older building and it shows to some degree, but was very clean and the breakfast room was particularly nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The parking garage under the plaza is very new and has extra-wide parking spaces. The area is very walkable and picturesque, with pleasure boats lining the canals. If you're a fan of the TV series Candice Renoir, you'll find the building that was used as the set for the police station only a couple of blocks away.

Vous payez la totalité du séjour avant de voir les chambres que nous avons découvertes sales (toilettes avec restes d’excréments, manque de lunette sur le Wc) Le ménage n’est pas fait , le linge de toilette n’est pas frais ni remplacé pendant tout le séjour. Après avoir proposé le remboursement le responsable nous agresse verbalement lorsque nous avons demandé effectivement le remboursement qu’il a refusé . Conseil, regardez vos chambres avant de payer, évitez cette adresse vous trouverez des accueils plus chaleureux dans les hôtels avoisinants. Le parking n’est pas facile il est payant, certains hôtels payent un abonnement dans le parking public Victor Hugo juste à côté, même une participation à cet abonnement permettrait une solution confortable pour tous.

Old and tired, poorly decorated hotel, not many art deco features! Grumpy staff that were not very friendly to our dog! It was clean enough but the towels need to be renewed soon, the AC worked very well and the location was close enough to the livelier part of the town, parking outside was convenient! We wouldn’t stay again!

Zanzare a decine in camera con la finestra chiusa!!! Impossibile dormire Avevo 50 punture di cui 3 sulla palpebra che mi hanno fatto gonfiare l’occhio. Era un viaggio di lavoro e sono stata impresentabile per 2 giorni! I muri macchiati da zanzare schiacciate da chi ha soggiornato prima di noi L’hotel non fa niente se non consigliare di accendere l’aria condizionata!! Né zanzariere, ne spry! Il nulla Ce ne saremmo andati ma non ho trovato niente di disponibile durante la notte Il proprietario sorpreso quando ci siamo lamentati al mattino. Ma sicuramente non è stata la prima volta. Avrebbe potuto fare un gesto, soprattutto vista la mia faccia gonfia Reception chiusa con serranda alle 8 di sera La doccia perde dal muro e allaga la moquette dove c’è il letto

Grosse déceptions les chambres ont besoins d'etre rafraichi, flexible de douche bruyant pendant la douche car fatigué besoin d'etre changer, l'eau du lavabo a du mal a s'evacuer car systeme casser, menage fait aporoximatif. J'ai demandé au bout de 3 jours a ce qu'on me fasse ma chambre on s'est contenter de changer les draps et mes serviettes que j'avais mis au sol sans rien nettoyer,ni la salle de bain ni changer la sortie de douche au sol ni passer ne serait-ce que l'aspirateur.

After traveling for 48 hrs with no sleep, we reserved for the wrong night, immediately realized our mistake, and within 5 minutes arrived at the hotel and explained our situation. one of gentlemen at this hotel was kind and even helped us book a room elsewhere and encouraged us to request a refund from Hotels.com, which we did. When they called the hotel, they got another person who was present when we arrived who thought he could hold us to the not needed reservation and double book the room. As an executive in the travel industry, we would never in a million years recommend this place. We took the room so it couldn’t be booked and it was shabby with no furniture and a predatory manager to boot.

Accueil sympathique. Cet Hotel est bien situé près de la gare pour visiter Sete à pied ou prendre les bus .juste à côté de La place Victor Hugo avec la superbe fontaine Othoniel et le beau théâtre Molière . Confort correct .

Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The hotel is on a side street off of a very attractive plaza called Place Victor Hugo. This is an older building and it shows to some degree, but was very clean and the breakfast room was particularly nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The parking garage under the plaza is very new and has extra-wide parking spaces. The area is very walkable and picturesque, with pleasure boats lining the canals. If you're a fan of the TV series Candice Renoir, you'll find the building that was used as the set for the police station only a couple of blocks away.

Séjour découverte en famille de la ville de Sète. L'hôtel est très bien situé,on peut tout faire à pied,brasserie au pied magnifique. Bus pour aller sur les plages au pied de l'hôtel. Si vous cherchez un petit hôtel sympa bien placé,je recommande !
