As a pit stop after a long day's drive this hotel delivers the expected functional accomdation with secure parking, good wifi, a reasonable restaurant and convenient access from the Autoroute. As such it's good value, to the point we've stayed a few times. The town centre is just over a half hour's walk.

Chambre relativement propre, le rideau principal blanc ne s'ouvre pas, pas de tige ou fil ce qui empêche l ouverture complète de la fenêtre. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est peu varié, pour le prix par apport à la concurrence, il manque du choix. Le parking est parfait, bien entretenu accessible aux chambres facilement. Le bémol durant mon weekend ce fut le manque de nourriture car l'hôtel ne propose pas de repas le soir , les weekends ! En voiture, il y a possibilité de se restaurer à 2km cependant il y a des gens qui viennent pour se reposer, sortir du quotidien, qui apprécient après des heures de voiture, pouvoir se poser sans devoir reprendre la voiture pour dîner. La prochaine fois j' irai en pleine semaine ou dans un centre ville !

Spotless room and bathroom. Spacious, comfortable - and they allow dogs for a small fee. Our hotel also had a garden and outdoor patio furniture - and ice-cold beer on a scorchingly hot day! The manager warmly welcomed us and couldn’t have been more helpful - he spoke very good English and listened patiently to my poor French! Free onsite parking - it was a great stay and I would go back there.

For a small stopover hotel it was fine. Slept well ,rooms are small but very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The manager was excellent and looked after us so well. Would definitely use it again.

Première fois dans un Campanile. Je m'attendais à un hôtel économique, perdu dans une zone d'activité et c'est bien le cas. Pas gênant car je recherchais surtout un lieu très proche par rapport à un mariage. C'est un concept "motel" avec une chambre simple qui donne directement sur l'extérieur. Accueil sympathique, la chambre au rez de chaussée semble datée et petite mais globalement OK. Pas de clim (à considérer en été). Espace bureau, nécessaire à thé/café, penderie. Pour une nuit c'est OK. Dans les détails c'est autre chose : notre salle de bain était vétuste, fonctonnelle mais douche pas OK (beaucoup de moisissures noires sur les joints, douche qui fuyait et complètement attaquée par le calcaire). Aération insuffisante dans la chambre - il faut ouvrir les fenêtres qui se couvrent de buée. Le lit est grand et assez confortable. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner car trop tard, mais la personne à l'accueil nous a gentiment proposé de le prendre après la fermeture (11h00) car il n'était pas encore débarrassé (fin à 10h00 normalement). Donc OK pour le prix, mais une rénovation même basique des salles de douche est nécessaire.

We asked for a ground floor room which we were given. It was however a room designed for a disabled person. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet looked as if it had never been cleaned. The bathrooms was a wet room designed for a wheelchair user, however the floor was a death trap, very slippy when wet and the water didn't drain properly.

The hotel is chalet type accomodation which was clean and adequate albeit worn and dated. My room on the rear of the accommodation block, ground floor, was very warm when we stayed, with no air conn. We never used the restaurant but all the staff we engaged with were very friendly and accommodating.

État de propreté non conforme aux standards attendus. À l’arrivée, sol aspirer mais pas lavé, la salle de bain présentait des cheveux collés sur le carrelage des murs et du sol. La robinetterie était couverte de traces de gouttes d’eau séchées et de dépôts de calcaire. La pomme de douche fuyait, entraînant des projections d’eau importantes dans la salle de bain. Les joints étaient noircis par la moisissure et présentaient par endroits une substance gluante savonneuse de couleur orange-rosée. Des toiles d’araignée, avec présence d’araignées, étaient visibles au plafond de la salle de bain et de la chambre, ainsi que sur le tissu entourant le sommier du lit. Un petit amas d’insectes morts était présent à côté de la table de chevet. Des cheveux ont été retrouvés dans les serviettes de bain, ce qui remet en question leur nettoyage. Enfin, le fond des toilettes était fortement encrassé, d’une couleur marron très foncé. Ces éléments traduisent un manque évident d’entretien et de nettoyage avant l’arrivée des occupants. L’état des lieux ne correspond pas à un hébergement correctement préparé pour des clients.

Loved this place and would stay again without hesitation. Quiet location (on a light industrial estate to almost zero overnight traffic) and close to A26. Staff were super helpful and it has a small modern restaurant area offering a limited evening meal menu. Portions were generous and it was excellent value. The buffet breakfast choice was huge and all of it good quality - including a few things normally associated with 'full english' in recognition that it's just 60 miles from Calais and a lot of Brits pass through. Rooms could do with a freshen up but everything was generally clean and worked well, apart from the bedsheets that seemed to not quite be big enough (maybe originally intended for a thinner matterss? The thick mattress was comfy though)

I arrived very hungry, Monday evening around 19.00, the restaurant wasn't open, it said when I booked it, that it was, I had to walk 35 minutes into Arras, then pay €20, for a taxi back, after dinner.

We chose Campanile Arras as we have used Campanile's in the past and have always been happy not so this time, website stated there was a restaurant but on arrival we were told it does not open at the weekends. Very tired looking on the outside, extractor in the bathroom made a noise all night. No milk or bread at breakfast either !!
