L’accueil n’est pas chaleureux, les chambres sales et vétustes, une terrasse mais complètement vide (pas même une petite table), les ascenseurs ne fonctionnent pas, et la piscine sans pediluve et entourée de pavés caillouteux (donc pas agréable ni confortable et vite sale).

Hotel sympathique de premier abord mais à regarder de plus près, le ménage est très approximatif : l espace cuisine gras, loulous de poussières dans les coins et les placards, sols sales, télécommandes sales, la cuvette des toilettes imbibés d’urine laissant une odeur tenace. Ces observations ont été faites à la responsable qui a été très professionnelle en répondant avec un grand sourire que tt sera fait mais au final rien. Dommage car il a de bons atouts

Chambre pas très propre où nous avons pu constater chouchou et papier de bonbon sous le lit à notre arrivé , poussière sur les plaintes laissant à désirer sur la qualité du ménage fait . Peinture écaillée dans la salle de bain Meuble d’évier abîmé par l’eau, un peu vétuste , à se demander si ça ne casserait pas dans les mains….certainement à rénover sans parler de là robinetterie sous les évier et lavabo présentant des vers secs 😳 2 cuillères pour 4 , le listing n’est pas reçu avant chaque client Le lit clic clac n’est pas super confortable que ce soit pour une ou deux personnes Les rideau voilage arrivent à la moitié de la fenêtre 🙄. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. PLEASE BEWARE! The room they gave me was not cleaned, stains everywhere, my son stepped on a dirty tissue, toliet was not flushed. There were rusty scissors just sitting on kitchen counter, it was horrible. Also, I had 6 luggages and they put me on the 4th floor which I thought was strange. The entire place did not smell right. I got a bottle of wine and they had no opener. I was suppose to be staying for 3 nights but I left after 2-3 hours once I was able to change my flights. They did not respond to any of my issues until about a week later and refused a refund and are telling me I stayed 2 full days. Now I am stuck disputing this with hotels.com ( who I use all the time and expected more help from) and with my credit card company now. This was so disappointing

Deuxième séjour d'une nuit , l'hôtel a changé de nom mais c'est bien le même. Chambre propre et bien équipée même si il ne restait qu'une seule petite cuillère... Comme pour la première nuit, la salle de bain reste vétuste et la literie fatiguée. Sinon accueil souriant et hôtel proche supermarché, périphérique et centre-ville tout en restant dans une zone calme. Quelques avions mais nous sommes à Toulouse donc c'est normal 😊

Mon séjour a été a la hauteur de ce qu'il propose. Un très bon accueil, mais il a été omis d'indiquer et qu'il fallait des codes pour entrer en voiture ou même a pied le soir. L'interphone ne répondait pas. Heureusement qu'un autre résident à l'intérieur e été gentiment demander les codes pour moi. Il y avait également une trace plus que suspecte sur le radiateur de la chambre. Signalée et nettoyée quand demandé. Cependant, il n'est pas mentionnée dans l'annonce Hôtels.com qu'il s'agit d'un AppartHôtel et que le menage n'est pas fait au quotidien...

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. PLEASE BEWARE! The room they gave me was not cleaned, stains everywhere, my son stepped on a dirty tissue, toliet was not flushed. There were rusty scissors just sitting on kitchen counter, it was horrible. Also, I had 6 luggages and they put me on the 4th floor which I thought was strange. The entire place did not smell right. I got a bottle of wine and they had no opener. I was suppose to be staying for 3 nights but I left after 2-3 hours once I was able to change my flights. They did not respond to any of my issues until about a week later and refused a refund and are telling me I stayed 2 full days. Now I am stuck disputing this with hotels.com ( who I use all the time and expected more help from) and with my credit card company now. This was so disappointing

Ligger i ett tråkigt område lite utanför stan. Tjejen som tog emot oss var väldigt hjälpsam hon gav oss ett större rum än vi bokat då vi hade vår stora hund med oss. Rummet slitet och sterilt , sängen var obekväm och hård . Frukosten var simpelt men kostade mer än det smakade .

Excellent accueil par les 2 franco brésiliennes qui nous ont reçu chaleureusement et de façon très professionnelle. Studio agréable, permettant d'aller à pied au Zénith, et proche de commerces et du tramway. Chambre plus petite, et plus chère que dans d'autres Hôtels Zenitude.

Le logement était propre et très bien pour 4 personnes le lit était confortable il y avait le matériel pour se faire à manger...le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel était bon copieux et varié...le seul bémol c'est qu'il manque un volet pour ne pas être réveillé par le jour et les avions bruyants quand ils passent au dessus de l'hôtel

Very basic room, but ok for the price. The pool was good. An electric jug and a coffee maker were supplied, but there are no electric outlets in the kitchen or by the table to use them so they had to be on the bedroom floor, which was awkward and unsafe. The breakfast was shocking - don't do it, go to Aldi next door. There was no-one at the desk to allow us to check out - we had a very long wait.

Helpful personnel and good breakfast. Room was okay but water leaked u det the bath into the next room. When we mentioned this to the staff they took it seriously and thanked us for brining it up. Perfectly adequate for the price.
