Parking payant 18 euro avec codes sans ascenseur au 2 ème sous sol. Moi qui suis invalide j'ai pas aimé. Odeurs nauséabondes dans les escaliers. Horrible ! Petit déjeuner à 14 euro classic sans baguette dommage croissant certainement de la veille. Café à l'américaine jus de chaussettes. Vraiment déçu.! Nous avions pris une Gamme au dessus et vraiment déçu. La climatisation fesais du chaud 24 dans la chambre on a du dormir fenêtre ouverte avec bruit extérieur odeurs et pollution parisienne. Je recommande pas du tout et bani de ma. Liste.

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé hormis l’arrivée. Le parking étant sous codes de sécurité il faut aller les demander à l’accueil mais impossible de se garer devant l’hôtel pour faire la démarche. Il faudrait revoir ce point Le reste était très correct

Parking excellent but need codes to enter which we were not sent. The room had a Nespresso machine but no kettle. There were two tea bags and two sachets of coffee and two small milk cartons but no pods for the machine, so no refreshments in the room we could use. Apart from that the bed was comfy bathroom clean and well appointed and plenty of hanging space. We will definitely book again as the staff

Nous sommes arrivés le soir pour prendre possession de la chambre. On nous a dit qu’il y avait un parking à disposition. Le parking était tellement petit qu’il y avait pas de place dans le parking, on nous a dit d’aller se garer dans la rue en nous faisant payer en nous faisant payer le parking, donc je trouve ça intolérable Donc je ne recommande fortement pas votre hôtel

Het ontbijt was niet super, weinig keus, vaak lege bakken. Ontzettend traag met aanvullen. Behalve het ontbijt is er niks in het hotel. Meeste personeelsleden zijn niet vriendelijk. De kamers waren minimalistische, maar wel schoon. De kraan van bad/douche zat los, de regendouche was lek en spoot alle kanten op. Het water van de douche veranderd voortdurend van temperatuur.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed smelled clean as well. The room is practical for a short stay. There's place to put the luggage and a table with a chair. The reception lady was nice and patient as I had trouble finding the reservation code. You have to badge with you room card to be able to use the elevator which I found reassuring, even though there we people already inside I had to badge to choose my floor. The building is old, and you can hear the people on the next room but it is expected in that kind of building. Also, I could feel the bed springs. Nor the little noise or the bed springs prevent me from sleeping, though. I had a good night sleep overall. I think the door frame should be changed rapidly. It seemed weak and a bit broken around the lock. Also, it could be nice to have glass cups instead of carton.

Chambre à 80 euros qui a rempli sa fonction, chose pas negligeable une baignoire. Tres appreciabne. Ce que j ai - aime l odeur désagréable dans les couloirs, et ascenseurs. Chambre correcte mais, catastrophique au niveau de la salle d'eau. Pas de pression, impossibilité d'avoir une température constante (oscillation froid et chaud) . Chasse d'eau wc à devoir tirer 3 fois pour évacuation. Lundi soir pas d'eau chaude du tout jusqu'à 19h (annoncé pour travaux à l'accueil). Il faut vraiment revoir la plomberie.

Hotel Campanile exceeded my expectations. Beds are comfortable, kettle in the room is a bonus, location is perfect with easy access to transport. Hoche metro literally across the road. The area is safe with a variety of local shops selling produce Frome around the world. The staff go beyond above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Marlene and Gisele were A mazing. I highly recommend hotel Campanile.

Good place to stay, metro station 1 minute away, supermarket right next to the hotel. Receptionists are nice. Room is small but ok for 2 people. Clean and comfortable bed. toilet doesn’t flush very well, water temperature fluctuates for shower. Overall it’s ok to stay for a few nights.

Location, near a bus stop and Metro but kinda far from the tourist attractions. Too many guys just hanging around the area, kinda scary. Room was almost good except that the carpet was dirty. The shower and toilet in one, no division betuthe two, so when you’re showering and you’re not careful the whole area would be wet, including your dry clothes. The shower drain doesn’t drain fast enough that the water goes to the whole floor. Breakfast was good. There’s a kettle, no fridge, no microwave. They only have paper cups, so bring your own.

Used dirty coffee cups, bad customer service, no towels in my room and they tried to blame it on me, guy said if you have the do not disturb sign they won’t do your room, but I didn’t have the sign plus why would they take the only towels in my room if they were not going to replace them with clean ones? Very noisy, and can hear people in other rooms.

Staff are very friendly, rooms are cleaned everyday, the bedroom itself was good enough for the price, there was AC and heating which was great. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and has a large grocery shop right next to it which was very convenient. It was also a 1 minute walk from the metro station and relatively close to tram links.

Room was a nice size and clean. I liked that it had a desk and chair. Metro station right outside, very easy to get into the city for the main attractions of Paris. The area surrounding the hotel is a little run down. But I never felt unsafe or anything like that. Overall pleased.

People hanging around outside the hotel - intimidating and antisocial behavior from late afternoon into the early hours of the morning. Drunks shouting into the night and sick and urine all around the hotel outside. The room looked tired and needs refreshing but would have been ok if not for the dismal carpet. The carpet had steins of what looked like droplets of coffee and blood as well as lots of unknown indistinguishable marks. The hotel car park did not directly lead into the hotel and everytime you left the hotel to go into the car park (literally the next door outside the building) strangers were lurking and watching intently. It was intimidating. There were gangs on street corners and it did not feel safe to walk around or even drive.

The hotel, staff and amenities are good, what you would expect. Pillows where too soft, some firmer pillow options would be a tip. Now the only real downside is that the direct area is unsafe. While there my collegue, whom was staying at the mercure down the road, had walked me to the hotel and was assaulted and almost robbed on his way back. Due to the hotel location being close to the workvenue it was an obvious choice and again the hotel staff and everything else is fine just the area is dangerous and not safe

Abbiamo (2 persone) pernottato per tre notti presso il Campanile Pantin. Ben collegato con i mezzi ma in un quartiere che di sera è poco raccomandabile. La camera è minimale con giusto una piccola sedia, un letto, due cuscini a disposizione e due asciugamani a disposizione. La qualità prezzo è dunque discutibile ma dopotutto si tratta di Parigi! Silenziosa per chi vuole riposare dopo una lunga giornata da turista! Servizio cordiale.

Hôtel convenable, très rapide d accès( sortie métro a 50 m). Petit déjeuner tout juste acceptable surtout au vu du prix 13€90 mais vu qu il n y a rien autour. Table non lavé entre chaque client ( nous étions seul et les tables n étaient pas nettoyé . personnel ( jeune homme) qui semblait être énervé de nous voir et de devoir travailler. Chambre correct sans plus mais propre. Mention spéciale pour Jérémy qui a été sympathique et serviable à l inverse de ces collègues

Het ontbijt was niet super, weinig keus, vaak lege bakken. Ontzettend traag met aanvullen. Behalve het ontbijt is er niks in het hotel. Meeste personeelsleden zijn niet vriendelijk. De kamers waren minimalistische, maar wel schoon. De kraan van bad/douche zat los, de regendouche was lek en spoot alle kanten op. Het water van de douche veranderd voortdurend van temperatuur.

The hotel is very convenient by the 5 line metro which we loved. As per the photos on the site...well it is currently under construction so...yeah, dont go based off those. Some nice restaurants in the area, great staff and for the price you really cant beat it. The toilets and overall plumbing could be better, but thats Paris for you (honestly speaking). Must say, best beds and overall rooms/suites ever for the price. Has AC which in the summer heatwave was FANTASTIC to have. The area (Pantin) may feel unsafe to most travelers who might romanticize Paris, im from NYC so there are far worse places in the world, and it felt familiar to me; just maybe safer than NYC.

The staff were very welcoming but this hotel wasn’t great. We did not know that the downstairs was being refurbished so there were no facilities at all. Rooms are not cleaned every day which also meant that coffee, tea, milk etc wasn’t topped up. Worse is that it was not available at reception either. Rooms are small but quiet and the aircon was very good, plus the beds were very comfy.

The Air Conditioning of the Hotel was not working when I booked the Hotel and they didn’t notify the App while I booked a room on the same day. The AC was still not repaired by the time I checked out. It was a Hot day and night and I could barely get any sleep.

Hotel was well situated close to a metro station with easy access into the central tourist areas, taking about 20mins. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable and shower superb. The only problem was that the air conditioning was broken for the four nights we visited, Luckily we were on the back of the hotel which was super quiet and were able to open the window fully or else it would have been an oven.
