Mercure Orléans Centre Bords de Loire

I am totally disappointed on how old room was. In-room carpet, bathroom, everything was extremely below standards. Way below expectation for a Mercure hotel. Which makes me doubt on what to expect from a Mercure hotel in future

Great staff, nice and spacious rooms. Located about 10 minutes walk from the historic centre. The rooms should be updated as they have the look of an early 2000s room.

Overall the stay was fine, there were one or two minor things that one would not have expected from a 4 star hotel. There were only paper cups in the room - one would have expected at least plastic or preferably glass. Although there was tea and coffee there was no milk or even powdered milk.

On the edge of the town has a wow factor reception but the rooms are poor in relation and need updating Benefit car parking at €7.50 per 24 hours which is essential as no available street parking 15 minute walk into town lots of choice to eat and drink

Wonderful room with a great view of the Loire River from our balcony. 8 minute walk to Orleans Center City and the tram. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was gorgeous.
