Ein Hauptgrund für meine Buchung, war neben der zentralen Lage, die Möglichkeit das Auto zu Parken. Jedoch war dies nicht möglich. Die Tiefgarage hat eine Höhenbeschränkung (~1,8m). Unser Fahrzeug hat 1,9m. Der Aussenparkplatz steht wegen einer Baustelle nicht zur Verfügung. Schade nur, dass wir das erst beim Check-in erfahren haben. Mussten nun auf ein anderes Parkhaus ausweichen: 8 Minuten Fußweg zum Hotel; 27€/24h Parkgebühr extra.

Me ha decepcionado y mucho que la habitación no disponga de un espacio de armario decente. Lo que había era una auténtica pifia, el espacio para colgar las cosas era infimo, los pantalones colgados de las perchas daban contra la caja de seguridad y así quedaban mal colgados, ... Tampoco había cajones para guardar cosas como la ropa interior, los calcetines, etc ... Ni siquiera había un sitio habilitado para dejar la maleta, la cual tuve que poner encima de una mesita que había junto a un silloncito y un puff. Las plazas de parking un poco justas, pero bien. En hoteles de menos categoria ponen al menos un botellón de agua en la habitación. Aquí nada de nada.

Made the mistake of not checking price of breakfast, as our arrival flight was delayed and very late in..... Buffet breakfast was lovely, however €17 euro per head (same price for a child).....nearly died of shock!!! Room needs a proper hoovering around perimeter. Nice size and bathroom immaculate. Would stay again.... But not have breakfast!!!

This hotel was perfectly located for us since it is steps from the train station. Likewise it is very close to downtown restaurants and shopping, the castle, Tour de Lu, etc. The spacious room was very quiet (sonorisé) so no need for ear plugs and had a lot of windows. No hallway noise. Stairs are easy to find (I always use the stairs instead of the elevator except on arrival and departure. The breakfast is very good although I had to always ask for "HOT HOT" water for my morning tea. The restaurant, for lunch or dinner, for example, is quite expensive so I recommend go to local restaurants. Bedding was clean-smelling, towels in good shape. The drain in the shower in my room needed to be unplugged so after my shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. The desk went the length of the wall which was so convenient.

Convenable. La propreté dans l'ensemble était plutôt satisfaisante. je vous conseille cependant de prendre vos chaussons car la moquette au sol....Bon à revoir. Mais sinon l'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour ce déplacer à pieds ou utiliser les transports en commun, une très bonne position pour cet hôtel.

We spent 1 night. Appreciated: Room design is modern, smart, practical. Good lighting. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good, excellent plat du jour. Front desk personnel were helpful. Water and coffee were readily available. Proximity to the train station—1 minute-can’t be beat. And easy to walk into town (one set of stairs.) We paid extra for better room with Canal view. Very nice: plenty of natural light and fresh air. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Great spacious shower. All in all excellent rapport quality/price. Would go again. Small downside. Room could have been a bit cleaner. A used towel from previous occupants was left behind in the room. Towels seemed a bit worn.

We arrived and no one was available at reception. We had to wait for someone to show up. Staff not fry. Hard to communicate. Staff speaks a few words in English. Bathroom was pretty dirty. Lots of mold in the shower. Restaurant didn’t have a good variety of food. Coffee does not have the best flavor. It was not fresh.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at for Hellfest. Located right next to the train station, it made going back & forth to Clisson easy. We unfortunately don’t speak French and they have several staff members that speak very good English. The rooms are adorable and spacious for Europe, with a waterfall shower and mini fridge. It’s an easy walk to bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops, a 5 min walk to the castle and a 10 min Uber to THE GALERIE DES MACHINES, a must see.

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hôtel Mercure. L’accueil par le réceptionniste a été courtois, même si une seule carte nous a été remise alors que nous étions quatre adultes. Ce n’était pas un problème en soi, mais une proposition de cartes supplémentaires aurait été appréciée. La suite était très belle et conforme à notre réservation, qui précisait bien un hébergement pour quatre adultes : un grand lit pour deux personnes et un canapé-lit pour deux autres adultes. Cependant, la literie laisse à désirer. Le matelas du lit principal était affaissé au centre, ce qui réduisait le confort. Mais le véritable problème concerne le canapé-lit : son matelas était beaucoup trop dur, presque comme du béton, rendant le couchage totalement inadapté pour des adultes. Il pourrait convenir à de jeunes enfants, mais certainement pas à des adultes, même jeunes. En revanche, le petit déjeuner était un vrai point positif : varié, de qualité, et servi dans une salle conviviale et agréable. En résumé, notre séjour a été plutôt satisfaisant, mais la literie, un élément essentiel dans un hôtel, mérite une réelle amélioration, en particulier pour les couchages d’appoint censés accueillir des adultes.

I know and like the Mercure brand. But this is the one Mercure hotel I will not be returning to. Expensive (twice the price of the Mercure I stayed in the previous night. Small room. Didn’t like the glass shower room. Check in terrrible. There was a conference that had taken over reception and I was turned away but found a man with a pc in the bag checking in non-conference guests. Only good point was the magnifying shaving mirror in the bathroom. Will not return but will continue to use other Mercure hotels.

La chambre standard est très petite et il en est de même pour la salle d'eau. D'autre part, j'avais réservé 2 chambres à mon nom, 1 chambre pour 2 nuits et l'autre pour 1 nuit chambre destinée à un collègue. Lors de son arrivée, il a indiqué son nom et procédé et communiqué sa carte bancaire. Lors du paiement à son départ, l'hôtel lui a facturé la totalité du prix des 2 chambres réservées. Après 2 semaines d'échanges de mails, il a obtenu remboursement du trop perçu. Tout cela est indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles!

Great hotel close to so much! Nice quiet location but close to the central town. There was a snaffu at check-in, which is why I took off a star, but she was new staff and it was rectified and cleared up after I spoke to reception. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

They were rude from the beginning. We left the next day with a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. When we returned, it was clear that someone had been in our room—they had moved most of my wife’s belongings and taken a room key. When I called the receptionist, she simply said, “Oh, that’s not supposed to happen,” and then abruptly ended the conversation and hung up.

The staff was very nice and bilingual - I speak a little French and they totally helped me understand what I needed to know for my stay. The tool was compact but had everything we need and a HUGE bathroom with a really fab rain shower. It was very connected to the train station so very convenient to go to Paris , but close to the Nantes city center, we could walk everywhere.

We spent 1 night. Appreciated: Room design is modern, smart, practical. Good lighting. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good, excellent plat du jour. Front desk personnel were helpful. Water and coffee were readily available. Proximity to the train station—1 minute-can’t be beat. And easy to walk into town (one set of stairs.) We paid extra for better room with Canal view. Very nice: plenty of natural light and fresh air. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Great spacious shower. All in all excellent rapport quality/price. Would go again. This hotel was perfectly located for us since it is steps from the train station. Likewise it is very close to downtown restaurants and shopping, the castle, Tour de Lu, etc. The spacious room was very quiet (sonorisé) so no need for ear plugs and had a lot of windows. No hallway noise. Stairs are easy to find (I always use the stairs instead of the elevator except on arrival and departure. The breakfast is very good although I had to always ask for "HOT HOT" water for my morning tea. The restaurant, for lunch or dinner, for example, is quite expensive so I recommend go to local restaurants. Bedding was clean-smelling, towels in good shape. The drain in the shower in my room needed to be unplugged so after my shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. The desk went the length of the wall which was so convenient.

Convenable. La propreté dans l'ensemble était plutôt satisfaisante. je vous conseille cependant de prendre vos chaussons car la moquette au sol....Bon à revoir. Mais sinon l'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour ce déplacer à pieds ou utiliser les transports en commun, une très bonne position pour cet hôtel.

En general bastante mal, tenia la reserva con mucha antelación, solicite que dé las 4 habitaciones 3 fueran individuales y la cuarta con tres camas individuales, también avise de que necesitábamos alimentos para celiacos para una de las personas, y solicite transfer al aeropuerto, por supuesto nunca me contestaron, llegamos al hotel y ninguna de las habitaciones estaba preparada como la solicitamos, para la niña celiaca le ponían tres magdalenas pequeñitas de chocolate, ese era su desayuno por el que pagamos 19 euros, y transfer a pesar de que aparece en la web, me dijeron que cogiera el autobús de línea. En definitiva todo muy mal, pero lo peor es el desayuno, en mi vida he desayunado peor, siempre faltaba de todo, no exagero no había platos ni tazas, el café más malo del mundo en termos, no había de nada, estuve siete noches, no ha habido ni una mañana que no hubiese gente protestando y con razón porque no había nada para desayunar, no exagero es así, ni pan, ni queso, ni fruta ni mermelada, llego un momento en el que sólo pedía que me dieran un café en condiciones e irme, un desastre. Un día pedí que si podían ponerme un filete a la plancha para cenar la niña celiaca, el camarero me dijo muy amable que si, volvió diciendo que no le dejaba la encargada, salió esta y me dijo que me lo cobrarían como un menú completo y le dije que si, que no era por dinero si no para que la niña no tuviera problemas. Made the mistake of not checking price of breakfast, as our arrival flight was delayed and very late in..... Buffet breakfast was lovely, however €17 euro per head (same price for a child).....nearly died of shock!!! Room needs a proper hoovering around perimeter. Nice size and bathroom immaculate. Would stay again.... But not have breakfast!!!

There were open pots of jams and out of one flew a house fly on looking around there was another on the eggs. On complaining to staff I did get new pot of jam but there should be insect killing wall units installed.

Everything was great. Right next door to the train station which also has a shuttle to the airport for €10 each. We arrived on a Friday and the staff informed us that transportation was free on Saturdays and Sundays except the airport shuttle. The only thing I didn’t care for was the price of breakfast. At €20 per person that is VERY expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
