Well located in the centre. Easy walk around for sightseeing and restaurants. The hotel is located in pedestrian area so calling a uber pick up is a bit tricky. Have to carry the luggage walk about 300 metres. Maybe check with the hotel to see if they can book taxi pick up from the front door. Breakfast is good quality. Room is confortable.

Though it was noted, the ability to park a vehicle is a little difficult. The closest garage is about 3 blocks away. Getting within the pedestrian zone requires a code and not all areas have a terminal to enter a code. Keep that in mind.

Moderno hotel, curato nei particolari. CameRa standard di dimensioni molto piccole, arredata con molti mobili ma sopratutto senza frigobar. Posizione fantastica per visitare il centro città, all’inizio della zona pedonale. parcheggio a 200 mt. Si può entrare nella zona pedonale e lasciare i bagagli parcheggio do per soli 15 minuti.

The apartment itself is lovely. However, in the summer there is no AC, which makes it very uncomfortable. The noise from the main square also means that keeping windows open is a challenge. I had 4 young men smoking and chatting loudly outside the bedroom window until around 1:30am!!

No designated guests parking for this hotel. Hotel location is hard to find, and underground parking directed by staff is way too narrow for my rental car (Range Rover SUV). Entering the underground parking facility and parking my vehicle was a nightmare and impossible. We have spent at least 2 hours looking for this hotel due to road blockages and search for a park-able slot in public parking area. We have to drag along our luggage from a public parking to the hotel (10 minutes' walk) and only to be redirected for another 5 minutes' walk dragging our luggage to the rental apartment. Also, parking fee is not included for staying in this hotel. Poor information on guest parking options. The rental apartment big and beautiful, and it is centrally located in the heart of downtown Nantes. Very convenient and walkable.

Séjour agréable - 1 nuit - petit déjeuner au top dans un cadre agréable, chambres sombres mais confortable. Salle pour travailler bruyante l'après midi car beaucoup de personne passent travailler aussi dans l'espace

I really love this hotel. I will be returning in about a week to stay in one of the suites. This hotel is very stylish. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are well equipped. The lobby was a perfect spot to work out of. The location is ideal…in the historic center and an ease walk to dinning and shopping. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed in one of the suites: the Saint-Germain. It was a good size and very comfortable. There was a living room, with a tiny (but functional) kitchen up a few steps, and a WC. The bedroom was off of the living room, with a good sized bathroom off of that. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. And the shower had good water pressure. We found our stay to be very comfortable and we used the kitchen to make breakfast every morning and to even cook the odd dinner. The only downside to the place was that there is no air conditioning. And, while the apartment was very quiet when the windows were closed, it was quite loud when they were open so cooling the apartment that way wasn’t ideal. The provided fan made the space comfortable (the daytime highs were about 25)

L’hôtel est bien placé et très beau, la décoration est soignée et raffinée. La qualité du matelas est top mais l’insonorisation reste à revoir (on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors) ainsi que la porte de la chambre qui fait du bruit à chaque fois qu’une autre porte du palier se ferme… Concernant la propreté c’est vraiment pas ça, une tonne de poussière aussi bien sur les tasses et la machine à café que sur les malles qui servent de table de chevet. Sinon le personnel est très gentil et accueillant et l’établissement est une bonne adresse si on ne s’arrête pas sur les points précédents.

Nous avons passé un très bon week end , très accueillant déco magnifique. Juste petit bémol dans notre salle de bain le plafond avait une moisissure (rien de méchant mais voilà) En tout cas nous y retournerons pour son emplacement juste dommage

A lovely boutique-style hotel, close to the city centre, we loved its quirky interior decor. It made a great welcome to come indoors from the sweltering heat, to find a nicely air-conditioned reception. The air-conditioned room was comfortable with a good 'cabinet-style' shower room. On the down side, the room was overcrowded with furniture: a bedroom chair which didn't need to be there, and a lovely vintage travel chest which served as a bedside table, but wasn't of much practical use. I think travellers prefer to have room to move about and good storage space, which this room lacked. The breakfast offering was very good with a wide choice of continental ingredients and a lovely team on hand to make a fresh omelette and promptly tidy up after guests. My only critisism of the breakfast area was that there were a lot of flies, who seemed to be 'at home'. i found this very off-putting: it spoiled the presentation. No-one wants to see flies around fresh food. I think there is an easy solution to this, a UV insect trap, which I urge the owners to pursue. One of the days, we found the room had not been cleaned as it should: no attempt to flatten the sheets and dirty cups left unwashed. Sadly this was done by a young man, who should be more interested in guest comfort. Disappointing. Also, types of tea not the same each day(?) pourquoi? Surely not difficult to do. Would I stay again? If those few things above were addressed, yes. A great hotel, but needs more attention to detail.

Je ne bénéficiais pas du petit déjeuner dans mon offre. Chambre propre sauf le plaide sur le lit une tâche suspecte et cheveux sur la couette. Manque d'isolation au niveau des fenêtres. Café en chambre, il serait peut être temps de changer de fournisseur même si c'est offert.

Positif : emplacement très bien ! Au cœur des commerces avec très belle vue sur la place royale. Jolies décorations et très bonne literie. Négatif : le mobilier est joli, mais il faudrait remplacer ceux usés ( fauteuil defoncé, canage cassé, taches sur tapis) La propreté serait également à revoir.. chaussettes bonnes à bouillir ! Pour la poussières, le plafonnier de la douche le dessus avait un bon 1/2cm de poussière… Le parquet grinçant n’est pas agréable quand vous souhaitez être discret quand votre conjoint dort. Joints des fenêtres et vitres extrêmement sales !! Le four micro-ondes très sale également. Le bruit de 4h a 6h des agents municipaux qui nettoient la place… Conclusion : Appartement agréablement situé. Le prix ne justifie malheureusement pas les prestations. Joli sur photo mais sur place très dessus… Personnel souriant et serviable

Room is small but comfortable. No refrigerator in the room. Bathroom is small but functional. The hanging lamp in the room is in a position that one will hit it when getting up from the armchair, everytime. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great.

We stayed in one of the apartments facing the Royal Plaza in Nantes. The apartment was charming and well-designed, with a cozy bedroom that included a toilet and shower, plus a separate toilet off the living area. Getting to the property was a bit tricky, as there’s no car access—you’ll need to drag your luggage across the plaza, which was a bit of a challenge. That said, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Nantes, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, a laundromat, Monoprix, and more.

Hotel gelegen net op de grens van de voetgangerszone. Kleine kamers maar zeer cosy en mooi gedecoreerd. Verzorgd Ontbijt is gepresenteerd in een keukentje wat het geheel af maakt. Medewerkers zijn een voor vriendelijk.

Good hotel, we'll located. However, a defect, typical in France, is a poorly designed bathroom, affords little privacy. The top half of the door is translucent..if one uses the bathroom at night, one illuminates the entire room.

Teeny tiny room full of cushions and decorations. A bit claustrophobic and pricy given the size, but comfy and the staff was so welcoming snd kind.

A very well located and comfortable property on the edge of Nantes’ pedestrian zone. We found the property to be very welcoming and the staff very friendly and helpful. The area is convenient to dining, shopping and also a few gyms with day passes, as we found useful. The breakfast buffet was very good.

La chambre était très bien. C’était notre deuxième fois dans un hôtel Maisons du Monde et deux fois la chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure.

Hôtel confortable, bien situé et de bonne tenue. Notre chambre était très calme. la literie était de qualité. MAIS, le personnel est très jeune et peu avenant. l'accueil est neutre: sans saveur ce qui est dommage pour un 4 étoiles. le petit déjeuner est classique mais l'espace de restauration est de taille réduite avec des petites tables.

Reservé en Hotels y envié un mensaje al hotel pidiendo un espacio para guardar mis bicicletas, porque estoy haciendo una ruta. No contestaron, así que les llamé y me dijeron que no había problema. Al hacer el check-in me dicen que no admiten bicis y que la deje en la calle. Tras insistir me dicen que hay un parking cerca, pero estaba completo. En ningún momento intentaron soluciinar el problema, sólo pusieron excusas y recurrieron el bulto. Al final, tras amenazarles con una queja me devolvieron el dinero y me despidieron con un irónico: pase un buen día. El personal de un hotel está para ayudar y no para molestar al cliente; ninguno de los que me atendió era un verdadero profesional, venden un hotel cool y de diseño, pero no saben atender al cliente, que es lo importante. Me fui a otro hotel, me salió más caro y arruinaron mi tarde de turismo en Nantes. Recomiendo a los clientes de Hotels que no reserven este hotel, hay otros muchos donde te tratan como a un persona.

El check in fue desastroso. Primero nos recibió un joven y quedó de enviar un mensaje en cuanto tuvieran lista la habitación, nunca sucedió. Llegamos a las 15:00 y ya estaba lista la habitación pero nos atendió otra persona que repitió el proceso de check in. El aire acondicionado muy mal. La habitación demasiado pequeña. Me cambiaron el vuelo y les dije en la recepción que si había la posibilidad de cambiar el desayuno por otro servicio de alimentos ya que no íbamos a desayunar porque la línea aérea adelantó 3 horas el vuelo e íbamos a dejar la habitación a las 4:30 am. Lo correcto era hacerme la devolución del desayuno, pero no hubo respuesta. Se quedaron con mi desayuno pagado. Cero empatía. Muy caro el hospedaje para lo que ofrecen. Para rematar, cuando entregué la llave a las 4:30 otro empleado muy majadero me preguntó que si no debía algo, por ejemplo los impuestos municipales, cuando que el día anterior fue lo primero que me cobraron, además de dejar un depósito de garantía por 50 euros, que por cierto, no he checado si no hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta. Definitivamente no regresaría a ese hotel, caro para lo ofrecido. Y muy mal trato por parte de los recepcionistas.

Hôtel très sympathique avec un excellent accueil, très bien situé dans le centre de Nantes. Un seul bémol lié à sa situation dans un quartier très vivant, est qu’il y a un peu bruit jusque tard le soir

Great customer services and bang right in the centre, you can get anywhere you need to literally on foot. Public transport very easily accessible too

The staff are always welcoming. The hotel is charming and fabulously located. Our room was small. We probably should have reserved a larger room. That said, we had everything we needed. If you are driving and parking at one of the parking lots the hotel suggests, do your research or ask the hotel exactly where to enter the parking. It’s not as easy as you might think ! Nantes is truly amazing. You just need to find your parking spot 🙂.

Très bien placé dans l’hypercentre, confortable, doté d’une très bonne literie, l’hôtel dispose de surcroît d’un personnel très sympa. Et le petit déjeuner (avec œufs au bacon préparés devant vous, à la demande) est excellent.

Un bon séjour dans son ensemble, le personnel est très aimable. Un peu déçus pour le rapport qualité-prix du petit-déjeuner : 20€ par personne pour un petit buffet classique c’est un peu excessif.

Comfortable and clean with friendly and accommodating staff. There were a good amount of options included with the breakfast buffet. The shower is on the small side with a large rainfall shower head. Th shower head and water pressure is great, but it's not the easiest to turn the water on without getting totally wet before the water reaches a comfortable temperature.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Charming, helpful receptionist on arrival, great room, décor, bed, large tv, copious breakfast, great location close to restaurants, wine bars. Delightful.

Excellent séjour. Chambre très agréable, confortable, décoration sympa et surtout très propre ! Bonne isolation sur rue, je n'ai que peu entendu les bars. Literie au top, linge de salle de bains en quantité et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, mention spéciale au personnel qui était très sympa. L'idée d'avoir une personne pour vous préparer les oeufs que vous voulez est top, un sacré service en plus ! J'aurais plaisir à revenir dans cet hôtel :)

Je viens depuis plusieurs années et jamais déçu, bravo à toute l’équipe ! Accueil, disponibilité et des chambres superbes. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, je le conseille fortement, produits frais, œufs à la demande et croissants, pain au chocolat et pains d’une vrai boulangerie ce qui est extrêmement rare dans les hôtels de nos jours. Ne changez rien
