The rooms were OK, the distance to Place Stanislas perfect. Principally it would have been a nice stay...the room my daughters were in, was fine. There was a hotel parking, also good. BUT: Every night in my room (215) there was a very loud and strange noise for several seconds every approximately 8 minutes, usually starting at around 4 o'clock in the morning. This rhytm then went on for hours. Strangely this noise wasn't present during the rest of the day or the evening. However, this meant a maximum of 4-5 hours sleep. I informed the front desk after the first night and got told someone would look after this, I asked if I could change room, but was told the hotel was full. So when I returned in the evening things appeared OK...UNTIL 4:15. when the noise started again. The night was over. I was so angry and went to the frontdesk again...but was told there was no help in sight as it was the weekend...I was offered a refund of 41 Euro for the inconvenience....The lady told me this was the absolute max she could do...Well, we had to leave, so I took the 41 Euro. After returning home I wrote again to the hotel...no reaction...So, the hotel would have been OK, but the handling of the situation wasn't acceptable at all. 3 Stars because there were no problems with the other room

Lovely clean hotel right in the centre of Nancy. Great on-site secure parking. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was so clean and the staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.

Good location for place stanislas. Limited parking for about 20 euro per night. Room had aircon. Underground parking is behind the reception entrance. As you look at the hotel turn left then right and entrance is on the right

Nice hotel / nice rooms / good staff and the rooms were very nice and clean. Hotel is very close to the centre and within 5 minutes walking distance. Woudl recommend staying here as good value for money and very close to the centre of the city. My only comment is that the impression from the first picture on their site is off the central swaure and coud make you think the hotel is actually in the square but the building itself is a little way off in a back street. Not a complaint just an observation.
