Felicidades, muy buena ubicación. Existe una parada dem tren urbano cerca , muy atentos en el trato. Cuesta con estacionamiento, cuesta 16 euros el día. Muy recomendable

Die Nähe zum Stadtkern war super. In ser Umgebung gab es ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum und die Tiefgarage war super auch wenn man diese nur mit maximal Mittelklassewagen befahren kann. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht wie gewohnt von 3 Sterne Hotels (Balkon sehr dreckig und im Badezimmer Reste von Vorgängern). Das Bett war leider sehr hart aber für den Preis konnte man es aushalten.

We only stayed here for one night in a suite, but the room was very nice and included a kitchenette complete with washing machine. I would stay here again and hopefully see more of the city and surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and spoke sone English.

Réceptionniste pas super accueillant Super difficile de trouver l’hôtel quand on ne connaît pas Lyon et l’entrée du parking introuvable super énervant. Un froid trouvé il est super étroit faut pas une grande voiture. Douche épouvantable pleine de calcaire l’eau sortait à peine. Au petit déjeuner on se sent surveillé. Je trouve ça cher 192€ pour une nuit pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec dej et parking

L'hôtel est actuellement en cours de rénovation. La chambre a été récemment rénovée. Le miroir de la salle de bain est positionné à une hauteur excessive et les joints de la douche présentent des traces de moisissure. Le tapis antidérapant pour la douche est une excellente initiative. L'installation d'un abattant de toilettes à fermeture amortie serait appréciée. Nous attendons avec impatience la rénovation de l'espace petit-déjeuner. Le buffet n'offre pas la même diversité que celui d'autres établissements. Je n'ai pas d'avis concernant le parking car l'hôtel n'aurais pas reçu mon message. Cela a engendré des frais supplémentaires.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating. The minor issue was that the range hood needs a clean as there was the distinct smell in the kitchen that I had to keep the door closed all the time.

Ma chambre était littéralement à côté des ascenseurs. J’entendais tout le système qui faisait fonctionner les ascenseurs (peu importe si c’était pour mon étage ou non). Ils ne pouvaient pas vraiment me changer de chambre non plus, car toutes les chambres du même type que la mienne étaient situées au même endroit à chaque étage. J’ai donc très mal dormi pendant tout mon séjour. Quand j’ai réservé ma chambre, il y avait une photo avec une laveuse à linge dans la chambre, mais il n’y en avait pas dans la chambre. Au check-out, l’employée voulait me faire repayer les frais de séjour ainsi qu’un petit-déjeuner de trop. Elle ne voyait pas dans leur système que j’avais déjà payé les frais de séjour (une chance que j’avais garder mon ticket qu’elle a photographié) et que j’avais un petit-déjeuner de gratuit. Les installations sont bien, malgré que 3 calorifères sur 4 ne fonctionnaient pas. Donc, il faisait assez froid dans la chambre en janvier. La position géographique est très pratique, à environ 1 km de la gare Lyon Part Dieu.

Appart hôtel avec un emplacement idéal. Bien équipé au niveau cuisine ( frigo smeg- vitrocéramique Electrolux...). Personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Gros point noir: pour un appart hôtel classé 3 étoiles il manque la climatisation ( en pleine canicule en été c'est une vraie catastrophe) et la salle de bain pourrait être mieux équipée et un peu plus moderne.

Staff we friendly and professional and the property is in a decent location. However its very noisy. The apartment we had needed maintenance desperately. Bedroom window didnt seal properly and only 1 out of 4 heaters worked .there also seems to be no ac and would be unbearable on a hot summers day. The bed was also unbelievably hard and very uncomfortable

Our studio apartment had everything we needed and looked out over a playground area. The local streets were easy to navigate and had lots of bar and restaurant options. Having umbrellas at the front door is a good idea..would stay again.

・パールデュー駅から徒歩10分くらい・通りの向かい側にスーパーがあり買い物に便利・チェックイン時刻前に着いたが、部屋に入れてくれた・泊まったスタジオルームは25Mということだが少し狭い印象・レセプションはフレンドリーで対応が良かった・3泊のうち2泊目でバスルームの照明が切れたが週末で修理ができず、お詫びにと朝食をつけてくれた全体的には好印象で、またリヨンに来るときは宿泊先候補として検討します。

Room was spacious and clean. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating. The minor issue was that the range hood needs a clean as there was the distinct smell in the kitchen that I had to keep the door closed all the time.

Room was as expected with a comfortable sofa the was a less comfortable bed, but sufficient for the teens. Lovely large bed upstairs. Only downside was no bathroom upstairs, so you needed to climb a flight of stairs to go to the loo and brush teeth before bed. The velux window with blackout blind was great and we really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cleaning materials such as dishwasher tablets and cloths. During our 7 night stay we only got one change of bedding/towels and could have used one more toilet roll. Property were great at responding to emails prior to our stay, although a request made for extra pillows clearly wasn't passed on to housekeeping so we only had 1 pillow each, which wasn't great for my partner who was recovering from injuries.

ポールボギューズ市場のすごく近くで駅前のショッピングセンター(大きなカルフールが入っています)にも徒歩で買い物に行けます。パールデュー駅からはT1トラムで2駅。徒歩でも10分以内です。このT1トラムで中心部や旧市街にも行けます。お部屋はバスタブ、冷蔵庫、キッチンとキッチン用品が全て揃っていて快適…ですが、最終日にシャワーが水しか出ず…もう夜も遅く翌日チェックアウトだったので復旧依頼もしなかったのですが、それだけが残念でした。

C'est la deuxième fois que je choisis cet hôtel pour être au centre de Lyon sans aucun regret. L'hôtel jouit en effet d'un emplacement idéal, ma chambre était propre, l'équipement du coin cuisine est complet et haut de gamme Mais ce qui me marque durant chaque séjour dans cet établissement est la gentillesse et le professionnalisme extraordinaires de tout le personnel sans exception : c'est l'atout majeur de l'hôtel.

・パールデュー駅から徒歩10分くらい・通りの向かい側にスーパーがあり買い物に便利・チェックイン時刻前に着いたが、部屋に入れてくれた・泊まったスタジオルームは25Mということだが少し狭い印象・レセプションはフレンドリーで対応が良かった・3泊のうち2泊目でバスルームの照明が切れたが週末で修理ができず、お詫びにと朝食をつけてくれた全体的には好印象で、またリヨンに来るときは宿泊先候補として検討します。

L'hôtel est actuellement en cours de rénovation. La chambre a été récemment rénovée. Le miroir de la salle de bain est positionné à une hauteur excessive et les joints de la douche présentent des traces de moisissure. Le tapis antidérapant pour la douche est une excellente initiative. L'installation d'un abattant de toilettes à fermeture amortie serait appréciée. Nous attendons avec impatience la rénovation de l'espace petit-déjeuner. Le buffet n'offre pas la même diversité que celui d'autres établissements. Je n'ai pas d'avis concernant le parking car l'hôtel n'aurais pas reçu mon message. Cela a engendré des frais supplémentaires.

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly hence the check-in a'd check-out was very smooth. Breakfast was simple home style which is in line with the category of this hotel. Location is perfect. About 10 min to Lyon main train station (Lyon Part Dieu) and about 15lin to river Rhone from there a further 10in to old town.

The location was perfect and convenient to all the attractions. But the room was old, hot, and very run down. It only had AC upon request—which luckily we didn’t use. The shower was nearly impossible to use as it had only a half shower door which terribly on the bathroom floor. The last and probably the worst insult was the breakfast, which was 33 euros for 1 small Americano coffee and 2 mini croissants?! This was an outrageous price for such a basic breakfast! Unfortunately I would not recommend. Thank you

Réceptionniste pas super accueillant Super difficile de trouver l’hôtel quand on ne connaît pas Lyon et l’entrée du parking introuvable super énervant. Un froid trouvé il est super étroit faut pas une grande voiture. Douche épouvantable pleine de calcaire l’eau sortait à peine. Au petit déjeuner on se sent surveillé. Je trouve ça cher 192€ pour une nuit pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec dej et parking

Mix emotions, good location in front of a school but need restaurants and easy access to attractions. Kitchen well equipped, even a dishwasher. Good air conditioner. Not so comfortable beds only one thing pillow provided and no extra on request. Our experience with the staff, pleasent but dismissive at times. As a non smoking hotel the constant smoking smell in the corridor was disappointing and annoying. Overall it was an ok time but disappointing overall.

This is a good choice if you want to stay in the Part Dieu area. Positives: It’s efficient and clean It’s near to the river - so not far from the main shopping streets, and Vieux Lyon, but also close to the mall in the other direction. And it allows dogs. Free coffee through the day and even if you don’t take breakfast. The apartment for 4 was a good size. Not so positives: Just be aware that it’s £10 per night per dog to stay and during the three days we stayed, the room wasn’t cleaned or refreshed. Maybe it was because we came back too early (by 2pm due to the heat). If you have a roof box in your car you won’t get in the carpark (16 euros per night). We had to take ours off and then it was ok, but quite a squeeze widthwise. Also a good tip is that if you are there on a Sunday it is much cheaper to park on the street near the hotel than in their parking, but not on the other days. So overall, we do think it is a really good central place to stay, but ideally not with dogs or a car, as our bill climbed by 119 Euros for three nights taking it to about 500 Euros in total. Otherwise, definitely worth staying. Also when we opened the toilet on arrival after a long journey, there was a toilet brush sticking up which could have been nasty!
