Centric hotel. Very Good, exclusive parking!

Property in the centre of Lourdes. Parking is at the rear of the property which means driving through the centre to eventually arrive at the gated rear entrance. It took another guest speaking French for the gates to be opened. Fantastic massage. Recommend SPA out of action so not able to use. Room large and clean. Had breakfast, but for €20 per person and a lot of food had ran out, we didn’t think it was good value. Good if you are visiting the Grotto and Notra-Dame basilica.

Location: Can't be beat. Facility: 3.5 stars. Polite service. Entrance to parking is very complicated and not explained on booking. You need to come to some magic back-gate, push some button, talk to someone to open the door. Like a spy novel. Call to practice before hand. Rooms: 2-bed rooms are in the attic, no balcony or view. Must be part of the merged hotels. Others are small. Food: Never needed to try, there are options around. But the restaurant/bar seemed to be usually empty - I wonder why. Overall: Hotel is a good choice overall. In the religious campus it is all well organized to handle large amount of people coming in. Well done. The town is over-commercialized, be prepared for it.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter les lieux Saints, mais dont l’accès n’est pas évident. Heureusement il est doté d’un vaste parking. Personnel très aimable et efficace. La chambre, donnant sur le Parc, était calme, par contre la décoration et l’équipement dataient un peu … on se serait cru revenir pas mal d’années en arrière ! Sinon celle-ci était suffisamment confortable, et rien ne manquait. Donc un établissement qui vaut surtout par sa situation …

Elevator was breaking down. Restuarant Dining service was slow and pushed food to the table too fast Spa was a disaster and the sauna steam set off smoke detectors

Anthony's customer service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Only comment--since the hotel just opened the day before our arrival, they could have been more prepared for the arrival of guests. I wasn't able to use the spa due to the jacuzzi needing service. Also, the coffee machine didn't work and toaster oven had some issues. All these could have been checked before opening up the hotel. However, even with these minor incidents, overall stay was great!

L’hôtel convient pour un séjour à Lourdes mais les prestations ne sont pas extraordinaire. L’isolation des chambres n’est pas top, pour un quatre étoiles, j’ai vu mieux. Cependant le petit déjeuné matinal est très bien. J’ai eu l’occasion d’utiliser le Spa, mon avis est très mitigé car à l’époque le jacuzzi ne fonctionnais pas, nous n’avions pu utiliser que le hammam et sauna.

Amenities: The pool was down for maintenance, but the manager Hinde made up for it with free breakfast. Service: Exceptional, especially Hinde's compassionate handling of the pool issue. Breakfast: Delicious and varied, a great start to our days. Overall: Despite the pool setback, our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend for its comfort, location, and service. We'll definitely return!

L'hôtel est bien situé. L'espace d'accueil, les parties communes et le bar sont conformes aux attentes et à la description. En revanche, la douche froide aux niveau de la suite familiale qui relève d'un 3 étoiles au plus: Positif: literie confortable. Négatif: murs sales, canapé convertible hors d'âge/déchiré car trop usé, table basse tellement vieille qu'elle remuait dans tous les sens, tâches sur la moquette, housse de couette trouée, papier toilette d'un autre âge, pas de plateau de courtoisie dans la salle de bain (1 tube de soin corps, pas de coton, de coton tige, ni de kleenex, tout ce qu'on trouve dans une chambre 4 étoiles normalement), serviette trouée également, 1 tabouret en plastique blanc type meuble de jardin! Quel dommage vue le cadre, la façade et le hall d'accueil de l'établissement. Je voyage beaucoup et cet hôtel ne mérite malheureusement pas ses 4 étoiles en tout cas au niveau de la chambre que nous avons eu.

Staff were great except the cleaning of the room leaves much to be desired. Tissue papers weren’t refilled. Didn’t care to pick up some garbage. Bedsings weren’t changed at all. But happy we got the sauna free for 45 minutes. Location is great but the hotel itself had seen better days.

The hotel was clean, but somewhat dated. Staff was very nice and helpful. It has a great location for the sanctuary of Lourdes. Breakfast was great! Water pressure was low and AC if available, was not turned on. It was hot in the room and we had to open the window. All in all, a good choice. Would recommend it.

Room is not what expected. Breakfast is expensive for 22 euro with the same menu everyday no varieties at all. The only thing about the hotel is close to the sanctuary which is very convenient other than that nothing is great. But housekeeping did a good job though.

Per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più. Dal punto di vista pulizia, davvero scadente, in camera sin da subito c era un odore cattivissimo. Colazione mediocre, qualità molto bassa

Very nice, clean room

Air conditioning was not working . We need to call and ask very often to on the air Conditioning . 1st They came top floor and no air conditioning and so hot. Then we asked the to change room with air conditioning area , they gave , but we called and requested to on air conditioning

Good location and very nice helpful staff. The only issue found was that the AC would often turn off by itself during the night and would not restart until the morning making the room too warm while you sleep.

Breakfast was excellent, location perfect for Lourdes Sanctuary Overall excellent service, really friendly staff would definitely stay again. One slight negative, superior rooms overlook the street so are noisy, deluxe rooms apparantly overlook park at the rear.

We booked 2 rooms, there were small, it is a little old and run down. It needs fresh paint and a little TLC. The bathroom for disabled people was a good size however the shower was small. It was warm inside the room with no way to control the thermostat, however we just opened the windows and enjoyed fresh air. Le location is great, close from the entrance of the basilica and all restaurants and shopping. The staff was very nice.

Für ein ****Hotel ist das Superieur-Zimmer minimalistisch eingerichtet. Ein Stuhl zum sich hinsetzen. Kühlschrank funktioniert mangelhaft. In der Toilette riecht es nach Abwasser. Spiegel nur im Badezimmer. Einfach nicht besonders gemütlich. Klimaanlage effektiv und leise.

Tired hotel where decor and furnishings are in need of renewal, whilst the WiFi was the worst I can remember in any hotel and although they had electric car charging, their tariff was so ridiculous it didn't make it worthwhile. They also didn't recognise our VIP booking or offer us the promised added benefits with the wellness centre.

Das Internet war eine Katastrofe

It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. However there was an incident at the restaurant with our server who was very rude and feel require more training. This incident was investigated by the Manager Piere. He was very good and listened to our complaint and apologised. I will go again to this hotel as it is a lovely and comfortable place to visit Lourdes.

Great staff. Great food in Restuarant, highly recommend but book in advance. Big groups seem to take over. We were fortunate to be given a table.

The hotel and room are very nice. Breakfast is very good, much better than most hotels in France. Checkin was pleasant. Check out was not. We had our credit card on file at checkin to pay for city tax and breakfast, the breakfast room had our reservation. When we checked out we dropped our keys/room # at the reception desk and left. A minute later the man (Sept 8) chased us down and accused us of not paying our bill. He continued to do so at the desk making a scene. I reiterated we had given our credit card on file upon checkin to pay for breakfast and city tax. If all he wanted was a signature he could have politely said so. I hope the management reads this, the man with a beard Sept 8 morning needs some serious counseling.

Staff was nice and professional

First check in was given a room below my expectation could not have a room change right away with a reason hotel fully booked. Purchased breakfast but every morning had an issue and informed that my room not include the breakfast and kept telling that i did purchase. Communication break down internally but put the guest on the spot. Only Abby and a guy with a pony tail the reception who have customer orientated. Even the manager Pryanka did not show the empathy. Chosed this hotel is only for its location which is the closet to the Sanctuary. But bravo to housekeeping team who did a good job.

Henry from the front desk gave us an exceptional service. He patiently made sure that we got the room that suited us during or stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are courteous. The distance was a perfect walk to the sanctuary. I will recommend this hotel and will use it again.

Very bad because no special reservation at restraunt for guests, had to wake up reception to check out (unprofessional), and tried to come into our room to check about a noise! At 12 AM!

Great location! Just walking distance to the Pilgrimage site. Lots of dining and shopping options around the place!

This is always my choice of hotel in Lourdes. It's close to the grotto; shops and restaurants.

Quiet hotel with room amenities. The location was close to the basilica, shopping and restaurants.

Great towels and nice room, even though the hotel was very well used and a little tired. parking was fine, also very near the Lourdes site. Area around hotel busy and a bit run down, but area is so busy it was not an issue. Overall a perfect location and overnight stay.

Went to Lourdes on Pilgrimage, as it was on my bucket list. Was truly all I had hoped and so. Cut more, filled with so many blessings, and the presence of our Virgen Mother. Hotel was in perfect location, right near the Grotto, Notre Dame Cathedral. Near good cafe and shops too. Definitely recommend and will be back!

De nombreux dysfonctionnements indignes d’un hôtel de ce standing et de ce type de tarif. L’établissement est très beau, mais l’entretien laisse sérieusement à désirer. Le mur longeant la fenetre du bar est jonché de fourmis. Les chambres sont très petites (à la limite, cela est acceptable étant donné l’âge de l’établissement). Le spa est très mal organisé, la moitié des équipements de l’espace bien-être ne fonctionnent pas (et zéro ristourne malgré tout). Les massages sont effectués dans des chambres réaménagées (…). Néanmoins, les masseuses Véronique et Virginie sont excellentes, et le temps passé avec elles fût infiniment relaxant. Passez le petit déjeuner si vous le pouvez, il ne vaut pas du tout les 22€. BEAUCOUP de monde, peu de choix, qualité très médiocre des aliments, et les cuisines font n’importe quoi (une omelette au jambon servie à un végétarien…). Le bar était vide de quelconque employé un samedi 16 aout à 21h30 (??). Nous avons attendu 20 minutes seuls au bar avant d’avoir un menu. Le spa n’est plus affilié à Nuxe, mais bien évidement, le séjour est vendu comme tel. Les employés semblent être saisonniers en grande partie. Certains ne sont pas fiables du tout (on nous refuse le room service à 19h alors qu’il est ouvert de 18h à 21h, apparement « il n’y a pas de room service »). Thermostat du climatiseur NON réglable en dessous d’une certaine température, malgré la mention d’un thermostat réglable à guise.. Je n’ai pas assez de caractères restants pour terminer..

Nice place and very convenient to Lourdes. About 3 minutes walk . The restaurant dinner was great and Pierre and Ding were very welcoming .

Wir hatten einen Tisch im Restaurant Gastronomique reserviert aber wir bekamen einen Tisch inmitten von Gruppen und es war so laut und ungemütlich, mehrere Speisen auf der Karte gab es nicht mehr, die 3 ersten Rotweine die ich bestellen wollte gab es auch nicht mehr. Das war nicht eine Gastronomische Küche sondern eine Kaotische. Dann lieber zu den Gästen sagen es währe kein Platz mehr und die eintags Gruppen im schnellverfahren abfertigen.

ok, das Zimmer war gut. Hat alles funktioniert. Ein Minuspunkt sind die Betten. Matratze war gut aber sehr tief am Boden. Zudem brannte die ganze Nacht ein Dämmerlicht welches man nicht ganz ausschalten konnte. Personal war sehr nett. Allerdings das Frühstück war ein Horror und nicht eines Grandhotels würdig. Eine totale Massenabfertigung, voller grosser Reisegruppen und langen Schlangen am Buffet. Angebot war ok aber normalerweise hat ein Grandhotel einen gediegenen Esssaal. Hier war es eine riesige Kantine, scheusslich. Wir haben mit Frühstück gehabt, leider (22Euro pro Person, eine Abzocke) Das warme Essen nur Reis mit etwas undefinierbarer Sauce mit Pilzen drin war sehr kalt und wir liessen den Teller leider stehen, ungeniessbar. Danach haben wir ausserhalb in einem gemütlichen Kaffee etwas gegessen. Schade, das Hotel an sich wäre sehr schön. Zum Glück wegen des Frühstückes waren wir nur eine Nacht dort.
