Stop over for a night while driving south. Pleasant hotel, lovely service. Happy to store our two electric bikes securely in a conference room overnight. EV chargers worked perfectly overnight. Nice late afternoon swim in the pool.

The room was nice and clean and spacious for my husband, my 10 yr old son and I. No noise, blackout curtains, it has a gym, a business center, kids area, babyfut. Ths breakfast was amazing. We stayed for one night only and would definitely come back.

We booked due to previously good experiences with the Novotel brand. The hotel is excellent, there is a good pool, parking and loads of charging points for electric vehicles. The rooms are good. Our only problem was the service from the restaurant staff which slightly spoilt our stay. Having booked for 2 adults and 2 children on a half board basis in the restaurant we found out this didn't include the children at this point. Not a huge problem on its own but a surprise. There was a buffet starter option and 3 main courses on offer which were great, however my daughter aged 13 was disappointed she had to have this and wasn't allowed to order from the children menu which my 11 year old son was pleased to order from. She is 13 so arguably this is understandable but it was disappointing for her to have to wait (with the adults) over an hour for her main course to arrive whilst the children course arrived for the 11 year old almost immediately. In isolation none of these things would have been a big factor if it not for the fact we were ignored by the significant number of staff in the restaurant for long periods of time who seemed to find other things to occupy themselves with. Another couple we spoke to who joined later were having smiler issues with the service. There seemed no-one appropriate to speak to in the evening so we spoke to the reception staff on check out, the lady merely smiled at us and again offered no apology.

Très bon hotel, plein de jeux à disposition. Piscine, Jeux de Boules , Tennis de table Etc .. Restaurant également très bon.. Parfait pour un week-end. De plus le personnel est charmant et accueillant. On pense déjà y revenir

De ligging van het hotel en de aanrijroute zijn de grootste nadelen. Een industrieterrein met enkele hotels bij elkaar, waarvan dit Novotel vast en zeker het beste is. De kamer is net iets te klein voor onze situatie (uitgeklapt bed voor onze twee kinderen), je kan er met moeite in- en uitklimmen. Maar de kamer is netjes, schoon en alles deed het. Slimme kasten zorgen voor nuttige opruimmogelijkheden, er waren genoeg stopcontacten beschikbaar en goed verduisterende gordijnen en fijne bedden. Apart toilet is ook fijn. Ook het parkeerterrein is netjes. Het hotelrestaurant bood een redelijk compleet ontbijt met lekker brood en voldoende keuzemogelijkheden. Bij lekker weer kan je ook op het aangrenzende terras ontbijten.

Decent one night stay on our way to Barcelona. It is a lot nicer on the inside than what the outside and location looks like. Right off the motorway and within a light industrial area, which is fine. We didn’t use the pool, breakfast was great and rooms standard Novotel, which is good. People helpful and polite.

Stopped over on the way through France about 5.5 hours from the tunnel. Great to have a dip in the pool after a long drive dinner was amazing and 2 mins from the motorway ideal.

Hôtel Novotel sans charme. Bonne localisation et grande chambre. Attention cependant l’hôtel est climatisé ( enfin c’est annoncé comme tel), mais la climatisation est inefficace d’autant qu’elle est bloquée à 22 degrés. Ce qui n’a pas de sens en été. Et impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, sauf à avoir prévu les boules quies! Le personnel n’est pas chaleureux, la propreté n’est pas irréprochable (fenêtre pleine de traces) bref le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon.

Une chambre sale : toilettes non nettoyées, taches sur les murs, la moquette, poils de chien sur le lit, mobilier peu entretenu. Un hôtel de passage avec du personnel rapidement débordé. Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, très déçue de ce Novotel qui ne propose pas la qualité du service attendu… je ne recommande pas.

Het is een zakelijke setting, op zich niet erg, maar het is een verouderd hotel waar ze wat verf overheen gegoten hebben om het op te knappen. Sanitair van de badkamer is wel nieuw maar de wc heeft dan weer geen borstel. Geen slecht hotel voor een enkele overnachting maar langer zou ik sowoeso niet doen in zo eens soort hotel. Balie personeel sprak goes engels, in de eetzaal dan weer niet.

L’hôtel est vieillissant et les chambres sont petites avec un équipement de confort à améliorer. Chambre de trois , le canapé lit n’était pas déplié. Une seule bouteille d’eau de 25cl offerte dans le frigo HS pour trois personne en pleine chaleur c’est pas top. Un autre point à améliorer, la gestion des touristes à la pisicne. L’hôtel a manifestement été refait et modernisé. L’ensemble est joli et reposant, y compris la chambre. Prometteur. Malheureusement, tout s’arrête vite là. Comme au Sofitel où nous avions séjourné 2 jours à Paris la semaine précédente, le matelas est recouvert d’une alèse plastifiée ou caoutchoutée qui vous fait transpirer la nuit, rendant le sommeil difficile et la nuit finalement très courte et inconfortable. Si c’est la nouvelle politique du groupe Accor, je pense qu’il va y avoir un problème avec les clients habitués aux hôtels de qualité. Par ailleurs, il aurait été agréable d’avoir du savon dans le flacon-pompe de la douche. Difficile à ce moment-là d’appeler la réception. Pas même un savon de dépannage, ni aucun accessoire de salle de bains généralement proposés dans un hôtel de bon standing. Quant au dîner, chirashi de saumon avocat (insipide), filet de bar, tomates en boites et 2 ou 3 tomates cerise (sans légumes), bavette (trop cuite malgré ma demande) avec 3 petites rondelles d’échalote, le tout baignant dans un liquide gras et frites et pour finir, un nougat glacé (bien meilleur chez Picard) et une crème chocolat sans aucun attrait ni caractère. Le tout accompagné de 2 verres de vin très moyen. 86€ mal dépenses. Franchement on ne peut pas prétendre avoir pris du plaisir à dîner chez Novotel ce soir-là. Le personnel semble nonchalant et manifestement pas des professionnels, peu soucieux du bien-être du client. Quel dommage.

Accueil pas des plus avenant. Pas de sourire, pas d’informations sur les horaires du petit déjeuner. Résultat on nous fait payer d’avance ce service et le lendemain quand nous arrivons pour prendre notre petit déjeuner l’horaire est dépassé ! Heureusement que le personnel présent était sympa et disponible sans quoi nous serions reparti le ventre vide ! Ils ont même souhaité faire un geste commercial mais impossible puisqu’a leur grande surprise nous avions été encaissé la veille à notre arrivée. Bilan mitigé qui contraste avec notre précédent séjour une semaine auparavant.

We booked due to previously good experiences with the Novotel brand. The hotel is excellent, there is a good pool, parking and loads of charging points for electric vehicles. The rooms are good. Our only problem was the service from the restaurant staff which slightly spoilt our stay. Having booked for 2 adults and 2 children on a half board basis in the restaurant we found out this didn't include the children at this point. Not a huge problem on its own but a surprise. There was a buffet starter option and 3 main courses on offer which were great, however my daughter aged 13 was disappointed she had to have this and wasn't allowed to order from the children menu which my 11 year old son was pleased to order from. She is 13 so arguably this is understandable but it was disappointing for her to have to wait (with the adults) over an hour for her main course to arrive whilst the children course arrived for the 11 year old almost immediately. In isolation none of these things would have been a big factor if it not for the fact we were ignored by the significant number of staff in the restaurant for long periods of time who seemed to find other things to occupy themselves with. Another couple we spoke to who joined later were having smiler issues with the service. There seemed no-one appropriate to speak to in the evening so we spoke to the reception staff on check out, the lady merely smiled at us and again offered no apology.

De ligging van het hotel en de aanrijroute zijn de grootste nadelen. Een industrieterrein met enkele hotels bij elkaar, waarvan dit Novotel vast en zeker het beste is. De kamer is net iets te klein voor onze situatie (uitgeklapt bed voor onze twee kinderen), je kan er met moeite in- en uitklimmen. Maar de kamer is netjes, schoon en alles deed het. Decent one night stay on our way to Barcelona. It is a lot nicer on the inside than what the outside and location looks like. Right off the motorway and within a light industrial area, which is fine. We didn’t use the pool, breakfast was great and rooms standard Novotel, which is good. People helpful and polite.

Quant au dîner, chirashi de saumon avocat (insipide), filet de bar, tomates en boites et 2 ou 3 tomates cerise (sans légumes), bavette (trop cuite malgré ma demande) avec 3 petites rondelles d’échalote, le tout baignant dans un liquide gras et frites et pour finir, un nougat glacé (bien meilleur chez Picard) et une crème chocolat sans aucun attrait ni caractère. Le tout accompagné de 2 verres de vin très moyen. 86€ mal dépenses. Franchement on ne peut pas prétendre avoir pris du plaisir à dîner chez Novotel ce soir-là. Le personnel semble nonchalant et manifestement pas des professionnels, peu soucieux du bien-être du client. Quel dommage.
