The hotel is calm and close to the highway, which gives you the advantage of accessing the city easily. The staff was very kind, thank you Danielle for your kindness during the my stay with you :)

The young woman at check in was rude and unprofessional. The place is not a hotel not even a motel. Dirty and way out of main roads, even Uber drivers could not locate it. That is when we had the correct address. To make sure we had the right address we asked and the young woman at the register gave us a card with address on it and next time when we gave the address to Uber driver he took us to the other site of town. We told the young woman and she said oh with no apology. Next morning the same stack of cards was sitting on the card holder as we checked out early due to bad service. The room was infested with flies as we walked in.

Pour un hôtel Kyriad il y a mieux car e'est pas donné ! effet une seule femme de ménage au mois d'août alors que c'est là où il y a le plus de monde. Le ménage est fait qu'à votre départ et les poubelles débordent. De plus la climatisation ne pas comme il faut ! Pourtant le prix n'est pas donné .
