This hotel is in a great location to explore Deauville. It seemed like it could be due for a refresh, but was clean. The parking was a challenge to get into, but worked in the end.

Hôtel bien situé dans Deauville, mais sans parking, cela devient vite un enfer pour déposer sa voiture avec le monde. Dommage. La chambre est très bien. Propre et assez spacieuse. Par contre, fuyez le petit déjeuner. Jus de fruits en poudre dans des machines, viennoiseries sèches et décongelées. Cela ne vaut pas le prix demandé. Il vaut mieux marcher quelques minutes et aller prendre un vrai petit déjeuner frais dans les boulangeries ou brasseries du centre. Sans hésitation.

Très bon accueil, chambre sympathique avec petit balcon mais confort insuffisant quant au lit ‘´adulte’´ supplémentaire (très petit matelas pas très épais et donc pas confortable … un vrai lit de 120 avec un matelas épais serait préférable car il s’agit bien de ne la réservation d’une chambre pour 3 adultes et non d’une chambre pouvant bénéficier d’un lit d’appoint enfant. Petit déjeuner correct et complet. Parking en sous sol bienvenu mais un peu cher… l’ensemble pour un rapport qualité/prix élevé même si nous sommes à Deauville … néanmoins l’établissement est très bien situé.

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber als wir ankamen, vor allem das Bad! Z.B die Handseife war leer. Sowas sollte man als Personal sehen, wenn man das Bad reinigt und für den nächsten Kunden fertig macht. Handtücher hatten einen seltsamen Geruch. Mischung aus alt und nicht richtig gereinigt. Im Bad keine Heizung!! Super unangenehm nach dem duschen in einem kalten, klammen Bad zu stehen. Das größte Problem war das kaum schließende Fenster. Das war derart verzogen, dass ein fingerdicker Spalt nach dem schließen noch vorhanden war. Kalte Luft ging permanent rein. Wir haben das Problem gemeldet aber innerhalb von 4 Tagen war weder jemand da, noch hat jemand nochmal beim Check out was dazu gesagt. Ergo Heizung auf volle Stufe, weil das Zimmer permanent abkühlte. Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Die Tische nach dem vorherigen Gast dreckig und man musste regelrecht das lahme Personal bitten kurz mit dem Lappen den Tisch wieder appetitlich zu machen. Besteck dreckig, Auswahl vorhanden aber die Qualität war mehr als naja. Das Hotel ist auf dem zweitenblick halt doch ganz schön runtergerockt. An den Wänden Flecken, abgerissene Türrahmen, im Aufzug vergilbte Infoblätter an der Wand. Mit aufmerksamen Personal sicher einiges mehr möglich. Betten waren ok.

Extremely uncomfortable bed and unclean room. The electric kettle gas never been cleaned in the inside. The carpets look awful. The property is unkept and run down. We had to move to a different hotel mid stay to get a bed with a real mattress .

Et surtout, le surmatelas était recouvert d'une affreuse alèze jetable en plastique qui faisait un bruit très désagréable et empêchait le drap de dessous de rester en place. Le genre de détail qui gâche la nuit. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, contrairement aux hôtels du même standing.

Das Personal, der Service und die Reinigungskräfte waren wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kleine videoüberwachte Tiefgarage im Trubel von Deauville – allerdings mit Klingel, sodass man auf das Öffnen durch das Personal warten muss. Leider war das Zimmer der größte Schwachpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. An einer Nacht gab es eine laute private Feier in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant, wodurch an Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Zudem sind die Wände sehr dünn, man hört jeden Schritt auf dem Flur. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war schwach, und die Temperaturregulierung eher kompliziert. Wir hatten uns sehr über die erlaubten Hunde und den Balkon gefreut, doch für kleinere Vierbeiner wie unseren Jack Russel ist der Balkon wegen großer Öffnungen eher ungeeignet. Deauville selbst war ein Traum – das Hotel hingegen war höchstens „okay“.

Personnel courtois mais pb dans la chambre avec la climatisation revérsible très bruyante, petit déjeuner a 9h30, plus de viennoiseries, plus de confiture, plus de salade de fruits que du carné ce que nous ne mangeons pas etc donc mauvais rapport qualité prix et décus par rapport a d'autres hotel ibis

Vi bodde två vuxna och två tonåringar en natt. Vi fick ett stort rum med två våningar och balkong med utsikt över hamnen. Bra sängar och välstädat. Frukosten ingick och överträffade förväntningarna med både varma och kalla rätter. Läget är bra med närhet till restauranger och beachen. Parkeringen i källaren var full men vi parkerade istället mitt emot hotellet vilket dessutom var billigare. Trevlig utsikt från balkongen men stolar.

Only good thing was the location, after that it is all downhill. No adequate parking, staff was completely clueless. My wife speaks 7 languages and I speak 3 (French is one of them) and front desk had no idea what was going on. The beds were small, like dorm room small. Id like to say we travel over 100k a year and we're just in Ireland where the rooms were great. I would not book here again.

Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix au buffet. Bonne adresse à conserver pour nos prochains séjours a Deauville :)

On a bien apprécié l’accueil, l’hospitalité. L’hôtesse à l’accueil nous a gardé notre valise à l’heure de libérer la chambre, le temps que notre train arrive, on a pu faire un tour regarder la plage. Merci à l’accueil, la bonne humeur. Par contre le vendredi 23 matin vers 12h30, il y’avait une sorte de cheffe un peu plus âgée que les autres hôtesses à l’accueil, à l’intérieur d’un petit bureau visible derrière l’accueil, elle était moins agréable que les autres, elle criait devant les clients « non on ne gère pas les valises, non » alors que sa collègue était au téléphone. Le comportement de cette cheffe manque de professionnalisme et de savoir vivre. Les mentalités « has been » n’ont rien à faire dans un service client. Merci

Das Personal, der Service und die Reinigungskräfte waren wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kleine videoüberwachte Tiefgarage im Trubel von Deauville – allerdings mit Klingel, sodass man auf das Öffnen durch das Personal warten muss. Leider war das Zimmer der größte Schwachpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. An einer Nacht gab es eine laute private Feier in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant, wodurch an Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Zudem sind die Wände sehr dünn, man hört jeden Schritt auf dem Flur. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war schwach, und die Temperaturregulierung eher kompliziert. Wir hatten uns sehr über die erlaubten Hunde und den Balkon gefreut, doch für kleinere Vierbeiner wie unseren Jack Russel ist der Balkon wegen großer Öffnungen eher ungeeignet. Deauville selbst war ein Traum – das Hotel hingegen war höchstens „okay“.

Hôtel très bien placé juste a côté de la gare de Trouville-Deauville. Personnel accueillant, on nous a laissé le choix entre une chambre vue port ou vue jardin. La chambre était très bien avec un balcon (sécurité enfant sur l'ouverture de la porte fenêtre). Le petit déjeuner est ok.

Établissement proche d’une boite de nuit qui fait du bruit jusqu’au matin . Il n’y a pas d’extraction dans la cuisine de l’hôtel il y’a des odeurs de cuisine partout dans l’hôtel.Ne vous faite pas avoir en payant plus chère pour un balcon ce n’est vraiment pas nécessaire. C’est très petit. La qualité du lit on en parle même pas.

Hôtel bien situé dans Deauville, mais sans parking, cela devient vite un enfer pour déposer sa voiture avec le monde. Dommage. La chambre est très bien. Propre et assez spacieuse. Par contre, fuyez le petit déjeuner. Jus de fruits en poudre dans des machines, viennoiseries sèches et décongelées. Cela ne vaut pas le prix demandé. Il vaut mieux marcher quelques minutes et aller prendre un vrai petit déjeuner frais dans les boulangeries ou brasseries du centre. Sans hésitation.

The staff were very nice and agreeable. It's a fine hotel for the price. The only slight issue was the breakfast because the eggs were powdered I think or, at least, not very good. Hard boiling was the way to go. I think the breakfast options could be better overall. Other than that, it was good.

Ibis deauville is uitstekend gelegen aan de jachthaven van Deauville en op een steenworp van Trouville sur mer.(wat veel meer eetmogelijkheden biedt) Het hotel is proper en het personeel vriendelijk. We hadden een familiekamer met de 2 slaapzetels en een bovenverdieping. Ruimte genoeg dus. Kleine minpuntjes waren voor ons de positie van het toilet en als we eerlijk moeten zijn was de ontbijtruimte te klein voor het aantal gasten. Over de kwaliteit en het aanbod waren we dan weer wel tevreden.
