Used for an overnight stop and served the purpose perfectly as only a few minutes from the motorway but still a fairly quiet spot by a retail park. Beds were comfortable, rooms have air con and the blind / shutters blocked out all light and noise. I overslept so didn't spend long getting breakfast but it seemed to have the usual stuff. Staff were very helpful too.

Room was ideal for a family as it had a mezz floor with two single beds as well as a double bed downstairs. Location was OK but it is effectively in the middle of a retail park so fine for a quick stop over.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were really nice and helpful. Was let down due to water leak on 3rd floor which had obviously been leaking for sometime. Bucket left on landing overflowing and carpet was soaked. Dont know if this was connected but we also ran out of hot water during our showers.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Despite helpful staff. First, the room we booked smelled so much like chemicals 3/4 of us could feel it burning in our throats. When we asked to change rooms they said it was due to “heavy cleaning”. They had no other similar rooms available so we got separate rooms at opposite ends of the hotel. One of them the blinds were broken and so it became very light in the room already very early. There was no other way to block the light besides mechanical blinds. In the morning, there was no hot water for shower or washing up. Apparently that was broken in the whole hotel. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing was left at 9am. Nothing. Not even glasses to get juice or mugs for coffee. There was ONE poor girl working both reception and kitchen as was trying sooo hard to make refil food and clean dishes etc. the only thing edible was the croissants which took 30 mins to arrive and 20 mins for a coffee cup (which the machine was also mislabelled and I couldn’t even get coffee). Horrible experience. The rooms were not maintained in many years. Cracks and broken tile throughout bathroom. Stains in toilet and the smell of sewage throughout. We searched for other hotel rooms but everything was sold out as we arrived late or we would’ve left. We didn’t have a choice - albeit we considered sleeping in the car at night and in hindsight, it probably would’ve been better.
