Great hotel walking distance to everything. Some staff were lovely others didn’t want to give you the time of day. Parking is under renovations. There’s parking across the street but you need to download an app and buy less time (2 or 3 hours) more frequently to avoid paying hefty fees.

L'hôtel était beau et le personnel agréable. Mais! Le spa, le restaurant et le bar étaient fermés ! Nous avons choisi l'établissement pour le spa. A aucun moment nous avons été prévenus que c'était fermé. Le soir il n'y avait rien à manger à l'hôtel, alors que c'est un établissement 4 étoiles! Dans l'annonce de l'hôtel on voit la plage privée en premier alors qu'elle est loin de l'hôtel et payante ! Autant prendre une autre plage privée au choix pour le même prix ! Pour résumer : l'hôtel était bien en soi mais je payé cher pour rien puisque les prestations promises n'existaient pas : spa, salle de musculation, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar. Ça fait beaucoup... Publicité mensongère donc!

My daughter and I stayed here for a quick weekend away and had the best time! The hotel is wonderful and the entire staff was professional and courteous. Alex was particularly helpful and the nice woman in charge of breakfast made sure we had everything we wanted. The courtyard is beautiful and private. We felt very relaxed and happy staying here.

Stayed in family room which was spacious for 2 people. Breakfast was expensive at 20 EUR but decent. Its not city center but just across a 2 lane and bi-directional main road so I would say it is convenient enough to walk everywhere. The garden is cute, not fabulous. 3star with 5 star service

Accueil du personnel chaleureux et exemplaire. Par contre cest pas vraiment un 4* mais plutot un 3* Pris une chambre supérieure le lit ete petit Chambre avec petite fenêtre cest un hotel de ville. Parking: seul les voiture de petite taille peuvent rentrer. Petit dejeuner: Ibis budget a 2* ont un meilleur petit dej ! Proximité du centre ville mais galere pour se garer et surtout ca peux couter cher

À notre arrivée ils avaient égaré nos bagages car nous avions demandé à nous les garder le temps que ce soit l’heure pour récupérer la chambre ensuite arrivé à la chambre une odeur désagréable le mini bar avait une odeur horrible la salle de bains avait de la moisissure le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles et on pouvait pas prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur car il y avait de guêpes et en plus le spa était fermé!!! Je ne recommande vraiment pas !!

Although it has 4 stars I felt it was worse than the 2 star hotel I once had a chance to stay. The carpet was not clean and worn out, reception was awful. It was first time encountering such rude staff. Asked if we could check in before 3 pm and they made us wait exactly until 3 PM, even though we saw the cleaner leave hour before. There were no options to have a drink or eat, the bar area was always empty. The hotel walls were thin and we could hear everything. They gave us the worst room ever on top of making wait. Although its dog friendly so it says and paid more than in some five star hotels to have my small Maltese with us, they didn't even offer water when we waited 3 hours to get into the room. I would not recommend staying there at all.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i Cannes og bodde fire netter på hotell Cezanne. Hotellet ligger sentralt, er stille og rolig med veldig hyggelig betjening. Det er rent og pent og deilig frokost . Kun et par ting vi reagerte på : det kom et heftig regnvær og putene ute ble ikke tatt inn . Dermed var alle stoler kliss våte lenge etterpå. Støvsuging i samme rom som man spiser frokost er sjenerende og burde kunne vente . Det kunne også vært fjernet brukte tallerkner underveis i frokosten. Vi satte ting der det måtte være en ledig flate…… men, alt i alt veldig bra .

J’ai eu des doutes sur l’emplacement proche d’un boulevard. Il faut fermer la fenêtre quand on a le sommeil léger et tout va bien. Le personnel est charmant, y compris au spa. C’est propre, la nourriture est bonne et on est près de presque tout.

This was a really nice hotel, it was close to everywhere. The airport was 30 mins away without traffic, the staff were nice and house keeping laid my bed and changed my used towels daily. They also had water and some drinks in the fridge for a fee which was great since they had complimentary water too . Overall experience was nice

The hotel was very bare bones, in every way- staff & property. Clean, with a slightly hostel vibe. Check in was not permitted till after 3, & though I saw various groups check in well before that, a few families sat in the lobby till 3:30 or so. Key was given, but no info on anything was offered; basically handed you the key & that was that. The lights require a key to be slotted in a specific area, but I was not told that, necessitating multiple trips down to the lobby. I may have used the spa, but I couldn’t get any info on it. No longer associated with a beach, which means I needed to reserve time at the private beaches for 160€. At times water was in the lobby, but not consistent. Be aware that the candies etc appear to be “welcome gifts” on a tray, but are actually part of the mini bar. Staff, while not rude, were certainly not helpful or pleasant. One woman was polite and informative but that’s it. Hotel in a relatively safe area. Not far from the city center, so that was ideal. Rooms were quiet. As I said, a solid stay. Definitely not a 4 star, but not a bad place.

Horrible hotel. Overpriced for what it is. I received the worst room in the hotel. The bathroom was awful and the room was too small. Avoid at all costs. There are many more charming hotels in Cannes that have a better price tag and come with more comfort and service

Although it has 4 stars I felt it was worse than the 2 star hotel I once had a chance to stay. The carpet was not clean and worn out, reception was awful. It was first time encountering such rude staff. Asked if we could check in before 3 pm and they made us wait exactly until 3 PM, even though we saw the cleaner leave hour before. There were no options to have a drink or eat, the bar area was always empty. The hotel walls were thin and we could hear everything. They gave us the worst room ever on top of making wait. Although its dog friendly so it says and paid more than in some five star hotels to have my small Maltese with us, they didn't even offer water when we waited 3 hours to get into the room. I would not recommend staying there at all.

My daughter and I stayed here for a quick weekend away and had the best time! The hotel is wonderful and the entire staff was professional and courteous. Alex was particularly helpful and the nice woman in charge of breakfast made sure we had everything we wanted. The courtyard is beautiful and private. We felt very relaxed and happy staying here.

The property is convenient. But the staff is so helpful. Ogar went above and beyond when i needed directions suggestions and everything else i ever asked of him. He made my trip so much better.

The hotel was very bare bones, in every way- staff & property. Clean, with a slightly hostel vibe. Check in was not permitted till after 3, & though I saw various groups check in well before that, a few families sat in the lobby till 3:30 or so. Key was given, but no info on anything was offered; basically handed you the key & that was that. The lights require a key to be slotted in a specific area, but I was not told that, necessitating multiple trips down to the lobby. I may have used the spa, but I couldn’t get any info on it. No longer associated with a beach, which means I needed to reserve time at the private beaches for 160€. At times water was in the lobby, but not consistent. Be aware that the candies etc appear to be “welcome gifts” on a tray, but are actually part of the mini bar. Staff, while not rude, were certainly not helpful or pleasant. One woman was polite and informative but that’s it. Hotel in a relatively safe area. Not far from the city center, so that was ideal. Rooms were quiet. As I said, a solid stay. Definitely not a 4 star, but not a bad place.

L'hôtel était beau et le personnel agréable. Mais! Le spa, le restaurant et le bar étaient fermés ! Nous avons choisi l'établissement pour le spa. A aucun moment nous avons été prévenus que c'était fermé. Le soir il n'y avait rien à manger à l'hôtel, alors que c'est un établissement 4 étoiles! Dans l'annonce de l'hôtel on voit la plage privée en premier alors qu'elle est loin de l'hôtel et payante ! Autant prendre une autre plage privée au choix pour le même prix ! Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i Cannes og bodde fire netter på hotell Cezanne. Hotellet ligger sentralt, er stille og rolig med veldig hyggelig betjening. Det er rent og pent og deilig frokost . Kun et par ting vi reagerte på : det kom et heftig regnvær og putene ute ble ikke tatt inn . Dermed var alle stoler kliss våte lenge etterpå. Støvsuging i samme rom som man spiser frokost er sjenerende og burde kunne vente . Det kunne også vært fjernet brukte tallerkner underveis i frokosten. Vi satte ting der det måtte være en ledig flate…… men, alt i alt veldig bra .

This was a really nice hotel, it was close to everywhere. The airport was 30 mins away without traffic, the staff were nice and house keeping laid my bed and changed my used towels daily. They also had water and some drinks in the fridge for a fee which was great since they had complimentary water too . Overall experience was nice

Accueil du personnel chaleureux et exemplaire. Par contre cest pas vraiment un 4* mais plutot un 3* Pris une chambre supérieure le lit ete petit Chambre avec petite fenêtre cest un hotel de ville. Parking: seul les voiture de petite taille peuvent rentrer. Petit dejeuner: Ibis budget a 2* ont un meilleur petit dej ! Proximité du centre ville mais galere pour se garer et surtout ca peux couter cher

À notre arrivée ils avaient égaré nos bagages car nous avions demandé à nous les garder le temps que ce soit l’heure pour récupérer la chambre ensuite arrivé à la chambre une odeur désagréable le mini bar avait une odeur horrible la salle de bains avait de la moisissure le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles et on pouvait pas prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur car il y avait de guêpes et en plus le spa était fermé!!! Je ne recommande vraiment pas !!
