Deçue par cet hôtel, deco à refaire, limite insalubre , pas net, peinture abimee, sanitaire moyen, viellissant, un rafraîchissement serait de taille, dommage il est bien placé, en plein centre ville, avec restos à proximité et muni d un grand praking aérien et dous terrain. Je n y reviendrai pas .

Seul point positif, la literie qui est très bonne. Tout le reste c est bof. Nous avons été averti en arrivant que l ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas ( ça peut arriver d avoir une panne !). Pas de prise autour du lit. Il faut aller à côté de la fenêtre pour pouvoir brancher le téléphone avec une prise qui pandouille. L acceuil à notre arrivée le soir était très bien. Mais lorsqu on est descendu le matin pour le petit dejeuner, même pas de bonjour de la part des employées du matin. Sinon le buffet était parfait. L établissement a besoin de renovation.

Not as advertised! The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Those are the only good things I can say. I checked in late at night and had to return to reception to ask for towels because there were none at all in the room. j'ai l'habitude de réserver dans plusieurs autres hôtels IBIS . Celui-ci est trés vétuste, il faut éviter absolument le 3ème étage (baignoire très sale, chasse d'eau ne fonctionnant pas, ...) on m'a changé d'étage car je souhaitais une douche : là encore, quoique un peu plus "moderne", la salle de bains est très datée, et les plinthes se décollent, des taches sur la tapisserie .... Hotel à éviter

La chambre est exiguë, rappropriée mais "dans le jus" des 1ers Ibis et le téléviseur est rikiki. Nous avions réservé une chambre climatisée mais en arrivant nous avons appris que la clim ne fonctionnait pas encore. Bruits de la rue (voitures, motos et... viande saoule) : impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte malgré la chaleur.

A very simple hotel, surprisingly for ibis chain. Will undergo renovation this month and hopefully will get a better look. AC wasn’t working, individual AC was so loud it was hard to sleep, hallways smelled and someone smoked in the rooms. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Chambre d'un autre temps, clim portable avec raccord à la fenêtre et extremement bruyante. Ce n'était pas indiqué dans la description ni visible sur les photos... Salle de bain vétuste. Télé qui n'est pas a jour sur les chaînes et l'image pas cadrée... Interrupteur des lumières de la chambre derrière le matelas, on bouge on allume la lumière... Cet hôtel n'est pas digne d'un ibis ! Très cher pour la prestation 3* attendue ! La note est relevée grace ai petit déjeuner très correct et personnel très sympathique

The hotel was as described and a lot better than some of the rather mean reviews !! Staff were friendly, and easy going, no rush, the breakfast was as described and plentiful. This is not a 4 star hotel its budget and worked perfectly for me. It does what it says on the tin !! Its great value and so near the railway station , yet on a quiet side street. Whafs not to like ?

Chambre d'un autre temps, clim portable avec raccord à la fenêtre et extremement bruyante. Ce n'était pas indiqué dans la description ni visible sur les photos... Salle de bain vétuste. Télé qui n'est pas a jour sur les chaînes et l'image pas cadrée... Interrupteur des lumières de la chambre derrière le matelas, on bouge on allume la lumière... Cet hôtel n'est pas digne d'un ibis ! Très cher pour la prestation 3* attendue ! La note est relevée grace ai petit déjeuner très correct et personnel très sympathique

The hotel was as described and a lot better than some of the rather mean reviews !! Staff were friendly, and easy going, no rush, the breakfast was as described and plentiful. This is not a 4 star hotel its budget and worked perfectly for me. It does what it says on the tin !! Its great value and so near the railway station , yet on a quiet side street. Whafs not to like ?

Very good place to stay, not far from the train station and near to all the places to visit. The staff were excellent an nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a decent size as was the bathroom. Be sure to dine at Ty Mat'Lot, we had great food, good pricing and the owners were wonderful hosts.

Deçue par cet hôtel, deco à refaire, limite insalubre , pas net, peinture abimee, sanitaire moyen, viellissant, un rafraîchissement serait de taille, dommage il est bien placé, en plein centre ville, avec restos à proximité et muni d un grand praking aérien et dous terrain. Je n y reviendrai pas .

Not as advertised! The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Those are the only good things I can say. I checked in late at night and had to return to reception to ask for towels because there were none at all in the room. Air conditioning did not work and when I went back to reception again and asked for a different room the receptionist told me that no rooms in the entire hotel had functioning air con. It's a budget hotel and I didn't expect luxury but I do expect the room to be as advertised and the lack of air conditioning is unforgivable. I was likewise unimpressed that neither of the two receptionists I spoke to could speak English even though the hotel is advertised to have multilingual staff with English specifically mentioned. It's the false advertising I object to, not the actual absence of language skills. I've complained to Expedia but they tell me if could take months to correct the way the place is advertised.

Mauvais état, sale, obsolète. Seul le hall est au format ibis moderne. Murs en papier à cigarette. Vous partagez la nuit avec le voisin... Petit dej très limité. Produits industriels et/ou pas frais. Accès du parking extérieur non praticable avec des valises à cause des escaliers. Hôtel à éviter. Le personnel d'accueil est gentil.

Seul point positif, la literie qui est très bonne. Tout le reste c est bof. Nous avons été averti en arrivant que l ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas ( ça peut arriver d avoir une panne !). Pas de prise autour du lit. Il faut aller à côté de la fenêtre pour pouvoir brancher le téléphone avec une prise qui pandouille. L acceuil à notre arrivée le soir était très bien. Mais lorsqu on est descendu le matin pour le petit dejeuner, même pas de bonjour de la part des employées du matin. Sinon le buffet était parfait. L établissement a besoin de renovation.

A very simple hotel, surprisingly for ibis chain. Will undergo renovation this month and hopefully will get a better look. AC wasn’t working, individual AC was so loud it was hard to sleep, hallways smelled and someone smoked in the rooms. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.
