Ótimo atendimento, mas o sofa cama era muito desconfortável mesmo para crianças e o estacionamento privativo anunciado não existia. Disseram que havia um problema de vazamento de água e por isso não podíamos usar, tive que gastar quase 20 euros a mais para estacionar em outro canto a uns 15 minutos.

Der Service ist unschlagbar freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Das Zimmer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man aus keinem Fenster schauen konnte. Am Besten lässt man die Rollos unten. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und stellenweise abgelebt. Der Frühstücksraum, der Empfang und die Toiletten waren absolut sauber, modern und hell. Zum Parken steht eine Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Fußläufig kann man den Park Güell und die Sagrada Familia erkunden

We loved the location, quietness at night and especially the deck. Extra toilet paper and good towels and duvets was great! Air conditioning was great! Lucas on reception was more than helpful. Our handy carpark worked well. It had a water leak issue he warned us about on the basement parking floor but it was ok.

Everything was great: parking, location, size of the room, bathroom was nice, cleanliness. Only the bed was not that comfortable and you could hear a bit the neighbors because the walls were not sound proof.

The hotel is conveniently located to Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. Whilst it is a bit of a distance on Metro or Bus to Barceloneta or the Gothic Quarter, my family and I wanted peace and quiet, so this hotel was ideal for exactly that. It is visible the Hotel needs some repair works. Primarily, in terms of ventilation. The vents in the bathroom were not working, so humidity accummulated in excess both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. As a result, the towels wouldn't dry, and the bathroom was mouldy, with a dented door that wouldn't close properly. That to one side, sleep and breakfast quality were good, and transport links more than made up for the humidity challenge. In fact, there's a bus stop right by the hotel door. The hotel accommodated an earlier breakfast for us, as we were meant to travel very early in the morning. Kind, courteous staff, and no security challenges in the area.

Hotel was very clean, quiet and the rooms are nice. The staff at the reception were phenomenal, gave me good recommendations for sites and night life. Always had a smile on their face. Definitely recommend this 10/10 and will stay there again next time I visit.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Travessera. The staff were so kind. The hotel was always clean. The breakfast selections were excellent. I always felt safe walking in the neighborhood, even late at night by myself. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff from the night crew to the day crew was outstanding. I was there as a tourist with little knowledge of the area. They helped me find exactly what I needed from entrainment to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone’s taste.

A mio personale parere per la pulizia direi che si potrebbe fare di più, il personale gentile nulla da dire , aria condizionata molto rumorosa , essendo un 2 stelle direi che potrebbe starci ,forse il prezzo sarebbe da rapportare a quello che si può dare, altrimenti non penso a hotel di 3/4 stelle cosa ci vuole ? Per 2/3 giorni ok di più per ora no.

Aircon did not work in the whole hotel (rooms) properly, and no real windows in the room. Hence quite warm and stuffy in July..and I chose the hotel explicitly because it had aircon. We were given fans, at least if you went to reception and complained. Made the night barely bearable..would at least have been great to get free breakfast or at least a discount for having a very hot and stuffy night. Not well managed.

Staff : extremely friendly and helpful. Each one of them. The hotel offers discount coupons for many attractions which is very useful. Location: Unbeatable. Bus stop right in front. Hop on hop off stop next to the public bus stop. Metro station-600mts. So basically you can get to any important place in Barcelona within 20-30 mins. Breakfast: decent for the price. The menu is the same everyday. The taste was very good. The spread is pretty limited but no complaints for the price. Rooms, bathroom and common areas: clean and tidy WiFi is very good. Downside: The walls are paper thin. Don’t use expect any privacy in terms of sound. Even a regular tone conversation can be clearly heard from the next room and traffic sounds can be quite disturbing.

Molto rumorosa a causa dell'insonorizzazione delle stanze praticamente inesistente, stato di manutenzione migliorabile, doccia piccolissima e con perdite di acqua dalle guarnizioni, lavandino scomodissimo. Di contro personale molto disponibile e simpatico, zona tranquilla e molto vicina a Park Guell. La metro non è vicinissima ma la struttura è servita da due linee bus (con fermate comodissime) che partono rispettivamente da piazza Catalunya e piazza di Spagna (n.b. dove ci trovano anche le fermate Airbus per aeroporto El Pratt) .

Room was just what I needed. The bed was super firm which I love. However the shower can barely fit a normal sized person. Staff were super friendly and the light breakfast was great. A reasonable choice for someone who is in and out of the area for a day.

Breakfast starts at 7:30am which is not good for early flights. We left at 6:45am. While the hotel is in a safe central location it is a bit older and basic.It was a bit noisy, could hear conversations from the rooms next door. We could not turn on the AC because the entire hotel was on heat. The hotel provided a fan which was helpful. We tried to open windows but it’s a pretty busy and noisy street. Overall it was a little pricey for what you get but ok for an overnight stay.

Il s'agit d un deux étoiles et non trois. Il est assez cher pour un deux étoiles loin du centre avec une salle de bain vieille et un rideau de douche dans la baignoire. Le personnel était par contre très aimable et la chambre était propre tous les jours. Lits confortables. Petit déjeuner un peu limité après 9h.
Il s'agit d un deux étoiles et non trois. Il est assez cher pour un deux étoiles loin du centre avec une salle de bain vieille et un rideau de douche dans la baignoire. The staff, and I mean ALL of them, are personable, helpful, compassionate. Iberia lost our bags and my friend spent three hours at the airport trying to locate them. Hotel Traveserra gave us a late check out. Very caring people. Breakfast was great as well!

We loved the location, quietness at night and especially the deck. Extra toilet paper and good towels and duvets was great! Air conditioning was great! Lucas on reception was more than helpful. Our handy carpark worked well. It had a water leak issue he warned us about on the basement parking floor but it was ok.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff from the night crew to the day crew was outstanding. I was there as a tourist with little knowledge of the area. They helped me find exactly what I needed from entrainment to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone’s taste.

The hotel is conveniently located to Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. Whilst it is a bit of a distance on Metro or Bus to Barceloneta or the Gothic Quarter, my family and I wanted peace and quiet, so this hotel was ideal for exactly that. It is visible the Hotel needs some repair works. Primarily, in terms of ventilation. The vents in the bathroom were not working, so humidity accummulated in excess both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. As a result, the towels wouldn't dry, and the bathroom was mouldy, with a dented door that wouldn't close properly. That to one side, sleep and breakfast quality were good, and transport links more than made up for the humidity challenge. In fact, there's a bus stop right by the hotel door. The hotel accommodated an earlier breakfast for us, as we were meant to travel very early in the morning. Kind, courteous staff, and no security challenges in the area.

L’hotel merita almeno una stella in più, per la nostra breve vacanza è stata un’ottima scoperta. Personale professionale, camera confortevole e ampia, colazione varia e abbondante. Si arriva facilmente con la metro ma soprattutto il bus che è di fronte l’ingresso.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean although I have to say I had a spot on my bathing towel. The breakfast is alright unfortunately I couldn't eat the things I wanted because the spoon for the scrambled eggs was touching the pliers for the sausage and bacon. There is a bus station right next to the Hotel and a few more in the area in general. Even though the Hotel isn't central you can walk to Sagrada Familia in like 20 minutes. Overall I would recommend this Hotel

Room was just what I needed. The bed was super firm which I love. However the shower can barely fit a normal sized person. Staff were super friendly and the light breakfast was great. A reasonable choice for someone who is in and out of the area for a day.

Breakfast starts at 7:30am which is not good for early flights. We left at 6:45am. While the hotel is in a safe central location it is a bit older and basic.It was a bit noisy, could hear conversations from the rooms next door. We could not turn on the AC because the entire hotel was on heat. The hotel provided a fan which was helpful. We tried to open windows but it’s a pretty busy and noisy street. Overall it was a little pricey for what you get but ok for an overnight stay.

Il s'agit d un deux étoiles et non trois. Il est assez cher pour un deux étoiles loin du centre avec une salle de bain vieille et un rideau de douche dans la baignoire. Le personnel était par contre très aimable et la chambre était propre tous les jours. Lits confortables. Petit déjeuner un peu limité après 9h.
